While attending mass here one day, stopped into the cafeteria to have a light lunch. Mostly servicing sandwiches and drinks, it is a nice place to get a quick light lunch. It is also a nice place to relax since it is on church grounds. It is not really busy unless the church is busy which is mostly on weekends and religious holidays.

Super modern, aesthetic vibes with tons of tasty, unique drink options and lots of seating to get…read morework done! (If the inside is full sit outside for a nice breeze, the WiFi still works decently well outside!) I got the orange mint matcha which was both rich and refreshing at the same time - the orange slice was fresh and a nice bite at the end! The seasonal menu also looked good, I hope I can return to try it at a later time. Lots of matcha options for those looking. Pretty big food menu too, which I didn't try this time sadly! Parking in the garage is validated for 30 minutes and then they start charging at the regular rate. They do NOT take tap to pay, as I learned the hard way. Parking is my only complaint about this spot! I loved Archives of Us and I'll be back to try more!

My new favorite spot for decadent matcha and hojicha drinks!…read more The cream top on the hojicha einspanner was so creamy and thick, and it was also the perfect level of sweetness. The strawberry matcha einspanner was also yummy and had a great presentation The space is pretty small but there are a few seats available. The line was around 20 minutes long on a Saturday afternoon. Like most spots in ktown, the parking lot is limited and you'll likely need to find street parking, but it is definitely worth the hype!

Order: matcha latte, less sweet Price: $7…read moreLuckily I went during a time that surprisingly wasn't busy. The parking lot was full, but there was street parking right around the corner. Service was friendly and staff were helpful when I asked about adding a matcha cream top to the matcha latte. I ordered my matcha less sweet just in case my drink would be too sweet. The drink wasn't sweet at all which I didn't expect, but it wasn't a bad thing. I wouldn't make any adjustments next time. The matcha was astringent, bitter, and umami. I did taste some slight graininess, but nothing too bad. I think they prepare the matcha as a paste then add it to the top of the milk. I've never seen other places prepare their drinks like this before! Overall, it was a solid drink for an decent price.

4.5 Yelp Stars *** Stopped by here to pick up coffee before…read morethe long roadtrip home to the Bay Area! This was one of the closer coffee spot with good reviews that I found near the kbbq place (Seogwan by Yellow Cow Kbbq) my family and I ate at for lunch. It was about 0.5miles (3 mins drive). The coffee shop is super large, bright, and has nice background music. There are plenty of seats for people to hang out or study. There are also street parking but can be difficult to cross the street due to cars driving by so quickly without a pedestrian crosswalk on one side. I ordered their signature drink which was the orange espresso tonic with one extra shot for my husband, and the double mango matcha for myself. Both of us really enjoyed the drinks, especially the orange espresso tonic. It was refreshing, clean, and easy to drink. Normally, they include double shots of espresso, which may have tasted stronger for me since my husband wanted three shots, and I usually stick with two shots. The double mango matcha uses fresh fruit syrup so the mango flavor was not too strong and my drink was very creamy due to the signature mango cream on top. Usually, I would enjoy a creamy matcha but it made me more thirsty on a hot day. The service took a bit of time since they had to mix my matcha the legit way with the bamboo whisk. The matcha tasted like premium, ceremonial matcha since it was stronger and authentic in taste. Overall, both drinks were enjoyable but if I had to choose one, I would go with the orange espresso tonic even though I love mango matcha!

The matcha latte is alright. For the price, I think I'd gravitate toward another café. It was $19…read morefor two matchas...that I didn't think tasted worth the price. Service was standard. If you plan to sit here, there's a one-drink-per-person minimum. The café itself is aesthetic and filled with natural light. The drink has that bitter matcha flavor, which I'm usually okay with, but this one wasn't very smooth. It left an aftertaste that I didn't enjoy.
