After the first visit I would have given them a 5! If I were rating just on pedicures, still a 5. But, the last 2 times I have had my nails done, SNS they have cracked and peeled within the first week. I have been doing SNS for a couple years now and have never had this happen. I even told the lady when she was doing them what happened last time to keep it from happening this time and nope same result. However, this time they are cracking on my Hawaiian vacation! Yes, I know boohoo. But when a person pays that much for their nails to last through the vacation and they don't even last a week, actually today is Day 5, that is ridiculous!! My first day in Atlanta, my fiancè brings me to this salon for nails and a pedicure. As I was getting a pedicure, my nails were being put on at the same time. Which is efficient. I was 80 % happy with my nails although they looked wider than what I described, no big deal. But I accidently smudged my nails, and when told what happened, there seemed to be a bit of an attitude coming from the same worker. It was an easy fix, but I was not led to the nail dry station, I will not be returning. Customer Service was not up to par. read more

This place was in a great easy location to get in and out of with ample parking! We went in for two adult express pedicures and my niece (2yo) got a mani-pedi Polish change. Pretty good. My friend and I came in for chamomile pedicures. The service was good, I enjoyed an hour of massaging and pampering. I didnt feel overly welcome by the staff or the person doing my pedicure. Definitely a get in and get out feeling from the staff. I just moved to the Sandy Springs/Dunwoody area and this place was highly recommended by a few friends. Since my 1st visit, I have been very satisfied with the service and the reasonable prices. I always get the Deluxe Manicure (which comes with paraffin treatment) and an Express Pedicure - total is $37. If you're getting a pedicure, they work on your manicure simultaneously (and even give you a shoulder massage in the chair), which I prefer so I can "get in and get out." Also, this salon is one of the cleanest I've seen. They always use brand new tools and never re-use anything. This is now my "go-to" spot to get my nails done! read more

Without a doubt the best pedicure around! They use plastic liners in the basins and they use instruments that appear to have been sterilized. The only reason I am giving them a 3 Star is b/c the man who did acrylic on my nails over charged me and I do not appreciate that. I asked for a new set of acrylic nails. I went here because it was close to work and had good reviews...what a mistake. I asked for a gel manicure and told her I would like my nails trimmed a bit to even them up. I showed her the length I wanted and she proceeded to cut the first one all the way down as far as it would go. I was annoyed but just wanted them even so she cut the rest short, but not as short so they'd match a bit. It's not the end of the world to have short nails, but that on top of cutting me and making me bleed and a really crappy paint and file job added up quickly. The polish is splotchy and uneven. The ends of my nails are so uneven. I know I can take a file to them when I get home but I shouldn't have to...I paid $36 for this. There's also polish on my skin and on the bottom of my hand. I know I should have said something. I get it. But I had to get to work and I don't enjoy confrontation. I've had bad experiences in the past when I've spoken up about poor service. read more

This is the shape and length I asked for (The pink nails) and these are what I left with (The blue nails) I told him when he cut them originally that they were too short. I paid for acrylic but he cut them so short my actual nail would have worked. He said once he shaped them they would look different. Once he finished I let him know my thumb was messed up (he filled it while it wasn't completely dry yet and it smudged) so he had to fix it. If I could give this place zero stars, I would!! I had gel polish manicure done on Thursday (9/24). That evening, I noticed that the top coat of one nail was peeling off. So Friday, I went back and they fixed it. Mistakes happen, so I wasn't too bothered. Friday evening, a different nail was peeling, so I went back again on Saturday to have it fixed. So that's two times already. At this point, I'm irritated, but still being patient, because hey... sh*t happens!. Saturday night, yet another nail had an issue. This time, one of the layers had cracked because it was too thick. Came back on Sunday to have it repaired and the lady who met me at reception looked at me and said "again?" No apology. Nothing. She didn't even want to listen to my grievances. She made me sit at the front and wait to be seen. As I'm typing this, I've been waiting for 20 minutes. Not a word from anyone. This is by far the worst service I have ever received from a nail salon!!! It was my first time coming here and I can promise you that I will not be back. It's a shame because this place is literally 2 minutes from where I live, so it would have been very convenient. Do yourself a favor and find another nail salon!!!! I had to request for them to be soaked because the pulling was hurting so bad. My nails were uneven when they were shaped for the acrylic and the gel was very bulky and sloppy. Horrible. I will not be returning. Apparently these technicians don't understand that polish is supposed to go ON the nail. The worst gel manicure I've ever received. Jagged edges and paint all around the cuticles... and these photos were taken AFTER he "fixed" them. Pedicure was a close second with paint on my skin and missing on some areas of the nail. I've been going to this place for 4 years. When I went a couple days ago the lady doing my nails was very rude. When it was time for me to checkout, she and the lady who did my pedicure were discussing my services and obviously there was some miscommunication and I ended up being charged a little less. I didn't know what they were saying because they were speaking in Vietnamese but if I did I would've spoke up. Anyway, I paid, left a 25% tip(despite the rudeness), and was walking to my car. The lady who did my nails ran out to the parking lot to tell me I owe more money, for some reason this frustrated me. I just moved to Atlanta 3 weeks ago and visited this nail salon because of the great reviews. My first experience was good, my second experience was good. Both times I got a mani and pedi and both times I had to redo my heels when I got home. I don't have trouble feet, so I do not understand why they can't get the heels thoroughly. Now, I was disappointed that after my last visit because the nail polish started chipping one day after I got it done. I went back today because this has never happened and was told they do not guarantee polish; it has to be gel. No polish should chip after one day. If you don't guarantee your work for at least a week, then I can no longer guarantee I will visit this establishment. I paid for a manicure with polish I expected to at least get to show for a week. Both times i came on the weekend and both times it was a horrible service. Very very rushed to the point where she couldnt wait till my SNS was melted but took a tool and was sctubbing my nail off, it was very uncomfortable. Tried to upsell me 15 times when i said no to all she was Pissed! In the end charged me $5 more, for one of the mannys she was trying to upsell me to, i didn't say anything and let her...gave this place 2 chances, they were horrible both times.
