He was able to schedule a team to come in at the time I needed, the day I needed on such short notice! He was amazing at communicating and responding back to me. The cleaning was exceptional! I took a chance on this company and they unfortunately fell short. I came home at the beginning of their shift at my house and the older woman was on a personal call. Instead of hanging up to talk to me about expectations or to say hello, she continued her call and walked into the other room. Odd behavior but I was willing to overlook while cautiously checking my dog cameras....Over the next 2.5 hours, the older lady was seated on the phone every time I checked. The younger woman was doing all the work so I was already concerned about timing of their stay since I expected just two hours for two women to clean two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living room. We watched as they threw our face pillows on the floor and then covered our dirty duvet and decorative pillow covers with the clean ones instead of changing them out. The other bed that had been made looked worse than when I do it myself. Everything on our mantel and shelves were moved for dusting and placed back in the most disorganized way. When I talked to the older woman about these errors, she grew angry and yelled that I should just not pay. I called Josh, the owner, who was apologetic and willing to accept any resolution I thought to be fair. That's the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. And for the younger woman who busted her ass to cover for the rude older one. This company needs to vet their workers or provide training because we spent hours reorganizing and cleaning once they left :( read more

They were very friendly and responsive and offered the best deal/value relates to the time allotted with 2 cleaners. They were also very appreciative for the business, which isn't the norm these days unfortunately. Joshua is very responsive. Affordable. Two cleaners were a little late. But street parking, and all that stuff they had to carry. Yikes! So I get it. I felt bad, they didn't even need to carry that heavy vacuum. What I thought could be done in two hours was milked to three. 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. 2.5hr master bathroom. 2 hr kitchen. 30 minute 2nd bathroom. I was home the entire time and periodically checked in. I saw the pace of one vs the other. Experience was noticeable. I did have to use google translate, but that's fine. I don't mind. They do move things around to clean, don't expect them to put it back in order. They did do a good job in cleaning, got the tough, oil spots I didn't have the supplies to do myself. This is why I hired a cleaning service. So I'm a satisfied customer. They got the job done. read more

Pros: - Quick Yelp response - Able to service the area - Adequate cleaning job with nothing broken/missing Cons: - Numerous communications problems - Total Failure at meeting the schedule - Extremely expensive - Some areas still soiled I thought I was going to have a visitor/guest last week for a video recording session so I was in a hurry to get some overdue cleaning done. I was in meetings until 3pm and could not attend the cleaning crew's visit to my location until then. For whatever reason, that crew showed up two hours early and I had indicated by text that I could not escort them in at that time. By the time they were scheduled to arrive I was having trouble getting in touch with anyone. About an hour later, I was finally notified that apparently the cleaning crew had become involved in a vehicle collision and would be unable to service my appointment. Just as I was preparing to contact someone else to do the job, I was asked if someone could come to my location tomorrow to do the job and I agreed. The new appointment time was the next day at 2pm. Once again, the new crew did not show up at the agreed upon time but was, instead, an hour early. Though they had indicated they were outside, I couldn't find them anywhere. 20 minutes later, they eventually appeared and I showed them inside. I fully explained what needed to be cleaned, but then I was asked if I could speak Spanish. I said no. Because of the numerous scheduling problems and now this--sending cleaners who couldn't speak English, I requested a discount and after a number of excuses sent to me in text messages, I was eventually offered a small discount for my troubles. When I returned, everything was cleaned up more or less as well as I had expected with the exception of the main floors, which I had attempted to describe (using Google Translate) needed the most attention/effort. Ultimately, my visitor was unable to come anyway so it didn't end up being that big of a deal but I would not recommend this company, and do not intend to use this company again unless I have no other choice at all whatsoever. UPDATED TO ADD: I have found a number of items in the wrong location or missing altogether. One of the most important missing items was the remote control to my A/C. I contacted the manager of my apartment who told me that of course they don't keep spares. So, I'm going to have to cross my fingers that the Chinese-knock-off replacement remote I have to order from Amazon actually works. read more

I'm so glad Joshua did follow-up as we booked a cleaning last minute (within a day) and had no issues.
