He stated he would put down a plant based solution to help break up any grease and has no odor. Our carriers were not really dirty as they are a few years new. He and Philipe cleaned them in 1.15 minutes. He left behind 2 floor fans to help dry them. I also have ceiling fans. Running in high. Carpets dried in about 6 hours or so. Ash uses a truck mounted vacuum, he also covers the corners of your home so that the hose they use for hot water extraction does not rub against or chip the paint or wood. We recently purchased a new home and needed someone to professionally clean the carpets before we…read moremoved in. We reached out to several carpet companies for quotes, but most of them gave us prices over the phone without ever seeing the house. Sam was the only one who insisted on coming out in person to inspect everything first--and thank goodness he did. He arrived with a black light and immediately discovered that the existing carpet throughout our home was saturated with pet urine from the previous owners. He even pulled the carpet back to show us that the urine had soaked through the pad and into the baseboards. He was completely honest and told us that even if we paid him $1,000, he wouldn't clean the carpet because it simply wasn't salvageable. That level of honesty is hard to find these days. Instead of trying to sell us a service that wouldn't work, Sam helped us make the right decision by replacing the carpet. His pricing was very fair, and there was never any pressure. We chose our carpet on a Friday, met with Sam the following Tuesday to sign the contract and pay the deposit, and his crew was already at our house demoing the old carpet that same day. The project was expected to be completed by Sunday, but they finished an entire day early on Saturday. The installation came out beautifully. The carpet is incredibly soft and plush--it honestly feels like we're walking on clouds. The craftsmanship is excellent, from the seamless installation throughout the rooms to the beautifully finished stairs. Everything looks clean, professional, and was completed with great attention to detail. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Whenever we called or texted Sam, he responded promptly and kept us informed every step of the way. To top it all off, Sam stands behind his work. He provides a one-year warranty, and if the carpet stretches or anything needs adjusting, they'll come back and make it right at no charge. It's rare to find a contractor who is this honest, responsive, and committed to doing quality work. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and highly recommend Sam's Carpet Services to anyone looking for carpet cleaning or carpet installation.

I booked cleaning for 3 bedrooms and stairs, but one bedroom was completely skipped because the door was closed. No one informed me beforehand about any "closed door policy," and no one called, texted, or asked the person present in the home before leaving the job incomplete. What frustrated me most was the handling afterward. I rearranged my evening waiting for the technician to return after being told they could come back the same day, but no one showed up. Later I was told the technician got stuck in traffic but still not going to make it. The company repeatedly described communication as "difficult," despite never attempting to contact me before leaving the room unfinished. The refund process also felt unnecessarily defensive. The initial refund offer didn't even fully cover the unfinished room and service fee, and only increased after extended back-and-forth discussions. Mistakes happen, but clear communication and accountability matter. Disappointing experience overall, especially after being so hopeful based on the reviews. A refund of $80 was paid. Now I get to pay another person $125 tomorrow to complete the job. Yegor and his tech offered to come next week. However the furniture has all been moved. Plus I don't trust they'll show, like what happened the first time. He also text me asking me to reconsider this review. Bro. Beware of this business. Yegor is retaliating this honest review and my experience with his business. He went to my business page and gave me a 1 star review. How scary that he has my address, phone number and business information.

The cleaning itself was fine and her team of two cleaners were on time. However I had two issues. Her team of cleaners had completely missed cleaning baseboards in the master bathroom and also did not dust off some of the door handles not a big deal. The biggest issue was that when they had cleaned the stainless steel stovetop and my stainless steel sink, they had used some sort of an abrasive brush which left many scratches on a practically new stovetop and new sink. The sink and stovetop look damaged now. The stovetops lettering and brand logo is also peeling off due to the abrasive brush or cleaning tool they used. Stainless steel should only be cleaned using a soft sponge/brush and cleaning should be done with the grain. Not sure if I would use them again because of this.
