Went out and found an employee to ask about this. She said she would check on it, so I went back into the theater. Wait 10 minutes and got up to check on this again. Found same employee and she said they were working on it. When it finally arrived they dropped off our order, but no napkins. Love the idea of this service, but the execution is not great.
