And when I asked for some help to make my daughter happy, I was told " I can't move any close to the opening I can only fluff it " wtf? The machines are programmed to grip harder after multiple attempts, but they don't consistently grab the items as well as other claw arcades do. Additionally, the drop zones for the toys are set at the highest possible point. At other locations, we typically win 1 out of 3 tries. Here, the success rate was closer to 1 out of 15. It's significantly harder compared to other places. Unfortunately, this place was not enjoyable compared to its competitors.
