I had a mixed experience with them. First, they were over an hour late. I messaged them a few times asking for their estimated arrival, but never got it. So, that's not the best first impression. The crew was pleasant and accomodating of our cleaning needs. However, the quality was inconsistent. The shower was cleaned quite well, much better than the service of another housecleaner from another company. However, the kitchen was not of the same quality. For example, the right side of the sink was cleaned, but apparently, the worker forgot to clean the left side. See the picture. And no, those are not residues that appear after the cleaning product dries. It was just simply untouched. I won't be using them again. There are enough housecleaners in L.A. I hope you have a better experience, should you choose to use them. read more

I requested a move-in cleaning and was absolutely disappointed in the service that I had received. Firstly, my appointment time was scheduled for 1pm. I saw on my Yelp confirmation that the cleaners would arrive anywhere from 1pm-2pm, which I thought was interesting but still fine. The cleaners ended up coming at around 2:22, which I didn't mind but at least text me closer to my scheduled appointment time to let me know and not at 2:07. Anyways, I ended up having to go to an appointment so I left my door open and told the cleaners to close it on the way out aka no one was at my house except them. Also, since my landlord was paying for the service, I was only able to have the cleaners do the service for 2 hours, which the owner allowed (very thankful for that). However because of my concerns, the owner said that the cleaners would try to clean whatever they could and if they had to go past the 2 hour mark, then they would let me know and ask for my confirmation. This all sounded great at first... The cleaner messaged me 2 hours and 30 mins after that she was done cleaning. I was confused because as the owner told me, if they had to go past the 2 hour mark, then they would let me know and ask for my confirmation. I ended up messaging the owner and he was understanding about voiding the extra payment for the 30 mins, which I appreciated. NOW, the part that pissed me off was when I got home. As soon as I got home, there was a trash bag, outside my apartment, filled with used swifter sheets (THEY WERE MY SWIFTER SHEETS). And next to the trash bag was MY cleaning spray. Shouldn't cleaners for a cleaning company be using their own products? Also, why was my cleaning spray outside my house? I know that these were used by the cleaners because I just bought them the day of the service and I haven't even open either of them yet. Plus, they didn't even clean that well at all! I still have dirt and dust everywhere!! Wtf! So disappointed. But again, greatly appreciated the kind owner for his part! read more

I rarely write reviews because I'm so busy but I know how stressful it can be to look for a new cleaner so I wanted to share my experience with Clean Fast to help others looking! This was my first time using Clean Fast. I found them on Yelp and chose them out of all the cleaning services I reached out to because 1) I looked very last minute (5 days before) and they had the best availability that fit my tight schedule 2) they were reasonably priced at $80/hr for 2 cleaners and 3) they had the best reviews. Joshua is the business owner who communicated with me to book the cleaning. He is very nice, super polite, responsive, and very helpful in answering all my questions/concerns. The 2 cleaners that came were Alexander and Hugo. They arrived early and stayed for 5 hours to clean my entire house. They were both very nice, polite, professional, spoke/understood basic English, and most importantly did a good job! My family and I have never seen our kitchen/bathroom fixtures scrubbed SO clean before that it looked brand new! They were able to get stains out of things we thought were a lost cause (i.e. hair dye in sink, rust in dish rack, water scaling in sink). I also asked them to be careful with certain materials around the house and they were very attentive. These guys know what they're doing and I am so thankful and appreciative of them and their hard work! One tip for future customers, if your house is big, I recommend splitting up the job in two days. I realized that afterwards because the deep cleaning of the kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms took a long time/tiring, it would've been better to have them come back the next day to clean the rest of the house, especially if you want a deep clean too. From reading previous views, I think to have the best experience (with anything really) is to make sure to communicate clearly what you want them to do with both Joshua and the cleaners he sends and of course it's always good & helpful to stay home, especially for the first time, to help direct/show where things are. This is an honest, good cleaning service and I would definitely recommend to others! read more

Joshua was a great communicator. 2 cleaners arrived 10 min early and did a deep clean (4 hours) of the entire house. Vacuum and mop, wiped the windows, bathrooms, sinks, wipe tables, dusting, cleaned oven and microwave, took out trash and relined trash bags, etc. Cleaners were respectful and wore masks the whole time. Some stuff was moved out of place which is to be expected. They even made the beds which I didn't need, but no harm done. Looks good! read more

They have great service and great price! For the longer review: I decided to bite the bullet and have my apartment deep cleaned this year. I researched different services but Clean Fast has a really great price. Joshua was very responsive and was receptive to all my newbie questions. The day of my appointment was really heavy with rain. The cleaners were late because of road conditions, which was totally understandable. I actually offered to reschedule since a flash flood warning went out but they said they would be fine just late since traffic and roads were so bad. Once they arrived, the cleaners were really nice and really REALLY efficient. I showed them specifically what I needed cleaned and they were very mindful of my requests. I said they could ignore the balcony, which is another house project altogether and asked if they could focus on the sliding door and windows. I also asked if they could dust the shelves (ie pick up the vase, containers etc) since my allergies were bad. My kitchen and guest bathroom in particular were also in bad condition. Now the place practically sparkles from how clean they got it and I've been sniffle free! I am so impressed with their work! I've been resisting getting a cleaning service so long because I always felt like I do a good enough job. There is no way I could have cleaned my place as well as they did!
