I had worked with him prior to get some parts on order including a rejetting kit, sprockets and a new chain (gave $40 deposit). My exhaust was loose, something I didn't notice due to my loud after market exhaust put on by a previous owner. This was quickly diagnosed and fixed by Wide Open Moto. Bike was ready to go, rode it around for a bit and flooded the carb due to the wrong size needle being installed. Brent was generous and had it towed back for free to his shop. Subsequently the bike rode great that following Monday when I picked it back up. I'd recommend Brent and Wide Open Moto for your bike. Unexpected things can happen and they worked on the bike again for free after re-diagnosing. He also was quick to give me back my deposit after I realized it was still in holding. A plus is that he is very responsive and easy to get in touch with. I would personally give 5 stars if I was given a heads up on what type of miscellaneous repairs were going to be done. I had a kickstand safety switch and oil change done without my knowledge at the time. Thank you, Brent. You've got my business going forward.

I finally stopped in to meet the owner, James, and right away I could tell this place was different. He took the time to come out, look over my bike with me, talk through what I wanted, and get everything scheduled without any pressure. One thing that really stood out was their communication. They use a text and email system for appointments, which makes everything simple and organized. During the job, James even reached out with a question about how I wanted something installed. He sent photos and followed up with a call to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it done--that level of attention is rare. From start to finish, the service was excellent. James and Danielle genuinely care about their customers, and it shows. Randy is the worst mechanic I have dealt with in my life and extremely unprofessional (And I think…read morehe is the owner). I took my Big Dog motorcycle in last year to have carb work done and an oil leak fixed. He did the carburetor but when I went to pick up the bike I noticed an oil puddle under it. When I asked about the oil leak he said "its probably a primary cover bolt that went too far through and is leaking in the back, just put some thing in there to plug it up". I told him "no, i brought it in for you to fix the oil leak. can you please take it back and fix it?" After fixing the oil leak my bike had electrical issues and wouldnt start. Unfortunately I had to have him fix that too. 3 Jobs done, zero calls upon completion. I had to call him sporadically to get a condescending "were still workin on it" then when its ready and call I get a "its been ready for almost a week now" resulting in my bike being at the shop for over a month. When I finally got the bike back there were over 10 new scratches on my tailpipes, engine, and forks. Randy denied any involvement. After bringing the bike in and showing him the multitude of scratches I got him to agree to detail my bike so a potential buyer might not see the scratches as well. I failed to make an appointment and when I got there they did not have one available until 4pm which was a problem cause I work at 2. The owner literally put on different shoes and gloves and changed my tire for me himself. To say I got great service is an understatement.
