    After they saw my review, they called me and offered to re- paint my molding they damaged and clean the grout over. But trust is hard thing to earn, and I definitely can't trust them to come back and fix their mistakes. So they gave me my deposit back as a refund. +1 Star

    This was the worst cleaning service I have ever used. I requested a deep clean. I had just started moving into the apartment and nothing was in there so they could clean completely. However, the job they did was very poor. The inside of the refrigerator was still dirty, there was a dead bug still on the wall, above the lights in the bathrooms, and the toilets were not cleaned. There's more but you get the idea. I called the office and they sent the cleaners back out but they still did a bad job. Needless to say I will not be using their service again.

    NEVER again. From the office staff's poor attitude to the cleaners themselves, just avoid them. I liked their pricing and the fact that the office updated me on the cleaners' ETA. But when the two cleaners arrived at my house, I had no idea neither could speak English. I don't speak Spanish. So we had problems communicating. What a surprise. They finished in the evening so it was not until the next morning that I discovered they left a heaping pile garbage bags - not only in my garage vs the chute I showed them, but IN my doorway for me to walk right into. When I saw the invoice in my email box, I returned the email and asked that they call me before applying any charges. Destiny responded right away to let me know they already charged my account. That was it. No concern toward my reason for wanting a phone call. So I called the office and spoke with Destiny. When I explained the language barrier, she told me most of their cleaners do not speak English and that I should have called their office to convey what I had specifically wanted. I pointed out that I should have been notified in advance that this language barrier was the norm. But for each point I made, she had a defensive comeback. Like when I told her where they left the trash - her response: "They don't take trash off the premises, ma'am." So I told her the chute was not off the premises, and just a few feet from my door, which I showed them. Her response: "Did they do a good job cleaning your house?" I did receive a $25 credit. Then after that, I found a surprise in my guest bathroom - a toilet brush they left behind IN the toilet. I contacted them again. No response, no surprise. Learn from my mistakes and go with another service.

    I few days ago I booked a deep cleaning for my apartment because I had guess coming to stay with me. I asked what they typically do during a deep clean and if it included under the fridge and oven as well as inside. They told me that it was included if I needed it and get it it as needing 3 and a half hours to finish the deep cleaning. They deep cleaned only the main area I asked, and only mopped and did the fans in one bedroom. I purposely excluded the bedrooms are they would have more time to focus on the shared living areas. They should have included obvious things such as under the fridge and under my couch but both were left dirty. They did a pretty good job on the stuff that they did clean but they definitely missed quite a few areas that were in serious need. The two people who came to clean my apartment where also very sweet so I figured their great attitudes should be factored in with the stuff that they cleaned well. However I will say that I am disappointed that they missed so many necessary spaces. The company called me to ask me how everything went right after the cleaners left. Unfortunately I hadn't had a chance yet to check every area before I told them that it was well done. They did ask me to leave at Yelp review which I also think is kind of strange. Usually that sort of thing is left for a website or social media account. Unfortunately I'm going to be out of town for the next couple of weeks. Otherwise I would have asked for them to come and finish the job

Pete responded quickly to my initial request for a quote, but he continued to be responsive throughout the entire process. His team was extremely detail oriented (which is exactly what you want for mold removal) but beyond that they were professional, respectful of our requests (like knocking instead of ringing a doorbell for our napping baby), clean and organized, and honest. It really felt like Pete was on our side at all times, advising on how to handle situations and damage prevention, communicating about findings and options, and generally looking out for our best interest. Dealing with damage in any home is never fun, but Onsite really made it a positive experience. If you're debating between companies, go with them - you won't regret it.

We had a leak at my mom's house that…read morerequired the involvement of insurance as we had to tear out a bathroom vanity and several pieces of drywall to deal with water damage. I made the mistake of going with this company, recommended by my plumber so I thought they would be good, instead of using someone contracted with my insurance. Initially I was pleased, as the owner of the company took time out of his weekend to help me file the insurance claim over the phone. However, from that point, I was mostly dissatisfied with this company's work and business practices. First, their workers attempted to remove the desk in my mom's bedroom that is literally built into the wall because they claimed they needed to put fans behind it. While I understand that they detected moisture around the desk, I was not happy with the fact that their workers started removing all of the items from the desk and trying to detach it without discussing with me first. I had to tell the owner on the phone to leave the desk alone. Second, they ended up putting too many fans and tripping my circuit breakers several times. A minor complaint, but seems they should have known that beforehand. Finally, and most egregiously, they kept (and still have not returned) my $1k deposit even after getting paid by my insurance company. Every other contractor I've dealt with has rolled the deposit into the final bill, and since the final bill was paid by insurance, I would have expected One of a Kind to return my deposit but they never did, even after I sent multiple emails requesting it back. Overall, while One of a Kind is initially responsive and helpful, their actual work is subpar, and their billing practices are shady in my opinion. If you have a leak situation like the one I did, I would just go through your insurance. Wish I had done that instead of being out $1k for something that should have been entirely covered by insurance.

Tal from Advanced Restoration & Construction initially checked for residual moisture in all those areas, immediately removed wet baseboards and quarter rounds, and placed seven blowers and a dehumidifier in the impacted rooms. He is very professional, personable, and experienced. Advanced Restoration & Construction were available during every step of the mitigation process. Tal came out daily to take new moisture readings and adjust the blower and dehumidifier setup. They patiently listened to and answered all of my questions. All areas are now dry and ready for repair. Based on my experience with them, I highly recommend Advanced Restoration & Construction! The company also helped me deal with my Progressive home insurance. Tal's office assisted me in communicating with them, filling out all the required forms and documents, and ensuring everything was handled smoothly. After seeing Tal and his team's level of care and professionalism during the mitigation process, I also decided to hire them for the repairs. They handled everything consistently, replacing the damaged drywall and baseboards, repainting and restoring the affected areas and bring them back to their original condition. What stood out for me was their attention to detail and, of course, their respect for my home throughout the process.

David and Martin are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and have kept us up to date with their work as they went. Where they really shined has been in helping us deal with the insurance company. Mercury insurance (a terrible company), has spent the last week looking for every possible reason to deny us coverage. Thankfully, at every turn Lime Green has had appropriate documentation and evidence for their work. Not only that, but David has taken the time to walk me through the insurance process step by step, and has even gotten on the phone with the insurance adjuster and myself to fight for our claim. This service was truly above and beyond for what was a small job for Lime Green, but very important for us. Thanks to David and Martin for all their work with us, I couldn't recommend this company more.

    I'm taking away a couple stars, unfortunately, because initially my experience was good. The…read morecompany initially agreed that they would come to do a consultation and then provide us with an estimate for the mold removal, do the work, and then give us a 2nd estimate for the reconstruction. We had mold in the bathroom and the master bedroom and the mold smell was particularly horrible in the bedroom by the window. They opened up the bathroom ceiling as well as a chunk below our bedroom window. They removed mold from the bedroom window sill as well as part of the bathroom ceiling and the bottom of the bathroom cabinets. The bathroom mold was from condensation, from a lack of a ventilation system, and a prior leak under the sink. They stated that the bedroom mold was from condensation and that everything in the wall below the window was dry. But it was strange because during the consultation I was told that after they opened up the wall and removed the mold, that they would come back to test to see if there was somewhere outside that was letting water in through/near the window. When it came time to pick up the scrubber and dehumidifier, one of the staff came by and very quickly closed up shop and there was never any kind of test or inspection performed to see what might have been the problem with the window. After the mold removal process, we were offered a quote that forgot to include the ventilation system cost we had requested during the initial consultation for the bathroom. I reached out to ask for the quote to be amended to include the ventilation system cost. During this time the two reconstruction staff at the company happened to quit. I know that these things happen, but it was very unprofessional given that we were living without a full functioning bathroom. They ended up referring us to a general contractor who unfortunately did not work out. I ended up calling someone that had previously done work for me instead. He and one of his colleagues repaired the drywall and installed the ventilation. During the process, the contractor noticed the bedroom window jostled easily and wasn't sealed. While fixing the window he found a spot where water came pouring out of the wall. Evidently during the intense rain water was trickling in through the loose unsealed window. I mention this because LimeGreen did not bother to even look for the water source in the bedroom because they were understaffed. Why on earth did they not think to check if the window was stable in the spot that I told them we thought the mold was in? I don't know much about this but would expect an expert to know what to do to figure out the source of the problem. Instead they just removed a chunk underneath the window and chalked the problem up to condensation. They would have just boarded everything back up for water and mold to continue to grow in the wall. This company is affordable and I liked the professionalism from Martin, but if the owners are overworking/overextending their employees, they are going to be less likely to take the time to find the source of the water and just rush off to the next project.
