    6:40 Friday evening.

This review is only based upon their service, or lack there of. For the last 20 plus years going back when they were part of the franchise "Camille's", I have ordered Tuscan tomato soup for my better half. I would go out and get my meal and swing back to CJs, for the soup. Tonight at 6:40 pm on a Friday evening, they were not serving customers. Sadly this has happened no less than a dozen times to me, that CJs is randomly closed for the evening. Usually I can see the owner in the back, cleaning and ignoring or just oblivious to me or anyone else trying to get a meal. Initially the soup was $7.00, now it's $9.00. If you do the math based upon going there once a month, sometimes I went more than once a month , it's a few grand. Depressing. I'm not proud to admit that I've patronized CJs even though the multiple times they were closed outside of their posted hours. Tonight I did try calling from outside the restaurant, and still ignored. Thank you for the soup in the past, I'm done trying to guess if you will be open in the future.

    "Crispy" chicken

Tastes okay but full of lettuce. Chicken texture feels processed. $17 for this is crazy even in this economy

I came here with a couple friends for some brunch our usual spot was closed on Monday's so I found this little place and I am so sad I didn't know about this place sooner This cafe has very low traffic for how great the food was we ordered a Napa Chicken Panini, Turkey Pretzel Roll, and a spicy chicken strip wrap. Everyone was satisfied no bad opinions it was all delicious. Our food came out so fast and the service was great they brought it to our table made sure we had everything we needed just overall great experience. I'm definitely coming back here

Wow! Went with a few friends, hungry after class and this made our day. Not sure who was working, but this gentleman was so quick and kind during his service. He served us all at the same time, in a timely manner, and checked on us too! The food was incredibly flavorful and crisp, we all shared around the table. Not to mention, the place is very clean and decorated to create a calm comfortable space. Also the menu is quite endless, so we will be back trying new things!

Parking: no need for street parking, they are located in a plaza with lots of parking space Customer service: everyone was nice and helpful in helping my party and I order. They are short staffed (as stated on their register) but did their best to help us and other customers Paninis: the Napa chicken panini was my favorite. It had the right amount of sauce and crunch to it. I wanted to try their soup of the day (chicken panbpano) which was tasty. I was able to make it a combo by ordering "your two picks." As for the ham and Swiss panini, the pesto made it more delicious. My friend and I were very pleased with our panini and would recommend this place to anyone craving a sandwich or wants to try something new. Drinks: what's cool about this place is their coffee is from coffee bean. It's a two in one place and the drinks taste just like you would expect it. I ordered a large for the hazelnut and matcha blended with caffeine. Overall very happy with my experience

Today I had the half and half, sandwich and potato soup. This was the first time I wasn't wowed by the soups I guess in more used to loaded potato soups. It has a good flavor, but I missed lots of bacon, cheese, and sour cream topping. The staff is friendly. Lots of parking, but the lot is kind of oddly planned out.

Much to my surprise, it was about as lively as I had remembered it. The Alley was established during Covid times and offered a retreat to escape from the humdrum of the homestead. These days, its friendly vibe welcomes neighbors and visitors with a backyard setting strewn with twinkle lights and family-style tables. It's a causal scene and easy to soak in the live music, sunlight/moonlight, and neighborly banter. The layout resembles an alley with shops on either side, big open doors invite you to grab something to eat, sample a drink, or shop for handmade gifts. On one side, you've got craft brews and coffee roasters. On the other side, it's local wines and piping hot pizzas. Dogs are welcome all around. At the center of it all, there's live music on the weekends. Modeled after a Beer & Wine Garden concept, The Alley features Enegren Brewery (beer), Lucas Sellers (wine), California Coffee Republic (java), Fire & Vice (pizza), and The Craft House (non-alcoholic tchotchkes). As a self-proclaimed wino, I opted for a sampling of the Lucas Sellers Wines. Ashley, who was behind the bar and top of the pours, gave me good suggestions and offered anecdotes about each wine on tap. At the end of the night, my light pinot paired perfectly with the Mushroom Arugula pizza from Fire & Vice. And I felt right at home, surrounded by friends.

Within ten seconds of walking in, I was greeted by Ama, who set the tone for the whole visit. She was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout. Most places serve it in a paper cup where the espresso and gelato just blend into a mushy mess. Not here. Carrara's presents it beautifully on a stone tray, with a proper espresso cup and a transparent glass so you can actually see the layers of gelato and espresso. And Ama personally poured the espresso tableside, which really topped off the whole experience. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

It was creamy, smooth, and had the perfect balance of espresso and horchata flavor. Not too sweet, not too strong, just right. The staff was friendly, the service moved quickly despite how busy it was, and the overall vibe of the shop was welcoming. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The service was perfect with the waiter coming quickly to take our drink, appetizer and pizza order as well as getting us water right off the bat. Everyone was so nice it felt like we were all friends. The food was awesome. We got the chicken wings, bread and butter, and mushroom pizza. The bread was fresh out of the oven with a little black char. The butter was fresh with herbs and garlic it seemed. The chicken wings were breaded fried and tossed with dry rub. They were also amazing with their ranch that had just the right amount of dill in it so it was still a proper ranch. (Some places just taste like dill sauce at this point.)
