Her team completed an initial pass efficiently, and Treena stayed late into the night to make sure everything was done right. The house looked way better than when we first moved in. She made the oven look brand new, and our landlord specifically noted how clean it was during our walkthrough. I've hired this company three different times. The first two were okay, but the last time they came…read morein 2024, they dropped our stove grate, broke it, and as a result, damaged my recently replaced wood vinyl flooring in the kitchen. When I contacted them about the damage, it took them over a month to get back to me, and by then, they said it was past their 24-hour notice to report a concern. They said there was nothing they could or would do because it would cost them too much in insurance. I don't understand how that is my problem, but I told them I would accept a refund of the service rather than asking for reimbursement of damages. The manager told me it would take another month or so to process the refund, but they would do that. I never got the refund, and I reach out every month or so asking to talk with someone or get a status update, and now they ignore me entirely. The cleaning service was poor, the cleaner damaged my property and didn't report it to me, and then has ghosted me about a refund to make it right. I will never use Apex again and have encouraged all my local folks to find a different company.
