She said yeah you're probably right I have two dogs but if you're going to increase someone's price by over 50%, that's worthy of a conversation. She agreed to pay them 200 but not a penny more. They were Jerks.

Both the owner and the junior guy inspected my car. The junior guy showed me the comps. I asked if could go higher based on the data points. He said it was out of his control and he needed to ask the owner who was helping a couple at the time. The owner (think his name is Charles) proceeded to scream at me that the offer is the offer, essentially a take it or leave it. Very confusing and rude.
