Went to see if I could just get the interior cleaned. It was threatening rain and I didn't see the point in getting a wash but my car really needed the inside cleaned. They were not very busy and got right to it. They did a GREAT job!! Even got up the dog hair. People are very friendly. I had gone to a different full service car wash a couple of times in the past which was mediocre at best so I didn't have high hopes for Classic Car Wash. Boy, was I wrong! Best cleaning ever! They do a great job on washes.... but don't ever by gift certificates for someone else, they are a rip off and a waste of money. They will not honor them for any punch cards or ride thru, Cashier rather rudely stated they were only good on "full service" or in my words the "expensive" services... you are better off to give the money to someone and let them go buy what they want. read more

Extraordinarily rude employee who "greets" you and processes payment for desired service. He acted like it was a major inconvenience to answer 2 questions I had about the details of the services. Scoffed, shook his head, and raised his voice. Then loudly talked with another employee about how ridiculous my question was. Then, when I pulled onto the track, it took me a moment longer than he wanted for me to put my car in neutral and he ran up and started hitting the sign with the Instructions and yelling at me. read more

Visited Classic Car wash today and left extremely disapointed in the service provided. Mazda Miata wash with armoral cleaner on tires and interior at a cost of $25.00. I knew the price but expected to get $25 worth of cleaning, especially since my car is farily new and small. I questioned the cleaner and the manager about the lack of armoral in the car and was told that for $7.00 they only did the sides of the doors and the dashboard. I had to come home and redo the interior with my own armoral and had to revacum myself. Pretty sad for $25.00. Next time, I will do it myself for $2.00 at the self serve car wash. I have been using Classic for the long time. There are a lot of new car washes in Florence now and I have tried them all. I just have to write my very first review and say the classic is just simply better than any wash out there. I don't know if it is the training but the guy who owes it is ALWAYS there. After the rude treatment by this location's manager today, I will never visit this business again. I grew up in NKY and have been a customer since they opened. Now as an Ohio resident, I only get out this way 6-8 times a year, but always stop to get my cars washed here during my visits. To day was no different. I purchased the top of the line wash ($29 special). While paying, my wife noticed that none of the upgraded services were being applied to my car (Wax, RainX, etc.). I thought maybe the signs were just broken, but the car following mine lit up all of the service signs. I told the kid behind the desk that I didn't get the treatments I was supposed to get. He pushed a doorbell and motioned to the manager who was drying my car. The manager asked me what was wrong and I explained the situation. He didn't care. He said I could run my car back through (which is what I wanted), but that I would have to go to the back of the line. This was a 20 minute wait that I had already sat through once. I asked him to just take my car to the front of the line to correct their mistake. He refused. I said then just give me my money back and I'll be on my way. He refused. When I raised my voice requesting to please just fulfill the services that I paid for. He scolded me for raising my voice. In the end, they refunded $10. I tipped the men cleaning my interior $5 and left. Only to discover they barely Armorall-ed the interior and there was still dirt on the floor mats they were supposed to have power washed as part of the service. I will never use this business again. Since when did it become OK for a business to make a mistake then refuse to correct the error or refund your money? TOTAL CROOKS. read more
