I visited on a weekday evening with friends.. the ambiance and aesthetics- beautiful. The lemon drop martini and beef tartare were both delicious. Other than that, the basic operations and flow of service was disorganized and significantly lacking. We were quickly seated by hostess and someone came over with cocktail menu and took order for water.. water never came, another person came over and asked us our order for water. The drinks took a bit but as mentioned, were delicious although arrived with appetizer. We never got bread and had to hunt someone down for it, after finishing our appetizer. Our entrees took awhile and when they came out, our table was not cleared or reset. The busser stood there looking for someone to assist in clearing and resetting our table. My party ordered Dover sole and lobster pasta and I had raviolis. As they were trying to clear our table and prepare the Dover sole, I was given my dish which at that point, was cold. My friends ate while I waited for them to reheat mine which they said would be fresh. The initial dish was a balanced mixture of pistachio and pesto, however, when they returned the heated dish, it was salty and raviolis more al dente. We also had to flag down a different server to put in another drink order and ask for more water as our bottle and glasses were empty. Overall, the service was completely incongruent with the fine dining experience they hope to deliver. read more

The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review instead of 5 is that we had to wait an hour and 10 minutes for our table average having reservations booked. However, that being said, the entire staff, managers and wait staff were absolutely amazing, especially our server, Liz. She was such a pleasure and made our experience such a joy! The GM comp'd our appetizers and dessert for the hour long wait inconvenience which was very kind and much appreciated The food was out of this world, the ambiance and vibe was awesome and we had THE BEST ice cream I've ever had. Terrible food experience and even worse customer experience after the fact. Unfortunately, I got very sick from gluten after eating here. The restaurant did investigate the matter after we reached out to them, which we appreciate, but they continued to insist there was no gluten in the meal but I got very sick and only react this way with gluten. They would not refund our meal and told us to submit our medical bill instead so they could file it with insurance if I still felt sick. This is not the way to handle such a situation and I'm extremely disappointed in how their management handled this. Sadly will not be coming back so just a heads up to those with celiac disease or an allergy. read more

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Claudie last night 4/6/26 and we had a very mixed experience We were seated quickly the server explained that they served family style and expected us to order accordingly We were asked if there were any allergies and we replied that the birthday girl has a severe berry allergy Bread was then served with olive oil( nice), we requested additional olive oil and we were charged an additional amount for oil but we didn't know that until we received the check Martinis were charged an upcharge of $4 and we were not informed about that as well! The martini was ordered with nothing additional, just standard vodka, no explanation Dinner was then served and Definitely not adequate amount to be shared!!! The pièce de résistance was the complementary dessert for the Birthday girl with severe allergies, a plate of berries with a dollop of ice cream!!! Were they trying to kill her in her birthday? We also ordered coffee which never arrived! The restaurant is quite beautiful except for the loud noise from fast cars zooming along Brickle, outside patio is lovely but not advised Our waitress was lovely in the start of our evening but seemed to disappear when the check was needed to complete this experience Unfortunately, I don't think that we will be returning. My daughter ordered a martini not by name the drink was served in a miniature martini glass charge $20.00 plus 4.00 for what 24.00 that's. off the wall. Main course was served while the dishes from the appetizers were still on the table, my main course was cold i sent it back . i paid )20.00 for 2 bottles of water i had to ask for glasses to be refilled. Service was extremely slow & the food was meh. We ordered a lot but nothing really was remarkable. The escargots were a bit dry and not much flavor; branzino carpaccio was decent; burrata did not taste fresh and definitely not worth $30! two lobster pastas and they were nothing special, 2 grilled fish and that was the highlight of the meal. All I can say is WOW!!!! I went with 2 friends. To be honest I was not looking forward to it because while I am French , I don't enjoy the food! CLAUDIE is the exception to my rule!!!! Let's talk about our amazing waiter CLAUDIO who made our experience beyond special with his professional, warm funny personality, did not pressure us to order too much food at all or too little! His suggestions were perfect ! The ambiance is BEAUTIFUL AND CHIC! The upholstery was stunning! Now let's talk about the ladies room. They have this really cool mirror with a stunning hostess in the ladies room, Rheum, who is happy to take pictures of whomever in front of that mirror. She was lovely and patient we had so much fun. While walking to the ladies room, they had this band that walked through the restaurant. I think it was a three-piece, a female singer who was out of this world and I photograph musicians so I know music and the people who accompanied her were adorable. From someone who works in the service industry who is from Los Angeles/nyc. I find this place spectacularly disappointing primarily due to their gatekeepers. I had on a leather look paired with denim but still in heels. They sent me away expressing how I didn't meet their dress code. This maybe biased but I prefer to spend money at places that understand that being stylish is more than just designer handbags and cookie cutter outfits. Had been waiting to try this spot for a while. Nice wine selection and cocktails are good. Really enjoyed the tuna tartar to start. Wagyu skirt was really good and Brussel sprouts were a nice side. The butternut squash risotto was good but probably wouldn't get it again. The main complaint was the sequencing of the food. Apps came out fast and then it took forever for the steak to come. Then we finished with the steak and the risotto came out at the end. Probably won't return soon but was glad to try it read more

Not a great experience. The food was average. The servers don't offer another drink when they take your empty glass so you have to chase them down. Our waitress spilled a water glass and everyone just kind of went about their business after a quick table wiping. Just really not what you should expect from a high end restaurant where you're paying ~$150 per person but I guess that's Miami for you. read more

Spectacular ambiance; Miami Vibe. Bar service while we waited was great ( we waited almost 90 minutes for our table, reservation at 8, seated around 9:30 PM) , i had to go twice see if they had forgotten about us. But service at the bar is where the positive stops. Ordered two appetizers but eventually was told one was no longer available so we ordered a different one. The first one came promptly but the second after about 20 minutes was still not served. When i asked about it, it was quickly delivered but it was cold. Clearly it had been forgotten. All of this happening with our waitress paying little attention to our table of four and focusing on a large party next to our table. We were a table of four, the appetizers we ordered were served in three individual portions - not a mention from our server that the portions were three. A place of this "level" has to have servers that understand what they see and know about the menu to communicate with the guests concerning menu decisions. Along the way we were all drinking sparking water but at some point and without asking they switched us to still water. Again, none of these issues solve world problems but at places that sell themselves as elegant and refined and (rightfully) price themselves as they do the sequence of events is unacceptable. I will try again because i liked the ambiance and hope for a better experience. The food is good but nothing special. read more

This was exactly the kind of restaurant that Miami does not need more of to be honest with you. The size of the martini, the pour of the BTG (see photo), the amount of tuna on the salad Niçoise - all just gouges. Tables are so close together that nobody could possibly fit between them to get to their seat. The service was fine, but I don't understand why you're chopping all this rosemary into my olive oil for my bread service that never arrives. Also not clear why appetizers came at the same time as cocktails. Would've preferred to finish our cocktail and order a glass of wine to enjoy with our appetizers, but the pacing was awful all night. The steak and the ravioli were perfectly fine. Fries great actually. The $600 price tag was not. The menu was incredibly unimaginative. This place is a gouge and it's not even a very good people watching experience. Also maybe consider even one wine under $100 on your wine list. The restaurant is attractive, but nothing special and the music was just awful. Maybe it was just that the restaurant had recently opened and so I will give it two stars instead of one. read more
