Classic Le Palais created a beautiful cake for my baby shower. They were really professional. They asked me what I wanted and the cake was a much more refined version of what the concept had in mind. On top of it all, I called the bakery the evening before my baby shower and asked for a second cake since it was my sister's birthday on the same day as my baby shower. They delivered both cakes on time. They were delicious!!!! I would highly recommend this bakery to family, friends and anyone looking for a good bakery. I've been here many times. In fact, I come here almost every Friday. They have the best pastries, fruit tarts and the customer service there is also great. On Friday, I ordered a cake, however, I realized that the cake wouldn't last another 2 days since I ordered it with strawberries inside. They were kind enough to take back that cake and make me a whole new one at NO CHARGE! The employees are truly the nicest people you will see at any retail store in pico. I can't say enough good things about this place! I love this bakery they have helped my family and I celebrate so many amazing occasions in our lives and we couldn't be happier with their service. I go on fridays pretty often to get our shabbat treats. I always get a box of cookies, a box of small pastries, and a small box of their persian treats like the bamieh and baklava. There are several kosher bakeries in the area and none of them can compare to classic. They have the best customer service and the best pastries. Every time I walk in i am greeted with a smile and helped immediately. This bakery is actually mainly a factory but is open for retail as well. Days like Friday and Sunday has the bakery packed but don't get overwhelmed the line moves very fast since they have a lot of people servicing customers. read more

My family is OBSESSED with Le Palais! Ever since I was little we have been ordering birthday cakes, shabbat treats and event pastries! Everything has always been fresh and never stale. GREAT customer service, always have me an extra treat while I shop. I love their challah but started making at home instead. What did the owner do? Le Palais has irresistible pastries, and I have to control myself whenever I go there. I usually go there to buy a dessert for a host or a cake for a birthday. They have a vast variety of baked goods and I never walk out disappointed. my personal favorite is the faloodeh ice cream and the Persian sweets, i'm pretty sure they are the only bakery that sells faloodeh. I highly recommend this place if you are into middle eastern sweets. read more
