I took my Big Dog motorcycle in last year to have carb work done and an oil leak fixed. He did the carburetor but when I went to pick up the bike I noticed an oil puddle under it. When I asked about the oil leak he said "its probably a primary cover bolt that went too far through and is leaking in the back, just put some thing in there to plug it up". I told him "no, i brought it in for you to fix the oil leak. can you please take it back and fix it?" After fixing the oil leak my bike had electrical issues and wouldnt start. Unfortunately I had to have him fix that too. 3 Jobs done, zero calls upon completion. I had to call him sporadically to get a condescending "were still workin on it" then when its ready and call I get a "its been ready for almost a week now" resulting in my bike being at the shop for over a month. When I finally got the bike back there were over 10 new scratches on my tailpipes, engine, and forks. Randy denied any involvement. After bringing the bike in and showing him the multitude of scratches I got him to agree to detail my bike so a potential buyer might not see the scratches as well. He said he was too busy to do it this week and would call me. To my surprise i never got a call

I took my Honda Navi which is a VERY cheap bike in for an oil change, brake service, and a rear tire replacement. He charged me 112 for the new parts (?). That part was fine. Until he charged me 350 just for labor. The problem is, I'd had the same work done by him before, and he'd only charged me 150 (labor) dollars (without the tire change). In the end, I spent 483 dollars almost a quarter of the bike's value. When I asked him to explain the work done, he didn't know what to say and told me he did exactly what Honda required. I found tire replacements at Honda for $50. He charged me $95 for the new tire plus $95 for the installation, after having already charged me $255 (for labor) for brake adjustments and an oil change. Please, for your own sake, don't take your bikes to this place. This guy is an opportunist! I hope everything you do comes back to you. A terrible human being!!!!

There are simple jobs to be done for easy money but finding people willing to do it is the challenge! I am lucky Dridox provided mobile service and came to my home to take of services I need... call service ($75) battery replacement ($65 + $29 for battery) and oil change ($85) , maybe tank flush if it didn't start up after the battery replacement. This is what I get for letting my two wheels sit idle in the garage during the winter months collecting dust. I reached out, got a quote, and scheduled the service with Adriano. I had intentions to do this all myself but didn't have all the tools and would like to see it done first before taking a hand at it... also eager to ride and want these services done ASAP! Adriano arrived early/on time, charged my battery and tested it (def needed a new one), replaced my battery, hooked up my charger device (recently bought it and didn't know it's needed for maintenance), it started so I didn't need a tank flush, but went ahead with an oil change since I was overdue. I did tell Adriano I been nearby g to do this on my own so he did show me how-to and what tools and what to look for or be careful of, which I super appreciate his professionalism and expertise. My little two wheels was probably a cake walk to what he is use to servicing. Within the hour all was done. If bigger jobs need to be done such as engine rebuild - they do that too and can rack your two wheels to their shop. The business accepts credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. The motorcycle shop that usually serviced my two-wheels for years stopped providing service and only to Surrons going forward... they gain some but lost a lot of the only tailor to only a specific kind. My choices were 1) Do the services myself 2) Tow it to Fun Bike Center and get it serviced 3) Fine a mobile service to do it. With the impatience of not riding and budget considered, mobile service was best especially when watching and learning to (maybe) do it in the future yourself. For any future assistance with my two wheel maintenance, I'll be giving them a call. I highly recommend their services.
