I needed a good detailed clean, but I didn't know where to look. I came across this business, not knowing what to expect. I want to start off by saying how friendly and sociable they are. I was able to hold a very energetic and laughable conversation with them, while they were cleaning my car. They are great company. I didn't have one dull moment! Also, they have such high tech tools that really gets the job done. I had stains on my floorboards that I did not expect to come out, but they were able to get it off easily! I, also, have leather seats that haven't been cleaned, properly, in a while, and when they were finished cleaning, my leather seats looked so brand new! Nice home, beautiful views but two of the bathroom showers needed some major tile / grout cleaning as did the tile floor in the casita. A consistently excellent customer experience from start to finish! This was not a simple cleaning job. My master bathroom has a marble countertop, marble floors and a very large shower. It had 10 years of hard-water stains from the previous owner. Robert, the owner, came out to estimate the job and was very friendly, informative, and fair about what was feasible from a cleaning perspective. He set realistic expectations for me while expressing confidence that he could help bring my bathroom back to life. I had other tile cleaning companies estimate this job who wouldn't touch my marble and were intimidated by the shower. The scheduling process for the job was flawless. A big thank you to Valerie, the office manager, who is a customer service rock star! Valerie and Robert were super patient and supportive in answering my questions so I could prepare for the cleaning. Robert personally polished, cleaned and sealed our marble countertop. He removed heavy staining on the marble from old faucets so we could install new faucets. He brought out textures and shine like we never could have imagined. I paid one-quarter to restore this marble countertop than to replace it just from a materials perspective. If you have a marble countertop that you love, but needs restoration, Robert is the person who can help you! Credit must also go to Dylan who cleaned our marble floors so well he brought gray grout back to white. I never imagined the floors would look so nice and shine up so well! Dylan took on the hardest job which is our 4 1/2 feet by 7 feet shower which contains white floor-to-ceiling subway tile with white grout. Clean Max was able to remove much of the hard water staining on the tiles and the grout. Do yourself a favor and hire this company! read more

This is the second time I have used Clean Max USA. I needed my tile/grout cleaned as well as carpeting throughout my home. An estimate was given to me on the phone and I scheduled an appointment. The techs, Dylan and Jake, arrived on time; in fact, they were actually a few minutes early. They first measured all areas I needed cleaned and presented me with the final cost, which was actually less than I was quoted on the phone. They got to work as a team and were finished in a little less than two hours. I was extremely pleased with the job they did -- my tile looks like new and a few troublesome stains on the carpet are no longer there. I couldn't be happier with Clean Max! We have been customers for over 5 years now. They go over and beyond for their customers. I recently had an upholstered chair that had been coffee stained and I called them to find out the best way to remove the stain and they told me to bring in the chair. Not only did they clean and remove the stain, but they didn't charge me. The night I got the chair back a piece of bacon was dropped on the chair and I called again. They told me to bring it in and not only removed the grease but didn't charge me again. To me this is an example of wanting to please your existing customers and going over and beyond for them. We were thrilled with the job that CleanMax did. Our two dogs got hit with a skunk in the evening. By the time we realized what had happened, they had come inside and run around the house. Cleanmax is awesome! They did a large job for me for a commercial campus and they did a residential home for me as well. They came in as the best price out of four bids, they communicated all expectations, visited the site to verify they could deliver on their promise, and did just that! A couple weeks after they came out, I noticed that we spilled something right in the middle of the carpet they cleaned. I called to ask for an estimate for spot cleaning, but they refused to bid the work because it's covered under their 30 day clean guarantee. They just came out and did the spot, and a few others.
