I didn't go here, but I won't based on a phone call. I called to make an appointment to get a gel manicure. The lady who answered the phone had and awful attitude, I was just trying to make an appointment and see how much it was. She told me $35 for gel fill. She said 50 if I had a natural nail and one color. And multiple colors the cost goes up it could be 60 or $70. I explained that other salons are usually $35 for a gel manicure and she said they are special. She kept trying to explain it to be different ways, I asked if I could figure it out in person since I wasn't understanding over the phone and she said yes but the more that they do it'll be even more expensive than the $70 I said that wasn't really what I was looking for, and she said OK fine and hung up. I would much rather find someplace else to go that's going to be patient and actually explain their prices so I don't feel like I'm getting swindled. read more

Great place! I've had gel nails many times before and very rarely have they ever stayed on longer than 3 days before peeling off. I went for my bridal mani and pedi with my girls (8 total) and they got us in and out in about and hour, and my nails are still on, all of them! Loved them. Went here for 2 person manicure WITH AN APPOINTMENT. They managed to way overbook themselves and took that out on the customer. When asking for a design, the technician laughed at me, the same thing happened when the person I was with asked for tips on their nails. Overall I was dissatisfied with my experience there and their treatment of their customers. read more

Called ahead to let them know that there would be a group of us getting pedicures. When we told them that a couple of us wanted gel, they were mad. One specific employee was the worst. He did one of our pedicures and did a shit job. Rushed through it, used the wrong color, and left spots on the nails unfinished. The rest of us had a decent experience, but the attitude of that one employee really ruined the whole experience. If I knew his name, I would write it, but I don't. Make sure you tell them you want gel on the phone or else you'll the the same experience. read more

Everything else would have been just "fine", but I watched them put someone else in the pedicure tub right after me without washing it first, which is a complete deal breaker. The technician was just "ok". She kept cutting into my fingers with the nail file, but was able to shape my nails nicely despite my flinching away and complaining constantly. The pedicure felt a little rushed. She didn't even touch my heel or side of my foot with the callus remover- apparently that costs extra?? And the massage couldn't have been longer than 30 seconds total. The wax dip and brief massage during the manicure were nice, but I wish they'd just spent more time on the important things instead. For $45 I expected way more. And for any price I expect sanitation. PS although it was a busy Saturday, I had an appointment so I don't feel rushing was acceptable. read more

Today I was a walk in to have my power gel nails removed and was seated in less than 10 minutes! All the staff was friendly and efficient! I loved my nails. Not only were they quick but I got a nice massage and hands dipped in wax! When I got to the car one nail was messed up! I went right back in and they fixed it right away and apologized! They also have a rewards deal with cash or credit which was nice as well. As I was paying they also gave me and all their customers a nice Christmas gift! Totally unexpected! I have tried 3 other places in this area and haven't been impressed! This will be my new salon! read more

Came here because I was looking for a place close to home to get a pedicure with a friend. I'm not someone who goes to nail salons often- so I'm not an expert by any means but I was very happy with my visit. The place was clean, I made an appt that day and there was no wait, I was very satisfied with my pedicure and the little back massage you get while your toes are drying, and my pedicure lasted a good month! The price seemed reasonable $35 for a basic pedicure. I went to a place a few weeks ago where the pedicure was cheaper, but it didn't come with as much and a few toenails started to chip after a week or two. Went back to classy nails for a manicure. I didn't try to do anything fancy- just painting my nails but I was satisfied with how they came out and it was only $12 so can't complain! I'm sure this will be my go to spot since it's so close to home. Again I only did basics so if you're looking for gel or designs idk how they would be but the environment was clean and the technicians were friendly. NOTE- You can't add tip to a card payment so you need cash for that. read more

They were extremely rude! I walked in and they said they'd take me. I sat for 15 minutes when there was only 1 person getting their nails done and 4 technicians. After I waited 15 minutes one of the techs came over and told me it would cost $50 to do my fill. I said I didn't care I just needed to get my nails done. So after waiting another 10 minutes the tech walked up to the man at the front desk and spoke in their foreign language then came over to me and told me they don't do my kind of nails. This place was not classy as their names says and I will definitely spread the word not to enter this business ever! read more

I have gone to this salon on 2 different occasions for a manicure and been turned away even after I have said I am willing to wait for someone to become available. I tip well so it's there loss. What a shame. read more

I went there several weeks ago for a pedicure..I was in and out in 40 minutes!! I was so rushed that I did not even have time to relax. I felt like I was part of a herd of cattle! The attendant did not wash the tub out before she took the next customer! I will not go back for a long time. WOW - This place is terrible, they don't even deserve one star! They are not very welcoming to possible or new clients and have terrible customer service!!! Just went in after work one day for a manicure as someone had recommended them, upon entering the man asked what I needed without even saying hello, when I had a question another lady had approached, once I asked the question her response was "We don't have time for that, and continued to use her hand to gesture and state "we are very busy" . How embarrassing as everyone is looking at you :/. Her attitude was very rude, like it was an inconvenience to walk in their. I would not recommend this place !! read more
