I rarely yelp unless I've had an amazing experience. I should've yelped City Collision years ago. But I recently got my car fixed here at City Collision. Of course, an exceptional job like always. VIP service with amazing customer service. I had a fix it ticket for my front license plate - they were able to take pictures and write me a formal letter of which I was dismissed of in court. Victoria was generous to do that for me. Through out the time my car was in the shop, Gio made sure I was updated and aware of all changes. Thank you. They have been like my family's auto shop for years! I only trust their expertise and operations because you're not just a customer here but family. Gary is one of the managers/owners at city collision. He is a true owner/manager who drives for not his business but his clients because he actually cares about his people and he wants to make sure they have nothing but the best job, ultimate customer service and true loyalty. I needed to get my car's rear bumper replaced. Took my car to city collision in Cerritos and I am very pleased with my experience over there! I was worried that Id be without a car for several days but Jaime reassured me that would not be the case! He ordered the part had it painted and called me to take my car in when it was ready for me. Extremely unprofessional staff. I had gone to my insurances estimator to get a check and handed it to one of their workers. One month later at time of pick up they inform me that they do not have the check. Losing a 2000 dollar check is at the height of unprofessionalism. Not only did they not acknowledge that they lost the check, but made no efforts to respond to the insurance when an insurance agent was trying to contact the collision center to send a new one. Losing a check is one thing, but then not making the effort to rectify your mistake is another. read more

I wanted to share with everyone my experience with City Collision. I had a minor hit on the tailgate of my F450. This guys not only only fixed it, but did a beautiful clean job. Paint match spot on. Saved me a couple grand from other estimates I got for the repair. Now a days it's very hard to find body shops that take the work and deliver as promised. They did it right, on time, and from day 1 one kept me informed of the progress. This leads me to my next comment- The guy that helped me out that I think deserves credit is Angel. He gave me his cell number and made it so easy to deal with. When I texted him a question, he responded with the answer quick and very professional. This the worst auto body shop that i have ever been to. Took my Ford Fusion in for a repaired 2 months ago. Probems: 1). I didnt authorized for disassembled but they went ahead and did it any without informing me. 2). Wont give customer incentives for rental instead blame on third party , parts delayed. 3). After they told me my car is ready for pick up , when I arrived it wasnt fully cleaned/washed. 4). They accidently cut off the tip of side skirt but wont admit it. Also said it's not part of the repair warranty. 5). My visor failed off due to they not putting it in correctly 6). A piece of rail cover for my seat was missing and they said it's not part of the repair warrantly. The bottom line is this place doesnt care to take care of their customers. They broke and damage your vehicle and said it's not part of the warranty or will blame third party instead of assist customers. I tried to talk to management , left message with receptionist but never get a call back. Receptionist will lied saying management either not or not available. She also said one if tje owner- Sergio , who I spoke to when I was at the shop. Will not talk to customers. So who you go to if you have issue with the repair ??? Reception.... RUDE, OBNOXIOUS and unprofessional. Had a very minor accident so decided to pay for it myself . Emily called to collect the payment right after the car was dropped. She requested CASH only payment at 5:30pm. I said i can give my credit card, she said no, cash only, I said I can pay by check, she said "we take only cash due to your circumstances"! I didn't know that i have circumstances...I said how about i get wire transfer? put me on hold came back and said again "due to circumstances, cash or cashier check"!! I asked what is she referring to and what is the circumstances that she is referring to...her answer: you are paying it yourself....I hangup and called my insurance to take care of it because I don't want see these people or deal with them ever again. read more

My vehicle was hit and the entire drivers side was damaged. My vehicle is a tesla. I was advise to go to City Collision Center. I went dropped off my car. From start to finish the whole ordeal was wonderful. Veronica emailed twice a week with updates. When I got my car today it looked brand new. They detailed the car inside and out. They fixed all the damage. I want to thank Veronica for being so professional and kind throughout the entire process. Hopefully I won't be back. Brought my truck to get an estimate my insurance requested. Erick asked who my insurance is and mentioned that they are a pain to deal with. He later said he was too busy and to bring it in the morning. Next morning I went and he took pictures with his phone and said he'll email me the estimate. 2 weeks passed and no word from him. I called twice, both times he wasn't on his desk and they left him a note to call me. The third time I spoke to the manager and said he will leave him a note and notify him personally. No word from them still. After about 3 weeks, I gave up and took it to another body shop that helped me right away, now my problem has been resolved. I do not recommend this place at all. I was referred by Tesla to City Collision as a certified Tesla center. It was a smooth experience from the moment I got my estimate until I picked up my car. I did have to call myself after 3 days to ask when to take in my car which is some feedback I'd give them. I want to start off saying that yes, they did a great job fixing my car, however, I left with damage to my rear passenger window that wasn't there when I left my car with them. My car is only 9 months old, and the only damage to my car was to my door when someone decided to join me in my lane. I picked my car up Friday, June 8th, and unfortunately had to first take it to the dealership right after picking it up. They failed to re-connect the tire pressure censor of the fixed tire. No big deal honestly, easy fix. But, when I got home, I looked over my car only to notice a dashed line of chipped glass on my window. That being said they were really quick to fix the window. It was just really inconvenient as I live kinda far from them. But aside from that, they are very great with keeping you updated on every step of the repair stages. Took my car in for a door ding where the other person's insurance was covering the repair. They made it so easy. Fill out paperwork, leave claim number and keys. They take care of everything and even arranged for a ride to Enterprise. They returned status check calls and my car was ready within time estimated. I happened to be dropping off my rental car when one of the owners was also there picking up his own rental car. He kindly gave me and my boys a ride to City Collision. I had my BMW 430i convertible aka my literal prized possession and child serviced here after some jackass hit my car. I had severe anxiety in letting my car out of my hands. I didn't trust any collision center to fix my car because I didn't trust that they'd use parts compatible with my car or parts on par with what my car came with. City collision center 100% exceeded my expectations. I dropped off my wrapped Tesla after an accident that caused a big dent/hole in my cars left back panel and a tear in my wrap. Although it took around 2 months for my car to be repaired, I will tell you as someone who is fairly impatient--Veronica made the time pass by so quick and the wait 10000% worth it. She would consistently send me updates on my cars status every Tuesday and Thursday with details on what the team did to my car, what the timeline looks like and progress of it. Her communication was so beyond what I was expecting and she was so friendly throughout the process and quick to respond anytime I had follow up questions. When I picked up my vehicle I was in shock at how brand new my car looked. The amount of attention they put to my car and how amazing the outcome was, I really wish I could give more than 5 stars.
