Then, while they were already working on my nails, they suddenly changed the price to $75 because they said it required "more work." On top of that, they asked if I wanted a massage, but did not mention that it would be an additional $20 charge. In the end, my total was $95 for a result that I was not happy with. I went back to have them fix it, and even after tipping $15, they asked for an additional tip, which felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I don't mind paying for good service, but changing prices in the middle of the service and pushing for extra tips is unacceptable. I left very dissatisfied and would not return.

I called that morning and got an appointment same day. I had a screenshot of what I wanted. I started off with Christine, who prepped my nails and then switched to Michael, who brought my picture to life. ( I didn't mind the switch, I had booked last minute and was just happy that they were able to accommodate me). My nails were pricey, just over $70 after a 20% tip. I must've got hit with some "extras", but I didn't ask beforehand what it would cost, so not going to ding them for that! Here I am three weeks out, no lifting or chipping. Not quite as shiney as day one, but they held up incredibly well! I definitely enjoyed the massage and the place was well kept. I'll definitely be back, but plan to ask prices beforehand this time. The manicure itself was sloppy: the nails aren't even the same size, the polish is uneven, and drilling underneath ruined my actual nails. My thumbnails are especially bad, one even dips down at the top. The pedicure was no better: just one streaky layer of polish with messy edges, and it cost $50 for something I could have done better myself. Absolutely terrible experience. I will never go back.

All that aside, I won't be back after my most recent cut. I told the hairdresser I wanted an angled bob and showed them an inspo picture. I came in with armpit length hair so this shouldn't have been an issue. They glanced at the pic, asked me next to no clarifying questions, and proceeded to give me a chin length lord Farquaad straight bob instead. They also did not provide a mirror to see the back so it wasn't until I got home and could get a good view of the back did I realize just how different it was from what I asked for. I hoped it was the styling, but even after washing and restyling, there's no way around it. This is the second time I've cried over a haircut I've gotten from hairdressers at this salon because they just don't seem to care about what I ask for, they just do whatever they want.
