I get my nails done a lot so when I was looking to kill time in fort Myers while my husband was working, I wanted to get a pedicure. I searched on yelp and with 8 reviews, I figured not many people yelp in Fort Myers. I wanted to go to an affordable spot and classy nails seemed to fit the bill. I came on a Wednesday at around 4. No wait. The massage chairs are great, the water was a bit hot but very nice and my pedicure at was very sweet. The service was impeccable. She gave me a salt scrub on my legs and a callous rub on my feet. What I loved the most about this salon was how none of the workers were gossiping or bickering to each other in another language. This is so refreshing bc in California (where I'm from), I have to go to high end salons just so I don't have to feel judged by the manicurists. They mind there own business! Anyways, the ladies here were all very nice and focused on their client! AND the owner brought me a water bottle with out me asking. the service was fine and price was right, however i do not like the results of my pedicure. the lady asked if i wanted them cut short, which i replied that i did, however she must have cut off half my nail on each toe! i have gotten my toe nails done in many salons and never once have i gotten my nails cut down so short. they are way too square and short. read more

I took my daughter to Classy Nails for mani/pedis and we were really impressed. Not only were their prices very reasonable, the nail technicians spent a lot of time on the exfoliation and massage part of the pedicure. Very relaxing and my feet look and feel great! Classy nails is severely lacking on the customer service. This was my first time visiting the salon and I will not be back. I went in for a gel manicure as well as a pedicure. The gentleman who did my nails was apparently extremely lacking in skills as well as socially. While doing my manicure I noticed the gel was still see through. I have had many gel manicures and that's NOT NORMAL. After politely asking if he could apply another coat he replied with attitude and told me that it was just the polish and he could do it but I wasn't aloud to complain if it didn't work out. Where is the customer service? YOU DO NOT TELL A CUSTOMER WHAT THEY CAN AND CAN NOT DO. He was extremely harsh when handling my hands and would pull my arms instead of simply asking me to adjust my position. When the horrible service came to an end I asked if it would be okay to put the tip on my card (which he didn't deserve) and I was met with the response asking me why I didn't have cash to give him. I will NEVER go back to this salon. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I paid $45 plus tip to receive horrible customer service and then get home to find polish around the nails on my feet and crooked nails. They need to do better for a price like that. read more

I have frequented this place many times and it used to be my go-to pedicure salon but I will never visit again after today. I made an appointment 3 hours in advance for a gel pedicure, and I arrived right on time. I give the woman my name and tell them I had called for an appointment. She walk away and then comes back about 5 minutes later telling me that my boyfriend called and cancelled my appointment... Wtf? That definitely did not happen and I was offended to the fact that she would say something so completely untrue. After I kindly told her that he definitely did not call, she finally sits me down to take off my previous gel pedicure and I have to request to see their selection of gel colors. After she files down the previous pedi, she puts my toes in foil to soak. I know this is normal procedure; however, 2 ladies come in after me and now the woman begins to do someone else's pedicure while I'm soaking in acetone. After 40 minutes (yes, really) I ask how much longer and someone else is finally done to help me. The pedicure was meh, but the service was just horrendous. I was very disappointed and I will never be back. I would rather take a longer car ride and give my business to a salon that would appreciate it. read more

I had a terrible experience at this shop and I will NEVER go back. I went to get shellac taken off my nails and new shellac put on. So the guy working tells me to pick out a color and then argues with me saying it wasnt the color I should get. Then he takes off the shellac that I had on by ripping it off and ruining my nails underneath! Best of all, the shellac started chipping ONE DAY AFTER I GOT IT!! I am from California and get my nails done pretty frequently. I found this place on yelp and I must say that I am so happy I did!! I got a gel manicure and pedicure, and didn't have an appointment and they toon my right away. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They did such an excellent job with major attention to detail. They were not in a rush to get rid of you and they really did their job right, and we're pleasant while doing it! The massage chairs here are unlike any that I've ever encountered! They're not the cruddy kind that you could do with or without. These chairs hug you and kneed all the way up and down your neck and spine and into your glutes. There's a little added bonus that I'll let you experience for yourself ;) it was very clean and I throughly enjoyed my experience!! Prices are what you'd expect from a nail salon but they take more care in the service provided than most salons I've been to. For them, it's not just about slapping the polish on and getting you out the door. They are very sweet and make sure the paint is actually on the nail beautifully. Wonderful place. I go here every two weeks on the dot. Laura is AWESOME! All the workers are very nice and when my gel nails started chipping less than a week after getting them done, the manager had me come in and redid my whole gel set at no cost. I get regular polish on my toes and I've had it stay on for over a month at one point. They do an awesome job and a great environment to relax. read more

I went back today to give this place another try and had a horrible experience. Unfortunately the man that did my nails cut me and I was bleeding. this is the second time that this has happened. this time I made a bit of scene and asked for a discount because I was quite unhappy and in a lot of pain. I asked for the manager and a discount and the person that did my nails said the manager was away for a week. I knew that the manager was standing right in front of me. I asked for a discount and told them that I was bleeding and my nails looked terrible. He said what is wrong what do you want? I said that I would like a discount because I was bleeding and this is the second time that I have left this salon bleeding. he said he could give me $5.00 off. I took the $5 off so my bill for pedi and mani was $40 instead of $45 and I did not leave a tip. I will not be returning to classy nails. after bleeding twice I am done and my nails look horrible.
