He not only prepares amazing food but also takes the time to personally greet his guests, making you feel like family the moment you walk in. We started with the Hummus and Fresh Flatbread, and it was absolutely outstanding, fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. Next came the Börek (Ground Beef and Feta Cheese). Think of it as the best, most flavorful "egg roll" you've ever had, but with authentic Turkish flair. Simply delicious! I had the Bugu Kebabi, served in a clay plate with red onions and tomatoes. Sealed with baked bread. I'm usually not a lamb person, but when Zee explained that the lamb is marinated for hours in an onion-based broth, I decided to step outside my comfort zone. I'm so glad I did! The lamb was incredibly tender and packed with flavor. The presentation was also unique and memorable, with the delicate thin bread cut open right at the table. It was more than enough for my daughter and me to share. My wife ordered the Beyti Kebab, is a Turkish dish consisting of ground beef, grilled on a skewer and served wrapped in lavash and topped with yogurt sauce and butter sauce. Every single bite was bursting with amazing flavors. Another outstanding dish! All the desserts are to die for, many are imported from Turkey.
