Tim at QIR was the only one who got back to me promptly and made it easy to come by for an inspection. The office staff and techs I interacted with were all friendly and responsive. When it became apparent they did more for RVs that just fiberglass and painting, I gave them the whole litany for a quote. Even though they looked busy (lot and bays were full), they gave me their full attention. The biggest blessing was that the tech (Mike) who went on the roof to scope out a leaking skylight, fixed it on the spot. The fiberglass work has not been done yet (I need to get some parts from the manufacturer through a dealer) but my first impression is very positive. I'm glad I found QIR.
