A very rude, vile young lady who obviously hates her job as a cashier and customer service representative. She rang my items up incorrectly three times and when I corrected her, I got the " hissing sound" of the young ladies that are angry they were corrected. I watched in silence and was astounding that this young lady is on the front lines of waiting on customers. I asked for managers and names. As I was leaving, I did run into Austin, and we discussed what Miss Serenity did. His comment was " thats unacceptable and she will be written up."
