I come to this laundry mat almost every weekend. The staff is very nice and helpful. The mat is very clean. They also do raffle, you tell the staff how many washes you did and you get that many raffle ticket to be entered in their money drawings. Last year I won $100 from the raffle. This is the best laundromat around. SUPER clean, always a lovely person on staff (thank you Ruth!) and the people who are visiting this place are always friendly and nice. Lots of families, which is so sweet. The prices are good, and there's plenty of parking, seating, and places to fold. Wednesday's are free dryer day, so make sure to stop by then. I have been coming to Clean Envy for about a year for their fluff and fold service and have had no issues. Always clean, folded and promised on time but today was a exception. I arrived around 1:15 pm to drop off my laundry and the woman behind the desk did not take my laundry. I told her it was drop off, but she was having lunch. I apologized for interrupting her lunch and asked what time is her lunch over so I can come back, and she kept repeating "I'm waiting for you". I was confused so I asked her what she meant by that. She then said I'm "im waiting for you to close the door " then closed the door on me. I will never give them my services again, for this disrespectful service. read more

I enjoyed coming here before but now it's full of old people with no mask on. The staff doesn't enforce masking or wear one themselves half the time. The place is clean and staff are friendly, just don't want to sacrifice my health. It's like covid is not happening at this place. I like the laundromat, it's the people that are the issue. Too bad. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I was having a good experience until I was repeatedly asked to leave a positive review from who I can only assume was an employee. I had stated I do not usually leave reviews but I made this account to leave this review that was so desperately needed and wanted. So here it is. Yes it is a remodeled store and that's where the positives end. I tried to come here early in the morning and the parking lot was sketchy as all can be. I saw homeless people wandering about. NOT SAFE for a woman by herself. I figured I would come back later in the day and it should be better. Sure but the place was crowded and I saw many people not adhering to COVID guidelines, no masks or they would wear it down around their neck which obviously does no good. Social distancing was out the window. I stayed clear as best as I could. Kids were running and screaming with no sign of their parents caring. I tried a few washers before I found one the did not have what looked like the remains of paper in it. I finished my laundry quickly after the repeated requests for a positive review. It was like they wanted me to do it right then and there. The other reviews on here I'm sure were solicited as well and I hope Yelp leaves up my experience at this business. read more

I'm fairly new to the area and found this laundromat on Yelp nearest to me. I walked in clearly lost and a staff member by the name of Ruth walked up to me and was incredibly kind and helpful. She walked me through the sizes of washers and dryers and showed me how to even use an app to upload money to if I didn't want to use quarters. This app is so cool. It shows you how much time the washer and dryer have left that way you don't have to continuously walk up to it to see if it's ready yet. They also have timers on the washers and dryers in case you'd prefer to stand there. Oh and did I mention how clean it is?! That was a big plus for me! I will most definitely continue coming here. Fantastic laundromat with kind staff along with wonderful customer service. Very clean unlike other laundromats I've seen and been too. They have new machines with different types of loads and cycles - it feels like my clothes have been washed very well. There are tv's, places to fold and sit. Drinks to enjoy while you wait for your clothes to finish. The scenery inside is nice - I feel clam and peaceful. A happy environment at least for me. The dryers work well thus does not ruin the clothes. I like how the staff wear masks and clean when they see a mess. I can see that they care about the customer except the guy who works there. He has a terrible attitude and always screams at people. I recommend that you go when the ladies are working - they are quite kind. This is my favorite laundromat. read more

I then entered all my information and specific requests on their very intuitive online site. They picked up and delivered my beautifully cleaned and folded laundry in the exact time frame I chose, and most importantly, were totally courteous throughout all aspects of their service. Had to stop by here to take care of my bedding and definitely impressed with the laundromat. Ample parking, bright and clean!!! I notice the friendly staff constantly cleaning and wiping which made me feel comfortable during covid. They are definitely proactive to ensure safety protocols. Machines look brand new and glad it wasn't crammed together and large space between the aisles for social distancing. Will be coming here again. read more
