I had an appointment at Clark Frame & Wheel Alignment today (4/22/2020) at 10:00am. I got there today and handed the keys of my wife's car (white 2013 Chevy Cruze LT) over to the co-owner Case. I stepped back into the waiting area and there was another customer sitting there sniffling a little from what I saw. She got up and walked outside, of which I can see clearly because the front of the shop is all glass. I saw Case get in my wife's car and stopped next to that lady and I witnessed what happened next. Case unlocks my wife's car door, let's this lady/customer into my wife's car and they drive off. I was beyond FURIOUS and could not believe what I just saw and what just happened!! Case used my wife's car right in front of my eyes as their personal shop vehicle or like an uber of some sort. I could NOT BELIEVE what I had just witnessed! I have no clue who this lady is and why they are using MY vehicle for their personal taxi! Does she have any diseases or infections? Does she have kids? If so, are they sick or carrying anything? Does her family have any diseases or illnesses? Does she work in the medical field and is exposed to sick people? I don't know the answers to any of those questions that were racing through my mind but with Corona virus, you have to assume the worst in order to keep yourself and loved ones protected. Neither Case or that lady had masks, gloves, or seat covers or floor mats on or in the car. No personal protection equipment whatsoever. My wife and I drive our car every day along with our two babies who are 3 and 2 years old. With everything going on with Corona virus and substantial death rates due to this virus, I can't even begin to fathom as to why Case thought that was safe and ok to do with a customer's car. Tony Howard, the other co-owner came into the customer service waiting area after Case and that lady drove off. I stopped Tony H and told him exactly what I had just witnessed and he began acting confused and started apologizing. Case came back with my wife's car and pulled it into their shop. Tony H went up to him and said something but I wasn't able to hear any of it as I was in the customer service waiting area. Case came into the customer service waiting area and began apologizing and making excuses about why he shouldn't have done that. I told him how furious I was and that unfortunately an apology won't take care of hospital bills or death if it comes/came to that because of their ignorance and unsafe and unsanitary company behavior. Now we have to find a car detailer that can professionally disinfect our vehicle thoroughly as we CANNOT risk our lives and the lives of our babies all because of their ignorance. This shop is lucky to even be operating at the moment compared to other small businesses that cannot operate and are closing because they are not considered essential. I told Case to give my keys back and that I will never do business with them again. I drove an hour to them and wasted my time and gas. If I knew they were going to do that to me, I wouldn't have wasted my time going there to begin with. Clark Frame & Wheel Alignment is open and operating with this unsanitary behavior and at this rate people will get sick and be hospitalized that go to their facility for vehicle repairs. My family and I are now forced to get checked by our physicians for any symptoms of COVID-19 which will take out more time and even more money out of our pockets. My hope is that this facility be shutdown immediately and inspected by the proper authorities for any virus related issues and not be re-opened until everything passes with flying colors. Until there are any recourses of action that can be taken that ensures they wear masks and gloves, they should not be allowed to reopen until this is all verified and done. The fact that they like to take random customers, whom of which are clearly sick, into another customer's car is abuse of customer property and total lack of respect and highly dangerous especially in these fragile times of Corona virus! This company has no integrity after that. I am now beyond stressed emotionally and mentally... What a GIANT headache all of because of Clark Frame & Wheel Alignment!! I'm sure I will get a response from Tony Howard the business owner on here, but as I stated earlier, there will not be any reasonable explanation of the behavior from this company. Update: Wow, what a incredible headache... I was advised to call 311 and report to them. Then, 311 advised that I call The Public Health Department of Placer County and file a complaint. I did. Then I was told by the county to call and file a police report with Roseville PD.. I did that too and spoke with Officer Odell. Then I had to call BBB and file with them as well... COVID-19 is VERY serious. I did my due diligence to make sure I took all of the proper steps and precautions in ensuring correct and accurate reporting of this matter. read more

Took my car here today, after having one of the other big tire and brake places tell me that they were not able to align the wheels on my Toyota. They told me I would need to first get all new struts for around $1,200, and would waive the $80 alignment fee (which I paid and got no alignment) if I let them replace all struts. After a year of stressing about my suspension--even though there were no signs of anything being wrong, I decided to get a second opinion. After reading other reviews, I decided to give Clark Frame a call, and was in and out the same day. Not only did these pros get my alignment done, but they were less expensive than the other so called experts who charged me for not aligning my car but also wanted me to spend $1,200 all for nothing! Turned out my suspension was good. Will never ever go anywhere else for alignments, or for suspension work on my cars for now on. I just had a front end alignment today and they checked the rear as well. I was very impressed with this place and highly recommend them. Not only are they VERY reasonable I thought when they said they would check the rear for alignment needs that it was an up sale gimmick. I would have had it done because the cost was so reasonable anyway, and peace of mind in case it did need to be done, but it turns out I didn't need it!. This place is clean, with nice staff. This is the only place I could find in the area with the type of alignment machine that goes over the rim, rather than over the tire. If your vehicle has been lowered with extra adjustable suspension components, this is the place to go! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and does excellent work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Before knowing about this place, I had brought my car to a different shop, where they couldn't do my alignment because my front wheel bearing apparently needed replaced. They gave me an estimate of $495 for an alignment, wheel bearing replacement, and labor. I am not very knowledgable about cars, so I talked to a friend who recommended Clark Frame & Wheel Alignment, stating that he has brought his car here for over twenty years and has always received great service and they never recommend things that don't actually need fixed. He was right. I took a chance and brought my car here and within in hour, they had fixed my wheel bearing (which needed some adjustments, NOT replaced). They also did my alignment. All together, they saved me close to $400. I am beyond impressed by this company. Not only are all of the staff extremely nice and professional, but the honesty is refreshing. I showed up for my 9am appointment today and had a nice little experience. Case behind the counter was extremely personable and discussed with me what they saw worth mentioning about my car while they were working on it. This is the only place in town to go if you have a modified vehicle. Lifted lowered or just want to keep you stock car in perfect shape. We have a lowered Mustang GT with caster & camber plates. These guys really know what they are doing. I have taken my last two cars here, both lowered, and they have done great work on both. Unlike the big chains, these guys specialize in doing alignments so they are able to accommodate a wider variety of vehicle types. The actual location is a little tricky to find, just make sure you pull into the back of their lot through the gate. They are also very decently priced. If you need to get an alignment done, especially if you have a modified car, you should definitely check these guys out. read more

Extremely satisfied with the results so far. My truck was in an accident and sent here. Joe, the guy handling my truck seems to be very honest. He did the inspection and relayed it to my insurance. He let me know right away. Although the truck might be totaled, resulting in a potential loss of income for this company, Joe was very honest about it. I had my 1995 Toyota Camry aligned and they did a fantastic job at a very fair price. I've had the car aligned at other shops in the past couple of years and the car never seemed to be right. The tires were wearing really badly, so I decided to take the car to a specialty shop. Clark Frame & Wheel Alignment did the alighment and also found a problem with the subframe.
