This company and the owner are a complete joke! SAVE YOURSELF THE WORST MOVE OF YOUR LIFE AND CALL A DIFFERENT MOVER!! Brian, the owner totally came unglued when I called him the morning of our move and said his driver called me and wanted to come early and I said no I needed the time. They scheduled with a 2 hour time span which originally told him as late as possible. Anyway this Nutcase Brian starts ranting and raving, cuts me off so I can't get a complete sentence out, threatens to cancel my move and hangs up on me....not once but 3 times after calling me back each time. He insisted he was professional, in business forever, family operated which sounds like him and maybe his young son...not like a long family history. His fits had me unglued as well with him telling me each call he wasn't moving us. Now this all started because his guys wanted to come early and I said no and called him and told him no I needed the time as agreed. Anyway long story short he wasted about a half hour of my time calling me back, yelling and screaming and then hanging up. So I'm calling around to find another mover at the last minute after agreeing I didn't want to deal with his craziness and didn't want his Company moving my things. He calls back again crying saying he's under alot of stress and a kinda apology and wants to send his guys. I'm real leary at that point and even ask if they are going to mess my stuff up to get even? He assures me they will not so I said ok. I NEVER SHOULD HAVE ANSWERED HIS LAST CALL AND FOUND ANOTHER MOVER! He advertises they are professional movers and wear gloves and face masks because of the Covid-19. When the movers got there, 1 person had a mask on and no gloves. The other had nothing. I mentioned that would prefer both wearing face masks and gloves. They came back from the truck and both had masks but no gloves. After they started one of the movers removed his mask and didn't bother the rest of the time even though I again mentioned my concern. Anyway, I just wanted to get it done. When they announced the truck was almost full, I was shocked and walked through the house to see what was left to load. I find out they haven't even touched the two bedrooms, the dining chairs were not in the truck and the dining table was. They hadn't included my washer and dryer and just mainly taken boxes and loaded in the truck. I had planned on 1 trip to move and was very specific with Brian on the phone the week before exactly what items would be moved. Feeling very frustrated AGAIN, I asked what size truck he sent and the driver said it was a 17ft. Shocked that he sent such a small truck but I didn't want to call him and go through his drama of yelling and screaming again! The driver said it would take two trips....infuriated at this point because of how long it's taken to load the truck (they both worked on removing the legs from my wood dining room table which took forever and completely unnecessary) I asked them to make sure the bedroom mattresses were included and the large appliances. Never did they mention the size of the truck or that it would take two trips until the truck was full. Yet they intentionally loaded the truck without the necessities to sleep or eat at the new location over night. To say the least, I was very perturbed that they intentionally loaded the truck to make sure we had to make a second trip. I asked them to make sure the mattresses and necessities were on the truck and I only wanted them to make one trip. They were pissed (not sure if they called Brian) and they began unloading some of the items and reloading other items in the truck to fit the mattresses. It was taking so long that I went out to check on the progress several times and each time my view was block by the mattresses so couldn't see what they were doing. Finally after about 45 minutes they had the needed items on the truck. The dining room chairs still didn't get included but I just wanted to get done. My son was waiting at the new location and I asked them to just unload, not put anything together or place items in correct rooms. When I got there they were almost done and as I walk through, I see cabinet doors ripped off, scratches on all the wood furniture. By that time it had taken them 4 hours to load and unload a 17ft. truck with leaving over half of my furniture still to be moved. Instead of complaining, I just wanted to get done with them so they gave me the bill which was around $500 and I paid and said bye! Worst move ever! Brian the owner, responded to my original post. In an effort to cast yourself in a more favorable light, you have attempted to portray yourself as a victim. But nothing could be further from the truth. The only victim here is me - the consumer. I will not get into a tit for tat exchange. But, I vehemently stand by my post! My review can be condensed into two words - "RUN AWAY!" There are a number of highly reputable, professional movers in the Las Vegas area. Unfortunately, based on my experience, this company has not proven to be one of them. I was going to wait until the issues, with this company, were completely resolved, to post my review;but, I don't want anyone else's experience to mirror my own. I can't change my experience; but, perhaps I can save yours (plus your time and money). This is just a bit of my experience with this company.... please take time to read it. I hired Class A Moving, Feb 7, 2019, to move my furnishings, from storage, to my new residence. My first "clue" that there was going to be a problem, was when the crew arrived late. At a rate of $295, for the first two hours, and $135 for each additional hour, the expectation was that they would arrive on time, working quickly and efficiently, without mishap or incident. Unfortunately, that is NOT what transpired. Somehow, my formal dining room table inexplicably fell (or was dropped) from the back of the truck, and the legs shattered. (With a crew of three professional movers, I still don't know how that happened!) The crew leader took photos of the broken table, and contacted the owner, Brian (who contacted me and made arrangements to come out and assess the damage). However, the table layed, in a heap, in my garage, for almost two full weeks waiting for that assessment. (There were numerous reschedules and delays). Finally, after much insistence, Brian sent a driver out on Feb 19th, to pick up the table, for transport to his warehouse. The driver showed up in an unmarked yellow truck, no staff ID, and no paperwork to indicate he was picking up my property or where it was being transported to. I had to hand write a document indicating who he was, who he was with, that he was in fact taking my property, and where the property was being taken to. (I also took pictures as a precautionary measure). When I inquired as to what happens next, Brian assured me that the table would be evaluated (by someone who repairs wood), and that he would contact me in 5 to 7 days as to their findings. I allowed adequate time; but, I was not contacted nor apprised as to the findings, or the status of any repair. Again, I had to initiate contact with Brian. I followed up on Feb 28, again on March 9th. (Each time I was told that they were getting another quote and assessment). I was also assured (each time), that they would get back to me; and, each time I failed to get a follow-up call. Finally, today, March 18th, (41 days from the date the table was shattered), things came to a head. I was contacted by a staff member, who advised me that the table was not repairable, and they were offering me $100 in "compensation". (Which does not reflect a fraction of its cost). When I contested it, requesting a fair and equitable compensatory amount, I was met with, "you signed a legal document" (which I as of yet, do not have a copy of) and our insurance covers $60 per pound per item.." After a contentious discussion, Brian reduced the $100 offer to $25. (Yes, you read it right -$25). He further decided not to have the table redelivered to me (as originally discussed). Rather, directed that I could pick the table up from the warehouse.(I declined because of how communications had eroded. I did not feel that it was a safe environment conducive to a healthy business transaction). I was even threatened with legal recourse , when I said my review, of the company, would reflect my experience and my dissatisfaction with the way the matter had been handled. (Thankfully, I have kept all texts/correspondence that support my truth). This is not reflective of a business worthy of my patronage. IS IT WORTHY OF YOURS? If I could rate this business with 1/2 to no stars, I would. But, what I CAN do is share my experience and encourage others to be cautious. As consumers, we have the right to expect quality service, from honorable, reputable, service providers. We also have the right to file a complaint, write a review, and seek restitution. READ ANY CONTRACT CAREFULLY! (Your valuables may be reduced to flea market bargain costs.) Make sure the people you entrust, with your valuables, are worthy of that trust. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! six months ago they moved me from a storage unit into a town house. The move was scheduled for noon and they didn't show up until 1pm (no big deal). While moving they scraped the side on my dining room table, amour, knocked out wood between the two drawers of my daughters new dresser and put small holes in the wall. They promised to take care of it so I was cool as long as they took care of it. I scheduled a time for them to come over 4 times to fix what they had damaged and they no showed. I finally got in touch with the Brian the owner and he promised to take care of it. Two more no shows after talking to him. They finally made it over after 20plus calls. They took the door to the amour and the piece to the dresser and said they would stain the table (I took care of the holes in the wall). After 5 months from the date of the move they bring the door back but not the piece to the dresser. They give me a marker to touch up the table and the rest of the amour(it doesn't fix the scrapes). I have called numerous times to get the piece to my dresser and they don't return my calls. It's been six months and nothing has been fixed and I still don't have the piece to the dresser never mind any kind of compensation. read more

We chose this company to handle our move based off Yelp reviews. Price was fair per hour and they were overall pretty good! We had a pretty large move across town, and they made the process pretty painless. Our entire garage was filled with boxes, from top to bottom and we had a couple of beds and couches inside the house to move also. They loaded the whole thing in a 26 foot truck in about two hours, drove it across town in about 45 minutes, and unloaded everything where it needed to go in about an hour. I know the guys were hustling to get things done, which I appreciated since we were paying hourly. I also appreciated that they asked me if it was OK to take a break when they were gassed. They were respectful and easy to work with. My only gripe is that they backed up the moving truck in our new home and scraped the driveway pretty badly with the bottom of the back of the truck. I think they didn't realize how steep the driveway would be. The gash was about a foot long, about two inches wide, maybe about 1/8" deep and no cracks. Not super duper terrible. But still, I was kind of trippin about it since our house is brand new. My husband ended up calling the company to see if they could come do anything about it and the woman he spoke to was kind of meh about it and didn't really care. She said she would ask the owners about what they could do and they never followed up. I didn't think they would, but was hoping they would surprise us and maybe send someone out to take a look at repair. I don't blame the movers... I think it was an honest mistake. So for labor, I would definitely recommend these guys. Customer service on the office side of things, maybe not as good. I would deduct a star and a half for that. If you end up going with them, just let them know that you don't want a huge ass truck parked in your driveway I guess! read more

Just hired Class A for the third time. This job was to help me pickup, haul & place an extremely heavy, yet fragile piece of lacquer furniture I found for sale on CL. They did an excellent job again. If you're an afternoon job for them- timing can be questionable as you rely on the jobs prior to you running on time & that's not always in their control ( like having an afternoon appointment at the doctor's office)...but so far ...nothing but excellent service from Class A. read more

We had a very positive experience with Class A Moving. The men showed up on time and worked quickly without damaging any of our belongings. Starting from the beginning and talking with Page and her getting me all set up for my appointment she is pretty awesome and the guys came on Friday but, it was only 2 guys and a small truck, the movers knew I would be needing a much bigger truck so, we rescheduled for the next day and the guys were prompt and on time, no chit chat and went right to work quickly!! From the get go If you want a great and reliable moving company than these are your guys!! James and Gary are top notch and was able to move my 3 bedroom condo to a 2 bedroom apartment in just under 4 hours (I have A LOT of stuff) they were nothing but kind and courteous the whole time and put my dresser,bed and china hutch back together for me!! If I ever move again (hopefully not for a long time) I will absolutely be calling them again!! Best moving experience. Within the past four year, i have moved five times, and this was the easiest, best move i ever had. Jared and Dallas were very professional and assured me that they will take care of all my belongings. which they did. They filled a 26ft truck (all strapped ready to go) in two hrs. This includes a 200 lbs+ granite table. I will be moving out of state (Austin,TX) so, making sure my stuff is secured is paramount. These guys did an awesome job in making sure everything is set. Normally I wouldn't give a 5 star rating, because they didn't bring a big enough truck for the move. But, Kai (sp?) and Casey were great as the actual movers. I spoke with Brian prior to the move, and confirmed everything. When I spoke to him the day they arrived, about the truck being too small, he did accommodate some driving time since it took 2 trips. Truthfully, I think the move could've been much quicker, but the actual service from the movers were stellar. I did quote this my move out through Yelp, and Class A was right in line with everyone else. If you want to go cheaper, you always can, but the service more than likely won't be there. Overdue review and compliment. These guys are top notch and just plain amazing! We are California "refugees" and after a hearty rent increase we had to relocate last minute. Our initial full service movers were fired the day of our move after shady behavior and misconduct. We booked a moving truck last minute to drive ourselves and needed help unloading it once we arrived in Las Vegas as we didn't know any locals yet to help us. Class A Moving accepted my last minute booking request not to mention it was on a holiday, New Years Day. We hired two moving laborers to unload a 16 foot moving truck for 2hrs(total under $300). They called the day before and the morning of to confirm and touch base with us. They were very punctual and got done under the time limit. I terribly regret not remembering their names as they were super but now that things have settled we can reflect on the move and how they took such a terrible and stressful situation off our shoulders. We have bookmarked this company and will forever call them when needed in the future. I can not urge you enough to call them if you need full service or day labor for your moving needs. read more

ok well we used them and loved their work. A friend moved here last month and he used them, he was super happy. Now another friend just moved here from Georgia and I got him to use them and he was happy. Travis was a great worker, and so was Chad and David from today. If Chad and Travis were on the same 2-man team, they would be the best ever. I'd say reques them, but I guess requests don't work out. I asked for Travis weeks ahead but he couldn't do it I guess. But STILL very happy. They unloaded quickly, but not too fast to be sloppy. They are very conscientious about their work but with no wasted time. I highly recommend them. read more

I questioned the quote when the guys got there as I had called a lot of pple. Brian the owner had a shit fit on the phone & demanded I pay cash up front bc I questioned him. Wanted to keep screaming at me on the phone but I handed it bk to his guys as I was stressed enough. I signed the paper & we began the move. They arrived 1 hr LATE. When we finished I was with the landlord & they shoved the papers in my face. After looking at everything pretty much all the furniture had gashes or holes in it. Tore my couch, broke cabinet doors off. Worst experience I've ever had moving. 1st time using movers. NEVER AGAIN! Save yourself & don't use this crybaby Brian. I was extremely nervous about hiring movers because I have a TON of fragile boxes filled with sentimental items. They were friendly from the initial conversation and assured me not to worry. I think Brian has more scheduling than he can handle. He originally agreed to move me at noon and KEPT PUTTING ME OFF supposedly due to conflicting scheduling with his other moving crews. When he said he could TENTATIVELY have a crew at my place by 5pm, that was the last straw. I fired him, rented a truck, hired two guys and we had the move knocked off in 2 1/2 hours. read more
