This time I worked with Ken and he was very customer service oriented as well. What I like about this printer is that they have the ability to give you estimates of how much you are , expecting to pay, they give you options when it comes to print style and design, and they are very upfront and honest with you about outcomes of your project. You can do all of this on email with them before you even have to visit the store. When you visit the store, you've already sent your print job to them on email. You just might need to drop by to drop off materials like specialty invitations, which was our project this time. I appreciate that Ken verified and sent proofs of our printing job on email for us to have a look at before we approved the final project version. Overall, Ken is a great printing technician and expert. His patience with our event team was awesome. The rest of the staff is very customer service oriented too. I recommend Copy-It La Mesa, CA!

When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand. I don't understand why customers are being charged for a service that is normally free, especially when the issue is that the store's equipment isn't working. If there was going to be a charge, that should have been clearly communicated before printing the label. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.

Luke came in and set me straight. Literally! Not only did he outfit my work station with an ergonomic keyboard, mouse, and chair, but he personally installed a programmable/customizable sitting/standing desk with an arm mount for my computer screen, and set them all to my unique needs. The most effective thing Luke has done for me, even more than providing me with the tools I need, is taking the time to educate me on ergonomics and workplace posture. He even left notes to remind me to sit for no more than 20 minutes, stand up regularly, and make time to walk around. 20-8-2! I'll never go back to my old setup! The Biofreeze is back on the shelf at home, and (fingers crossed) that's where it will stay. It is a busy location. But they always deliver customer service to customers. I over hear their conversations while in line and it's always about good service. I have been coming here for about 4-5 years, and although they recognize me when I come in, they still ask for my ID to verify and I appreciate that. I travel often so if I need to extend my package pick up by a couple days they always help me out. And because of that when I have to pay for any delivery services I make sure to come to this location. They are patient and efficient. Steve shows up this morning and I told him what had happened with duplex printing. Instead of telling me I need some expensive parts to repair it. Found that the movers must have jostled the rollers loose. We found the parts behind the desk, he put it together in less than 5 minutes and was out the door. Couldn't be happier and more pleased.
