Very satisfied with my experience at this shop. Owners of older cars and trucks are very aware that even the smallest job can end up more complex than expected. When taking my old Toyota in for bushing replacements, they found both my rear springs were cracked and broken. Parts are hard to come by in this model, but they went the extra mile to find good used parts at a great price. The gentlemen at Clark Frame & Wheel Alignment are so awesome! My car had been hit in the rear wheel on the driver's side, which damaged the suspension - even broke two arms. The driver who hit my car, drove off right after the accident, so this whole experience was a true nightmare, but I towed my car to them and I was amazed by their professionalism but also by how much they actually seemed to truly and genuinely want to help me fix my car. It really relieved some of the stress to know that true professionals were working on my car. I tried going to so many different body shops before finding out about them, and I was met with rude remarks and annoying opinions on what I should do with my car (like "oh with the money to fix this you could buy a new car" and the like). But not at Clark Frame! I told them I wanted to fix it and they were there to meet my request. They replaced the parts and did a whole wheel alignment AND it wasn't nearly as expensive as everyone at the other shops had made it seem. It was a very fair and reasonable price. I found out about them because a different body shop actually recommended me to them. That truly speaks to how awesome they are. I will definitely be taking my car here in the future for any alignment work, hopefully not for another hit though :D I just wanted to say thank you again, the car drives amazingly smooth. read more

Unfortunately parts from Napa, Riebes, Rockauto don't always work. I installed a rack from Rockauto and am told needs to be replaced, what a mess. Took a long time to install. Time and money. Kudos to a really great outfit. I had an accident involving my front end alignment and based on the recommendation of my insurance estimator I went to Clark to have it sorted out. This was not easy since I went on Yelp to search for "front end alignment in Roseville" and Clark did not come up. They should fix that. Made an appointment and was in there the next morning. In very quick fashion Tony resolved and repaired the problems. It took less than an hour and was completed within the preliminary phone estimate. These guys are obviously competent, easy to work with, reasonably priced and above all, honest. read more

My issuse of vsc lights wasnt fully resolved which i wanted to. I will NEVER take my cars ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I have finally found a Knowledgable, Trustworthy, Honest, Ethical repair shop with human beings that treat others as such. My 2010 Prius was making a weird squeeking noise up front. My husband took it to Roseville Toyota where they proceeded to charge us $134 to tell us the "inner tie rod rack" needed to be replaced, and quoted us $1,700+ for the repairs. It only has 42,800 miles. We had purchased it used from a private dealer and I was concerned that perhaps there were more problems and I wanted a second opinion and someone to look the vehicle over that I could trust. I found Clark Frame on Yelp and chose them because of the great reviews. It was a Saturday and I sent an email requesting a quote. I got a message early Monday morning from Tony asking me to call so he could get more information. I told him what was happening and he agreed to take a look. I went there the next morning at 10:00 am. They got me right in and were skeptical about it being a tie rod, but heard a sound. Tony then took me with for a test drive and before we left the parking lot, he heard what I was talking about and turned right around. About five minutes later, after exploring the wheel and hearing the "loose" sound, Tony discovered the real issue--a loose bolt on the wheel arm. He tightened the bolt and fixed the problem...saving me thousands of dollars and earning him a customer for life. We then took the car back out and onto the freeway just to confirm the problem was resolved--it was. I cannot tell you how relieved I was to hear my car was okay and how much I appreciate the two owners who run their shop with courtesy and decency. Fast, Friendly, best price in town. I always worry being a girl going to get my car fixed alone, but they were wonderful. Only my front end needed to be aligned so that's all they charged me for. They could have taken advantage and charged me the full price and I wouldn't have known any better. Building looks a bit iffy, but the people and service more than make up for it. read more

Took my 1963 Plymouth Fury in today for an alignment after a two year rebuild of all the car's systems. Case was ready for me when I arrived and listened to my concerns before getting to work on the car. It was done on time and for the amount stated. On the ride back to Lincoln it drove like a new car. I'm very impressed with the quality of work received and the professionalism of this business. These guys are the only place I take my lifted 4runner to when I need to get things realigned after a long day of offroading or a tough hit on the trail. They are as thorough as they come and they check all suspension components before doing your alignment so you don't go home and have your alignment go out after a week and have to return. i took my 91 gmc in there for an alignment, i read the reviews and friends referred me there i was very please with the serivce i was in and out in 30 min and turns out i didnt need an alignment but other love to my truck lol they told what it was wrote it down for me and gave a rough estimate i was very happy how honest they were and didnt try and tell me i need stuff i didnt need so im going to save my money and try and get the truck back in there when i can lol but i will for sure bring all my cars and trucks to there very good guys. read more
