I had water damage in my condo and called Clean Earth Restorations. Cameron and Jose showed up and walked me through the entire process. They got to work right away and placed plastic sheets to isolate the problem from the rest of my home. They immediately placed a humidifier to dry off the moisture and a HEP machine for air quality. They came back and did some demolition and continued coming back to monitor the moisture and air quality. Cameron and Jose where very professional and helpful with any questions I had. if i could give 1000 stars i would. every single person i had dealings with, which i will shout out each person in this review, from clean earth restorations was professional, courteous, personable, and knowledgeable of the task at hand. they were always on time and always in communication with me on what the plan was and what was going to happen next. background: the unit above me had a water leak. my water heater closet and outside dining room wall that connected to water heater closet was riddled with blue/black mold, smelt like chemicals, and was damp down to the 2x4s. initially john/jon came to take a look and write an estimate of repairs and explain the basic process to me. he was professional and quick. in and out. after the estimate was approved, logan came in on a saturday to set up the demo area. he was outgoing and personable. he helped me move my furniture out the way and set up a thick plastic air tight ceiling to floor quarantined area to protect the rest of my house/my family from what was to come. his work was like a master piece. it was so neat. he also placed some machines to start drying out the walls to get the ball rolling on repairs. during the drying time, clean earth sent out a few testers to test the mold, dampness, air quality, and to check for lead, asbestos, all that. even the testers were pleasant. after all the test came back ok to move forward with demo work, cameron and vince came. cam and vince were knowledgeable, polite, and professional. i actually enjoyed their company during the time they were here to work. they kept me informed when they were here, always communicated when they would need to come and go, and chit chatted small talk here and there. they both had great attitudes and personalities. the type of workers you want around you in a bad situation to tell a funny joke or 2. they had positive outlooks and didnt hold back or sugar coat the job, they told the truth every step of the way. cam and vince were here to do the hard dirty work. the demolition crew. breaking down the walls, sanding, hammering, drilling, all of the above. but with such a dirty task they were so clean and neat!!!! they never left a mess during the time they worked and they cleaned up after themselves every day!!! they never left anything laying out or around or trash left behind. i was so impressed with the standards clean earth restorations held themselves to. making a horrible situation into a pleasant experience. i thought this would be a long drawn out process but cam and vince got busy! they worked hard, they worked together and they worked quickly, which i 100% appreciated. when they finished i was kind of sad to see them go, but happy they were done. hahaha :) such cool guys!! once cam and vince finished, shawn came. shawn is the structural estimator. he came in to see what it would take to get my condo back to normal. he estimated cost for drywall, paint, carpet cleaning, all that good stuff. i probably sound like a broken record but even my dealings with shawn were pleasant. he was very personable and polite. once shawn finished his estimates, he contacted me within a few days to let me know he had a crew ready to rock and come in to finish the job. his drywall crew had my house back to normal within 4 days. walls, paint, baseboards.....its like nothing ever happened. i 100% recommend clean earth restorations for any need or situation you may have. i can not say enough and boast enough about the company, their values, their morals, and employees. it was a great experience and refreshing to know that there are companies still out there who take pride in customer relations and rapport not just the job they are committed to do. read more

My experience with this company was top notch from the very first phone call. The woman who helped me schedule my cleaning was not only friendly but was able to get me an appointment in two days. She also applied a discount to the total that I was not even aware was available. The technician Lee arrived on time and maintained a professional and friendly demeanor during the entire process. Now for the best part...the carpet was so soiled and stained that I was considering ripping it out just days before. When I walked in after Lee was finished I was shocked! My husband and I had a major leak under our sink on 4/8/19. Our insurance company USAA highly recommended Clean Earth. It was a great choice. They called us a few minutes after being contacted by our insurance. Logan and Mitch came out along with Dave beginning our water clean up. They were not only professional they found moments to make us smile during really a very horrible situation. We ended up having massive damage. our entire kitchen had to be gutted and the flooring and baseboards replaced throughout the house. The team came by for two weeks daily to check the moisture levels and always communicated results. When dry Even Stefani the structural Engineer came by to determine the level of work required. He was patient and spent a great amount of time answering our questions and reassuring us. Dean was our site manager and you could not ask for a kinder, bright and funny guy to manage this project. He managed a team of great guys from tiling, painting, counters, cabinets..you name it. The team was amazing. They completed a week early and we could not be happier. I think the most important thing for us was their quick responses whether we called or texted them. I mean it took just a couple of minutes to respond. When you are stressed and don's understand everything all the time with construction, that makes a huge difference in calming you down. Did I like the final result? Yes, it turned out beautiful. The workers kept things clean and paid attention to detail. A 3 rating is appropriate due to the poor communication and level of importance of the project to them. The company came to my home in October to see the remains of my kitchen. We had experienced a leak and half our kitchen needed to be removed for cleaning and drying. We reviewed the project, and they saw it was a simple task that should only take about two weeks. The project was completed in January. I can understand the holidays and other project being finished. The issue is then, why tell us it'll be done before Christmas? The constant pushing back of the project throughout December is ridiculous looking back. Sending us text messages that you'll get to us next week and it turns into four months. They kept blaming the cabinet company for issues from picking up materials or not having things in stock. The worst of it all is we have to find out from the cabinet company that they've been ready to go since early December. They didn't appreciate being the scapegoat. After that how can I trust anything being communicated by the project manager? So they lost my trust by that point into the project. Another issue was the fact that we had no use of a kitchen for four months and open walls. Due to our walls being open, we began to get uninvited pest into our home. We notified the project manager and he agreed it was an issue. He didn't send anyone to at least patch up the walls for another week. A project/ issue that was resolved in 4 hours was not significant enough to them. Sure my kitchen looks good, but I can't recommend the company to others. read more

This company is great. I had Lee come by today and wash the carpet in our apartment. It wasn't crazy dirty but did have spots that were really bad. He was very friendly and funny. He even gave me and my girls foot slippers to walk in while it dried. The price was good too. Used clean earth twice in two weeks for two separate water leaks in my condo. Both times they were very responsive, professional, and did a great job. The second time was on a sunday afternoon, and both Chris and Fred showed up within an hour, found the source of the leak, staters clean up, and and fans and a dehumidifier in place. Lee came to our house and did a thorough job of cleaning our carpet. He was very nice and I immediately felt comfortable with him. He was considerate of my time constraints and he left us some booties to wear on our shoes so we could walk on the carpet before it was done drying without getting any dirt on it. There was also a small area of carpet that I had forgotten about and he did it for free since it wasn't part of his work order. Great experience. Great Better Business Bureau rating. Shawn was the person assigned to my job, and he was great - very customer focused. He even emailed me while he was on vacation in Hawaii. They were able to accommodate my schedule, to replace a leaking water heater while I was on a trip, and even picked up a new water heater and hauled away the old one. They only lost a star because of some minor issues - there was a small amount of clean-up that was still needed when I returned from my trip, they left the lockbox, and two months after the job, a leak started. But that's really the plumber's fault, not theirs. All-in-all, I was very satisfied with Clean Earth, but they should get their own in-house plumber. read more

Do not use clean earth restorations. They clearly don't know how to initiate contact with all the units that were involved in the flooding in our building. I had to ask them to put up a protection barrier on the open walls between my unit and my neighbor's unit, which they should have done automatically. Above all that, they left lights on and my front door unlocked twice when they left for the day (I couldn't be there to supervise). And for no reason, circuit breakers were turned off and left off, including the one to my refrigerator. These guys are shabby at best, possibly passive aggressive at worst. Keep searching! read more

Santiago A. A couple of weeks ago we experienced a leak that was determined to be in the wall of between our garage and interior closet. I was referred to Clean Earth Restorations by Unity Plumbing. Grant from Clean Earth responded rapidly and utilized a high tech temperature sensor and a hand held infra red device to pin point the location of the leak. The property damage was immediately mitigated by the fast action of clean earth and unity plumbing. Demolition and drying conducted by Chris and Rob were done efficiently and professionally. Several industrial blowers and two dehumidifiers were used in the home and in the garage. The affected areas were treated with a spray to prevent any potential risk of mold. For several days staff came and monitored the moisture levels. Shawn from Clean Earth was courteous and made every effort to find a time that worked for my wife and I to evaluate carpentry repair work. His communication with my wife and I was extremely thorough, he took the time to explain the work to be done and the methods to be used. Francisco the carpenter was actually EARLY and waited in front of my house until his appointment time. His work was outstanding, a craftsman who took obvious pride in his work. After the work was completed Clean Earth sent out staff to collect trash and debris left over from the work. All staff from Clean Earth were respectful and professional. I hope to never experience water damage again, but in the event that I do; Clean Earth Restorations is tops on my list. Before working with Clean Earth Restorations I had read a yelp article. I hope this article will enlarge what others may need to know about them---i.e they do more than get stains out of carpets. :) My insurance company set me up with them after two bathrooms were damaged by water leakage from the attic. I did not know Paul or anything about the company, but I am glad to say that they did an excellent job. I was able to pick out the tile and flooring immediately. They took the walls down to the bare studs, removed the damaged shower, flooring, termite damaged studs, wallpaper, etc and rebuilt both rooms. Clean Earth Restorations is the best company that you hope you never need to call. We needed them for a major water damage/mold remediation project. Our tenants had allowed a hot water leak to continue under the house for over 3 weeks. Every floor had to be removed, walls had to be removed and the underside of the house scrubbed to get rid of the mold. Having hired a scam company once before (and there are a lot of them out there), this time we asked a trusted contractor friend for a recommendation. He referred us to Clean Earth Restorations and we were not disappointed. They were really great at working with our insurance company and keeping us advised daily on the process. There is no getting around the fact that water and mold remediation are expensive, but at least I didn't feel like I was being ripped off this time.
