Boxes and other stuff (mattress bag, etc.) delivered fast and within 24 hours of placing my order, even in the delivery window that I selected. The friendly delivery guy helped load them in and out of my elevator for me. Cheap compared to other options out there. Wish I had known about this service sooner - it makes getting the right size boxes one less thing to worry about during the stressful moving process! read more

I used them twice. They were nice & honest enough in terms of not having things missing. But in terms of money, they kept changing the date & upping the amount. I paid twice what it was supposed to be. The owner, Sam also works but says he's not a mover. They also were slow & since I was paying by the hour, this was expensive for me. My order was supposed to be delivered today between 9am-12pm. Well, it's 2:30pm and I have heard NOTHING from them. Their voicemail inbox is "full," and no one is responding to email. Considering what others have written, I guess it's possible they'll respond eventually or just show up whenever they please, but I would not recommend this place to anyone. The site's security certificate has expired. I did not want to submit my credit card info on an unsecured site. I called the number listed on the web site and the person who answered my phone informed me they would not take phone orders for under 100 boxes. (my order would have been for over $200!) My boxes came on time and in perfect condition. They always answered the phone when I called and were very helpful, and the website was pretty easy to use. Prices are great, too. My ONLY complaint is that when I got to the package room of my building to pick up my boxes and other items I ordered from them, I saw the tape rolls and other small items weren't in any sort of bag or box... they were just "free" and stacked on top of each other. Luckily my building has great staff and set everything aside for me, but if it were a different situation, I can imagine a few items I ordered would have been lost or rolled away... and this seems like an easy fix - just put the small items in a bag. So, I recommend them, and just ask them to bag your smaller items!! read more

A lot of misleading information on their website. Not reliable and poor communication. You order online and select your delivery window. You receive an automated email confirmation that shows your delivery instructions but nothing that confirms that they will actually come at that time. I asked for a delivery window 24 hours after I placed my order. There was no sign of any delivery for a good 48 hours and no email or phone call from them. I kept calling their customer service line where there was no answer. They don't work weekends contrary to what is listed on their website. 3 days later I had submitted a claim with my credit card. Then half heartedly tried calling them one last time. Someone answered! Agreed to come same day between 12-3. Showed up at 7:30pm but alas I did receive all that I had ordered. Impossible to plan properly because of a lot of misleading information on their website. I wasted a whole weekend waiting for the boxes when I needed to be packing. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Knew it was too good to be true. I called before ordering asking if they could deliver next-day shipment. They said, tomorrow morning, no problem, don't worry. Since then, nothing. I gave them a 5-hour window. No show. I called after the window had passed and, surprise surprise, it went to voicemail. I emailed them and they gave me a time two hours later. I said fine. That time has come and gone. I waited all day for them to show up and my credit card has been charged. Now I will have to rush to find a store that is still open. Clearly a scam. I tried phoning and it just rings and then goes to a voice mail box which is also - no surprise - full. Will report to BBB and get refund from my credit card company (extra headache when moving is already full of them). They only answer the phone apparently in order to get you to make a purchase and then go MIA. They never replied to my follow-up emails. read more

Do not use this place! I was initially drawn to it by the convenience of the delivery service. However it turned out to be extremely inconvenient! I made the order yesterday at 5:30PM. When making an order you are allowed to choose any 3-hour timeslots, even on the same day. I thought this was a little odd but I chose delivery from 7-10pm on the same day. I got a confirmation email indicating that all orders would arrive on the selected time unless you received a call or an email. I did not receive my order that night and did not receive a call or email. I called the next morning and could only reach them at 10AM. The lady that answered the phone said she would figure out what was going on and call me back. Of course, she never called back. I called again and was told the order would arrive within one hour. This was the only commitment they kept! My order arrived 50 minutes after my second call but the delivery was awful!! They rang my doorbell (they must have come in with other tenants) and left the boxes outside my door and left. They didn't even give me a chance to open the door!!! No receipt, no apology, Nothing! Just a bunch of boxes against my door and the tape on the doorknob. I will never use this service again. U-Haul has boxes at pretty much the same rate..... read more

EXTRAORDINARY-UNMATCHABLE-FANTASTIC! If I hadn't just experienced this magnificent service multiple times within a couple of weeks, I would not believe that it exists! And, certainly not in a city as big as New York. Instantly responsive. Received my last delivery within less than one half hour of ordering it and the others in a three hour window from orders placed in the middle of the night! These guys are on top of their game and they stand on their head to accommodate you. I have never - and this is not hyperbole (exaggeration) - dealt with any company ever that provides better service and quality. I (an older woman) have been almost overwhelmed by the huge process of moving out of my apartment and if it hadn't been for this really quality company, I would be out getting a rental car and running to all kinds of big box stores trying to assemble the supplies I need - at incredibly far higher pricing than this company - and here, in a most expeditious way - I have had the MOST successful experience with them. Quality, Service, and Beyond the Ordinary Customer Focus. NOT TO BE MISSED! I am truly impressed and deeply grateful for the kindness and consideration extended by them to me. They treat all customers - large and small - with first rate attention and care! Terrible customer service. Placed an order online 9/21 afternoon for a 12-3pm delivery window on 9/22. I needed to wait until the last min for the wardrobe boxes because they are so big and my apt is small so I wanted them delivered the day before the movers came. I asked for confirmation of delivery timeframe when I ordered - never received it. Received an emailed receipt. I called around 1230 the day of expected delivery and got a vm message saying all deliveries would happen as scheduled unless you received an email or phone call stating other wise - if you needed assistance please leave a message or send an email. So I leave a VM asking for confirmation of delivery time AND send an email. I get nothing. I called back 3 more times during my delivery window and got VM every time. By the end of my delivery window, the boxes had not arrived. I proceeded to send them another email stating that I was cancelling my order and going with another service. We'll see if the charge is actually removed from my card or not. These guys are unprofessional and unreliable. I do not know how they have a 4 star rating. I should have listened to other reviewers. PS. I called another company packingrus and they had the exact same order to my door within an hour - now that's service and I am glad they were there to pick up the pieces. read more

The only thing good about this company is the price, and the fact that the delivery guy was nice. But that isn't enough to make up for their abysmal customer service and mediocre products. They were over 4 hours late for the first delivery of reusable boxes. Even worse, they didn't call or email me to tell me they would be late--I had to keep contacting them to make sure they were still coming. At the time I placed my order, I set a pickup date two weeks out, as indicated on the order form. Their website says they will contact you if there are any issues with the time selected. Yeah, right. The day before the boxes were due to be picked up, I called and emailed them--no response. The day the boxes were due to be picked up, I emailed them again, and again, received no response. The next day they emailed me and told me point blank they would be picking up that day, and set a random three hour window, on less than 12 hours notice and without asking if I was available at that day and time. I also ordered some regular boxes and moving supplies from them. The tape dispenser is a worthless piece of junk, although the boxes were of mediocre quality. I wish that I could give a no-star review; this company doesn't deserve even 1 star... I placed an order at 1:00 today costing $93.00. I gave a window of 6:00 PM -- anytime tonight. I rushed home to make sure that I was here by 6:00. I waited, waited, waited. At 10:35 PM I called and left a message with my order number, explaining that I was moving on Monday and that I really needed the boxes. I just checked my emails before going to bed, and I see that at 7:01 PM they sent an email saying that they did not deliver to my zip code. Immediately went online to look for another company. Unable to get boxes shipped, as same day and next day orders needed to be put in before 4:00 PM, or 6:00 PM in some cases... How difficult would it have been to let me know immediately, as I put in my delivery address at 1:00 today, that they did not deliver to this zip code? I am certain that it should not have taken 6 hours to let me know. I have absolutely no idea what I am going to do tomorrow. Tired brain cannot figure this out just now.....This was a major screw-up. I ordered these boxes several days before I needed them and left a 4 hour delivery window. Waited 5.5 hours before I had to leave for work and leave a friend waiting in my apartment with the confirmation email from the company. Several hours later when the delivery arrived, the man brought in the 15 reusable boxes and trolley I ordered and asked if that was it, to which my friend responded, no she ordered the studio package, the man didn't speak English, shrugged, and left. I have been emailing asking for a partial refund since but they aren't responding. They also haven't answered a single one of my phone calls and last I checked the voicemail was full. These boxes were scheduled for pickup on Saturday (2 days ago) but they have yet to be collected. I've emailed them 3 times about this issue (once trying to confirm they were coming and twice following up) and just heard about 15 minutes ago that they're planning on coming between now and 5pm today. I informed them I wouldn't and couldn't be home and that I would need more notice. I wasted entire days both Saturday and Sunday sitting around in case they showed up, plus the delivery day, and haven't received a refund for the items I didn't receive. While the product itself is fine, the company has been a total nightmare and I wouldn't ever work with them again. read more
