Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. As soon as I gave them the rundown of the place, they wasted ZERO time and got straight to work - all the way until the last item was carried into the new place. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. My wife and I have said several times that we don't know how we would've done it without Mission Movers. I know exactly who I'm hiring for any of my future moves. 10/10 experience! PS: don't forget to tip your movers!!! These guys weren't expecting it and they were so grateful - it only made me wish I had more to give.

Showed up at 9.23am (on a 9.30 appointment) Took down our 5000sqft house, relocated the whole enchilada 4 miles down the street in 9 hours. Even if you're not thinking of moving, you should now that you've read all the 5 stars reviews. These guys are PROS.

They provided more movers for the hourly cost than the other two companies and were available. Darlene was kind and amazing, and thorough in asking questions about furniture, packing, pets, and exercise equipment. Things I didn't even consider! Day of the move (Saturday after Thanksgiving) Ryan, Santos, Mario and Amir showed up on time, carefully wrapped all of our furniture with either blankets or plastic wrap. The asked questions about where things should go, and questions about how to assemble or disassemble things. This is our third move, and we are not as young as we were with our last move. We had to make two trips, but it was still within budget. Next move, I'll call them again, and pay for packing (which we thought we could do on our own in our 50s!) We…read morewere moving out of a single-story SFH in San Francisco into a multi-level townhouse with a mix of elevators and stairs, and Fito and Stas handled every step like true professionals while keeping a smile on their faces the entire time. From the start, they took the time to walk through our home and clearly ask about everything we wanted to move so they could mentally map out how to load the truck efficiently. They were extremely diligent with protection, using blankets and/or shrink wrap on all furniture and electronics, and they were very by the book when it came to reviewing the contract and confirming details. I especially appreciated that they checked all electronics before and after the move and even had me climb into the truck at the end to verify that nothing had been left behind. The move‑in was just as smooth. We had labeled certain items to go to one level and others to another, and they followed those directions perfectly, with everything ending up exactly where it was supposed to, with no damage and no confusion. Their organization and care were obvious in every box/container they carried and every piece of furniture they placed. Moving is usually a very stressful experience, but Fito and the Pure Moving team made it feel manageable and even reassuring. This time around, we are downsizing, but moving only 11 miles away. Because we had more furniture, it still took 6 hours, but they were still super efficient! They were able to move up my patio furniture to our 2nd floor balcony from outside! We still have 2 weeks left of moving to do and we're considering on hiring them again! The crew showed up right on time with a 4-man team, and they were very professional the entire day. I had already packed about 99% of my stuff, so they mainly needed to wrap furniture and box a few larger items I didn't have boxes for. They worked fast but were extremely careful. They loaded the entire truck in about 3.5 hours, which was impressive considering I was moving from a house to a house and had a lot of furniture. The unloading in Las Vegas was even more impressive. They finished in about 2 hours, including putting two beds back together. One of them was a heavy Sleep Number bed with the base, and I honestly don't know how they managed to get it down the stairs in California and back up the stairs in my new house without a scratch. No damage to anything. Rob was the lead on the crew and did a great job communicating the whole time, asking where things should go and making sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. The whole team was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. The price was also very fair for the distance, especially compared to other quotes I got. Overall, this was one of the least stressful moves I've had. I would definitely use TopCare Movers again, and my brother is already planning to use them for his move in May. Highly recommend.

You can have two or three movers. I opted for 2 movers. Our move took about 8 hours total, with the holiday traffic it made it longer. The guys worked super hard the entire time. They wrapped furniture up and used furniture dollies for the big items. Our stuff was handled with care. It ended up being $1,100 total. Well worth the price! They ask you where you want certain items to be placed. Very good movers! Make sure you bring some cash to a tip. The gentlemen work extremely hard.

They showed up on time in a clean, branded truck, with all supplies, moving blankets, and plenty of wardrobe boxes for our closets. They did an amazing job wrapping every piece of furniture, loading the truck, and then unloading in the new place in exactly the same way they packed up. They ate not only very nice and polite but they helped me load and unload my storage vehicle. They helped me back in and then even back out. The Private Car Storage operation is completely different than anywhere else I've ever stored my vehicles. The Irvine location is very unique because they have a very large client that has dozens of vehicles. Because of this it's almost like they have extra time on their hands and give the rest of their clients unbelievable, Neiman Marcus like service. The customer service here is similar to checking into a Ritz Carlton. Everyone and I mean everyone I have met is absolutely outstanding. I don't know if it's a coincidence that everyone is awesome or perhaps it's the management that really knows what they're doing when they hire and train people. Either way I'm a very happy customer and I hope to store my vehicles here for a long time.
