The dream come true breakfast sandwich was 10/10 we ordered jalapeños but they ran out so they gave us extra bacon. It came with an aioli sauce SO GOOD! The banana latte was surprisingly good (9/10) The cubano latte was (6/10) it tasted like coffee from a pot even tho we added an extra shot. We did a pickup order so we weren't in the store long, which was good because it felt really hot in there while we waited. Customer service was (6/10) no one was attentive to customers they were having their own conversations while people were standing by the register. But because it was a Monday, we unfortunately came when they were hustling a large catering order. However, they were able to churn out walk in orders such as ours as well, the wait was not too bad. It's one of the only places in downtown that opens up pretty early and walkable for anyone staying in downtown. I highly recommend ordering their Americano Muffin which is crispy bacon, egg, and cheese. I highly recommend adding a hash brown inside for more texture and flavor. They also give a side of thousand island sauce and Cholula for additional flavor. The sandwich is pretty big in size and will keep you full for a good while. I also enjoyed their Acai bowl which is fantastic. The Acai here doesn't melt like most Acai bowls; it's thick and has an ice cream texture which is a plus. Been a Muffia for about 5 years mostly at the Glendale location, but the DTLA is closer now. I'm happy everything is generally freshly prepared, the hash browns can be on/off depending on how busy they are (busy=better/fresher) but the added veggies are fresh. Best is eaten on site since containering any of this causes steam to make things much less crisp. I do note every sandwich can be ordered as a Bowl, which basically skips the muffin and turns it keto/low-carb. (No discount or extra fee but you get added veg to make up for the missing muffin.) I do love their coffee especially. The place is generally mellow though there is an occasional guest music artist pop-up from time to time. This DTLA validates the adjacent underground parking. Street is scarce on weekends due to the number of residences in the area. Accessible entrance is the 12th Street side and the exit is the other driveway door. read more

Found this spot for a quick breakfast grab around my work. I got dream come true muffin and vaccino iced coffee. Muffin is on a pricier side but it came out a lot of ingredients. The sauce came in a separate container which I liked for a to go order. Coffee was so so, but it is expected since it is not a cafe. My order came out in like 5 minutes. Everything is made to order so it takes a few minutes but the staff here are friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The decor is bright and I love the branding everywhere on the walls and even the merch is cute. My pastrami papi sandwich was delicious and filling. There was plenty of pastrami in my sandwich and the english muffin was well-toasted and crunchy. The dijon aioli and pickle dipped cucumbers cut through the fattiness of the pastrami and the egg and cheese added a rich and creamy flavor. The hash brown was crispy and had good potato flavor. Pricing is quite good for what you get and It's pretty affordable considering this spot is in DTLA. There is parking available at one of the nearby lots or you can park on the street. read more
