Then, it turned out my auxiliary battery also needed to be replaced, which he also did. Throughout the process, the business was polite and their secretary, Red, kept in constant communication with me via text message to confirm appointments and update me on Jesse's ETA in the field. The pricing was clear and reasonable, and everything was put back immaculately in my car after the repair (the batteries sit under the front passenger seat). His prices are OK, but you have to keep in mind that he gets his parts from Napa or AutoZone and occasionally from the dealer if they're not available from there. For the fast service that they do the price is definitely worth it especially if you need to get to work without waiting for a long time. I referred friends family. We've probably had well over 10 vehicles there before and have never had an issue. And like I said, if you're unsure about what he's talking about when it comes to something that might be wrong with your vehicle, ask him to show you. Keep in mind if he says something needs to be replaced soon in your vehicle. He's trying to make sure that you're aware that something is going out or wearing out on your vehicle and needs to be replaced soon. He's not necessarily saying you need to replace it today or your car's gonna break down. But like I said, I would 100% recommend him to anyone else you could take your car in any day and almost every time get it back same day or even next day.
