It's such a fun twist on the typical matcha coconut drink, and I have to give Damo their flowers for creating something that feels unique. The Matcha Einspanner wasn't particularly stand-out compared to some of the other cafes in K-Town, but it was still a well-balanced drink with a nice mix of bitterness, sweetness, and creaminess.
