The service from the moment you enter the building is that of a true 5 star restaurant, you're escorted to the sky lobby and then to the hostess on the 54th floor. The bar area itself is not large but the bartender was excellent and made one of the best espresso martinis I've had in a long time. I arrived early - ordered a drink and then sat outside to enjoy the view of miami from 54 stories up !! We had a round of drinks outside and then eventually we decided to go in for dinner. It was great that the staff was accommodating to push back our reservation in order to enjoy the evening. Our service at the table was great with explanations of the menu and we never felt rushed. We ordered some appetizers and entrees and a pasta and secondi ... Pictures to follow everything was delicious and served at the right temperature. We never felt rushed and the waiter checked up on us regularly. My only disappointment was the tiramisu, it was cold and a bit hard as it may have sat in the fridge for too long, only disappointment of the evening.

Seia is absolutely beautiful and incredibly swanky. Located on the 50th floor, it offers stunning views of the Miami skyline and the Miami River. The outdoor terrace is the real highlight of the experience and makes for an amazing setting, especially around sunset. The happy hour from 5-7 PM is excellent and probably one of the best reasons to visit. The drinks, atmosphere, and views create a great overall experience. As for the food and service, both were good but not particularly memorable. In fact, the Caesar salad was disappointing. Instead of traditional croutons, they served it with some type of bread underneath the lettuce that was tasteless and soggy. It added nothing to the dish and made what should have been a simple classic feel poorly executed. Based on the reviews, I expected to be a bit more impressed. Nothing was bad overall, but neither the food nor the service stood out enough to justify all the hype. They also offer a members-only club with a membership fee that seems ridiculously expensive for what you're getting.

A girlfriend and I made a reservation for Seia a recent sunday night. I had heard about it from another friend a few weeks back and wanted to try it out for myslef. Upon entry to the building we were immediately greeted by a hostess at a desk reserved just for the Seia restaurant. She checked if we had a reservation and there was a doorman making sure we were properly dressed for the estbalishment. We were sent up the elevator and had to switch to another that took us up to the actual restaurant on the 54th floor but there was another hostess waiting to get an elevator for us and direct us up to the top, which was a marvelous idea as we would have been lost had she not been there. We sat at the bar for a bit and the bartender was super knowledgeable about the drinks. The cocktails are super-duper fancy and well crafted. I ordered the Satoria di Mare as I had never had anything with the ingredients listed and wanted to try something new. The ingredients actually did mesh well together, and the drink was so smooth. I could have drank those down like water! At our table we ordered the calamari fritti, truffle risotto, honey glazed carrots, and branzino. They were all adequate portion sizes and everything was served at the right temperature. The truffle risotto was hands down perfection. We also ordered dessert, but it was very small for over $20 and did not have much flavor. The issue for us was the service from our waiter. We felt he was disengaged, uninterested, and unenthusiastic form the start. He was not readily available at much of the dinner. We actually had the best experience form another server named Alejandra that was very sweet and engaging. We wished we would have requested her but we didn't know as it was our first time here. We spent much of dinner waiting to leave and looking for our waiter. I would consider returning but only if we could have a different server and thus, experience. The prices are bit high for what you receive in comparison to other Miami hotspots. The view from the 54th floor is unbeatable, however.

From the moment you enter, you know it's going to be a beautiful experience. You are greeted by a lovely girl in an elegant brown dress who escorts you to the next beautiful girl in the same classy/ elegant brown dress , to take you up the elevator. Next, you'll be escorted to the 2 nd set of elevators to reach our destination , realizing just how high up and exclusive this dining experience will be ! Once you've reached the restaurant, you will realize that these gorgeous dresses are their uniforms . The waiters are dressed just as well. The restaurant itself is beautiful. The views of Miami are unmatched. The whole aesthetic all around as a vibe! We were expecting the best meal, especially as our fantastic waiter , Will sold us on the Chef and the specifics of the ingredients that are imported directly from Italy. They had us so excited about the pastas , that we completely skipped the four course meal he had suggested and decided to share three pastas. That was where we went wrong. We did not enjoy any of the three pastas that we ordered. The pasta Limoni came highly recommended , yet , it was overcooked, mushy , stuck together and barely tasted any lemon. It was just a very heavy Alfredo sauce. Too much cream for this specific dish ( I'm of Italian decent) I literally couldn't eat it. We were nice to say we would have it to go, but discarded it discreetly. We will give them another chance though , because it is very new and we respect that they're importing the finest ingredients from Italy. My husband loves Vongole and he's always on a quest to find one better than Madeo in Los Angeles! Unfortunately, it was not here! The clams were actually a little fishy, but to their defense , when we said we wanted to order the vongole, he did tell us that that was the one ingredient on the menu that is not sourced from Italy. The clams are from the Philippines. We were also steered towards the Pomodoro as they were bragging about the specific tomatoes and the region that they are important from. I agreed the Pomodoro sauce was delicious. It actually tasted like the best tomato soup ever.! My husband didn't care for it because it was just laying on top of the rigatoni without any aged shaved Parmesan or basil or anything else. The pastas clearly do need some work! I will tell you our first bite and our last bite were both a dream! This is how I know we will be back , besides the view and the excellent service! Their bread was unbelievably delicious and light. I nearly ate the whole thing! It was served with quality olive oil, as well . We were not going to have dessert as we were full from trying the pastas, but a wonderful man named Anthony, highly suggested we stay for dessert! We had the tiramisu and I must say it is the best tiramisu I have had since my ancestors from Italy!!! It was the perfect portion and so delicious! We did get a sneak peek upstairs at the club afterwards. We will definitely be back. To be fair , We should have gone on our waiters recommendation & tried all four courses instead of just fast forwarding to the Pasta. We will try the fish and some other dishes on our next visit. You will definitely want to go for the view, the vibe , the bread and the dessert!!!

Beautiful new restaurant with a very nice price fixed 3-course lunch for $45. Definitely will be back. Food was excellent, I had the carpaccio and branzino finished with this very nice lemon dessert. My meal came out a little late, which doesn't bother me when a restaurant has just opened, a few hiccups are to be expected, but the manager gave us a complimentary pasta dish as an apology, which was a very nice touch and was delicious.

    Menu as of March 2026

Likely going through some growing pains since the restaurant just opened. Took a long time to order with our waiter. But support staff (filling waters, bringing out bread) was very attentive. Food was good (contemporary Italian). Beautiful restaurant. Bathroom stalls were missing toilet paper and only had a few hand towels remaining. Has a lot of promise. Just needs to iron out some kinks.

Excellent Service. Great food. Beautiful views. The most bland and unimaginative interior with no soul. Feels like a corporate dining room.

I think they fit Miami well, and are slight twists in classic drink options. Our bartender was awesome. The drinks were really good! My only complaint is the price. Of course handcrafted cocktails are expensive, especially in Miami, but wow. The drinks were really small, and had so much ice that they ended up being not very many sips at all. They were definitely good, but the very small size for almost $20 a drink was kind of outrageous.

The bar was lit, poppin' and vibrant. We were waiting by the end of the counter where they checked out other patrons near the sitting area. We were overlooked many times... I locked eyes with one of the bartender and she completely looked away from me.. several times :( took about 15 minutes and we reached our arms out and flagged bartender Reilly. Her greeting and attention was genuine so I was happy to get her. Unfortunately, she got busy and we got the initial lady that ignored us. She was not kind, not attentive and didn't really want to help us - she was very fake. With that being said, we had to remind her of our drinks after 20 minutes of placing the order, in which she responded with an attitude "it's being made. We're busy" -_- -_- :( the attitude was not needed. We watched others that came in before us being served. :( I was completely annoyed and upset. She didn't even bring the drinks to us like the other bartenders were doing, she made us get it. Poor service from this one bartender while the others were happy and servicing their patrons. After our first drinks, I noticed she spoke to her colleague and he came over and asked if we wanted to close out.. . Wtf kicking us out? We said no and he opened a tab. When she noticed we were ordering more, she was a bit more attentive. So wrong. Luckily, the drinks were delicious. Perfect. We did end up coming back to the Lasseter and got a gentleman bartender that was so kind and attentive and made our drinks even better! The attention to detail and love he made in my drinks, so that is why I decided to make make this a 3 stars rather than two. He saved this place. The toilet sitting area is very warm, not very air conditioned properly so expect to be a little warm especially after a couple of sips. It's also the walkway to an actual big restrooms for the whole building. The drinks are VERY pricy but the setting is perfect and makes up for it. Unfortunately, the service was not up to par. Disney priced drinks without the Disney customer service. Do I want to come back? Yes. Am I going to be picky with the vibes coming from the bartender and chose who to go to? Also yes. Hopefully, I can increase the rating.
