Gone are the days when we used to kill time in Food Courts and browsing the aisles at Sam Goody and Tower of Records. We visited this mall while attending a basketball tournament. The team decided since we had a 3 hour window between our next game, we should stroll the mall, get our steps in. As loving teen parents, we agreed. This mall is very well kept. They offer a mix old and new stores. Hollister, American Eagle, Dillards, Victoria's Secret, PacSun. An oldie but goodie, JC Penney. A major issue for me during this visit, was the air conditioning. It's over 80 degrees in Greensboro, get the HVAC tech please. Aside from that, we had a lovely shopping experience.

Four Seasons Town Centre is three stories with a lot of stores. The mall felt open with the three stories, and you could see the stores above. There were elevators and escalators to reach the other floors. The skulights allowed natural light inside. The mall was busier than I expected for a weekday. Dillards and JCPenney are the main anchors, and there are smaller stores like American Eagle and Bath and Body Works. I didn't see many empty storefronts, but I just stayed on the first level. I didn't want to walk too much with my knee.

The server sat me right away as I was there just 30 minutes after their opening. By the time I was wrapping up my meal it was more crowded and I witnessed a lot of people come for pick-up. Seems very popular. The menu wasn't too expansive, but it had a bunch of Korean dishes that I would love to return and try. I was in the mood for soup so I ordered their spicy kimchi stew with pork. The food came quickly, again I was there fairly early. The stew was served with banchan (Korean side dishes) and rice. The banchan consisted of broccoli, bean sprouts, kimchi, cucumber kimchi, tofu skins, and marinated potatoes. They all have very different flavors and each of them go well as a side dish with the stew and rice. I prefer kimchi on the spicier side but again that is my personal preference. The kimchi stew came out sizzling and smelled wonderful. I tried all the side dishes while it cooled down a bit. Once I was able to dig in it was packed full of flavor didn't need anything added. I would say it was more mild than spicy but I have a higher spice tolerance than most. Overall I had a pleasant experience enjoyed the service and the food will return with husband and kids to try more of their menu. I hope everything is just as good as the stew was.

The environment was beyond my expectations for the typical in-grocer restaurant. It was big, bright, well decorated, and super clean. You would never guess you were in a grocery store if you didn't have to walk through it to get inside. Because it was slow the cashier brought our food to us instead of making us get up to get it. He brought out the parmesan fries first. They were so delicious and probably some of the crispiest fries I've had. The honey garlic drumsticks were also amazing and somehow even more crispy than the fries. Definitely one of my favorite Korean fried chicken spots.

The wings were VERY crispy in a good way and they're HUGE. Very similar to Bonchon wings. The bulgogi had that great sweet and savory flavor - tough to stop eating! The real hit was the mozzarella sticks. Hard to tell from the picture but they are massive and tasty! Also loved the craft bottle of water they give for the table. Next time I want to try the Korean hot dogs! Wish I could have tried one of everything! The service was quick and friendly, the vibe is super casual and laid back. Will definitely be back to try more!

This is one of those, it exceeded the expectations one would have for where and what it is, but if it were a standalone location somewhere, you'd feel it was pretty average. We got the Mongolia chicken, as that seems to be the clear favorite thing based on other reviews, and it highlighted on their menu as a specialty. It was ready in about 10 minutes, a truly MASSIVE portion. Overall, I thought it tasted OK, too much sugar in the sauce in my opinion. You won't go hungry though, and there's enough for leftovers, though I admittedly took them and threw them away after a day... they just simply didn't look appealing enough to reheat. I want to highlight a deceptive practice here. A tip is already selected for you on the checkout screen, that's at both the little kiosk AND at the register. My personal opinion is that counter service does not warrant a tip. I mean, to procure my food, you have to pack it up for me and hand it to me. That's in the price. The fact that a tip is PRESELECTED and you have to de-select it, is very shady in my opinion. I noticed and did so, but I'm confident many haven't. It's time to end this practice immediately. I knocked off an additional star for this.

You order your food at the kiosk and they call you up when your order is ready. Kind of crazy the kiosk asks for a tip when the service is minimal and the staff doesn't greet you when you walk in. The restaurant overall seemed pretty clean but there were a few tables that had food all over them. The bento box I got was overall pretty good. The sushi was subpar. I don't think I'll get that again. The white sauce was definitely the star of the show. It made everything in the bento box taste so much better. The shrimp and beef were good but I don't think I would've liked the meal as much as I did without the white sauce. The sparkling mango drink tasted like a watered down mango soda. I was kind of disappointed by it. I wish I could give this place a 3.5 because it was good, but not deserving of a full 4 stars.
