While we were in the line the staff were taking time to get to know the guests which I thought was a great service touch. I got the NY Cheesecake Stacker and wow. It was good. It was A LOT, portion-wise, which is never a bad thing. Flavor was great. It wasn't as aggressively sweet you think. This was a fun place to try. I mean line out the door, people being loud, the cashier and other person seemed so entirely overwhelmed, but by the time it was time to place my order, she still managed to smile and greet me. From what I listened to while O was in line, the customers were irrationally agitated. I watched the baker, i assume, bring out a full tray of cookies and throughout the next five minutes, it was completely demolished, and then when the next person attempted to order the cookie, chocolate i think, the cashier informed them that they had been sold out, to which the women started to berate her!
