Last week we hit the jackpot with the wonderful server we had. It is sad that most the time he works in the evening , and most our outing are at lunch. So, this time he was our lunch server . His name was JOSE, I can say, after all the time we eat at that restaurant he was one of the best servers, he had nice personality, we could see that he liked Is job, hope next time I go back , that he will be working, beside the great tuna lunch we had , he completed our nice outing . Our server was friendly, but the service overall was very slow. It took quite a while for him to check back with us, and he wasn't very familiar with the menu. We had to remind him of the side options that came with our meals, which was surprising. While he was pleasant, the level of service just wasn't what we expected. The food was average and didn't really stand out. We all ordered the three-course special. We started with the tortilla soup and the chili, but both arrived only lukewarm, which was disappointing. For the entrées, my steak was tough, not very tender, and also wasn't served hot. The mashed potatoes were actually the highlight of my plate--they were flavorful and well prepared. The ribs were tender. The salmon entrée was fine, but nothing particularly memorable. The restaurant wasn't busy during our visit, which made the slow service and long wait for our food even more surprising. We also noticed other tables that had been waiting even longer than we had, with meals taking an unusually long time to come out. Overall, this just wasn't the birthday dinner experience we were hoping for. While the staff was courteous, the slow service and average food make it unlikely that we'll return. Hopefully they're able to improve, because the restaurant has potential, but unfortunately this visit missed the mark for us.

Rice didn't taste freshly cooked at all. Bone in Ribeye medium rare was good with a Cesar salad that tasted strange. The Cesar dressing tasted like a blue cheese mixed with ranch and a vinegar. I don't know it just wasn't a good Ceasars dressing, and it was iceberg lettuce, not romaine. Overall, they prepared good steaks and good lamb chops, but they need to step it up on the sides. For the price of steak, they need to give a better portion and more than 3 lamb chops. For the quality of food it's an overpriced restaurant. Though the digital menu is up with technology, it's not truly functional. It's not user-friendly for older persons, and it had a glitch. They should consider a QR code. Overall, the ambiance is nice. The food was ok but overpriced. Stop in to support a small business. 1 issue I did have, the waiter didn't help us while ordering. My dad ordered rice with his lamb chops, not knowing that it came with rice, and the waiter said nothing. I was bothered, but 2 sides come with the steaks. My son didn't order any sides, so I requested that the rice be a side of my son's order. They corrected that with no problem. the spinach and the rice were removed from the bill. My boyfriend went for the Cajun ribeye with a lobster tail, and he couldn't stop raving about how amazing it was. Absolutely incredible, all around!!!! Food - the miso glazed seabass is mind-blowing. Better than Nobu's miso black cod! I also got the grilled vegetables, which were prepared in a delicious glaze and included a uniquely delicious medley. I truly cannot speak highly enough about the quality of the food preparation at this restaurant. Service - the owner was our host and he was incredible, super warm and welcoming, even offered to take a photo of our group when the food arrived so we could remember the night! So sweet. C.L.A.S.S Soirée in Hollywood, FL is truly a hidden gem. The steakhouse offers a small, intimate setting that's perfect for a date night or a private dinner party. This was a wonderful date night location. The chef and culinary staff were amazing!! They were very attentive, respectful and dedicated to providing Superb Service. It is in a prime location with convenient parking. Inside is very quaint and cozy, the ambiance is very nice; the perfect setting to enjoy an elegant meal. The food!! I had the time of my life here. One thing you should know is that the restaurant is located inside…read morea residential building so don't get confused when you arrive. Just keep driving straight until you reach the valet. Parking was only $10, and from the moment I walked in, I realized this place is a true hidden gem. The décor is beautiful yet modern, elegant, and cozy without feeling overly fancy. As the evening goes on they even have a live singer performing throughout the restaurant which completely changes the atmosphere and makes the experience feel special. If you can come around sunset. We started with the meatballs, and they were incredibly tender, flavorful, and filling. The Caesar salad was fresh, crisp, and loaded with freshly grated Parmesan. For the main course, I had the Fettuccini Wheel and I was honestly speechless. Watching them finish it tableside was entertaining but the flavor was even better than the presentation. Rich, creamy, and perfectly coated. easily one of the best pasta dishes I've had however the Truffle Cacio e Peppe was a much larger portion while actually costing less, no big deal but something to consider. And of course, we couldn't leave without trying the tiramisu which was light, creamy, and the perfect way to end the meal. I had the rigatoni with a vodka sauce. The sauce was very good. We also had a spaghetti with meat sauce - also very good. If there was one disappointment, it was the Alfredo sauce. It just didn't have a lot of flavor. I added a lot of pepper and salt to it. That helped. We only got one chunk of bread - definitely would've liked a little more with four orders of pasta. All said, it was very good. I'm sure it would've been even better in person.
