Absolutely amazing service. Our apartment was a mess, trash everywhere and stains on the floor. After just a few hours the place was spotless. They went above and beyond and folded clothes, tidied up boxes, cleaned all the nooks and crannies. I also really appreciate how respectful they are. Our cleaner was friendly and customer service was very helpful during booking and responsive after completion of the job. That being said, we weren't satisfied with the cleaning overall. We purchased the deep clean package for our new empty 2 bedroom apartment. We hoped the deep cleaning service would leave us with minimal cleaning after move in but It seemed like more of a light cleaning. The kitchen, the bathrooms and the floors are what we had the most issue with. We should've known the floors would be a problem when she said she would use a swiffer. We informed customer service and they refunded us the difference between the deep clean package and standard. Stars because cleaner came back to try and finish the job. She did some things but not others. Polished my trash cans but my priority was clean floors and dusting. She did ask me after she was done what I thought - at Immediate glance looked ok. However, upon closer review, the cleaning was DEF NOT deep cleaning. using a swiffer on everything does not make deep cleaning. she merely wiped everything with a microfiber cloth & spray. the cleaning barely passed for a standard cleaning. the walls had dust left on them. granite counter tops still had grime on them. I requested a quote a while back but I didn't use them until just recently. I set up the appointment online which was very seamless. I two ladies showed up to clean up my parents house, which is two floors. From the moment they came, they were courteous and professional. The emphasis for me was the bathrooms on both floors, and they were spotless when the ladies finished. My parents also have floor to ceiling mirrors in their home and they were also cleaned very well. Overall from start to finish it was a very professional process and the two ladies did an excellent job of cleaning. I hope to request those same two ladies again for the next appointment. read more
