Yall, I cannot rave about Cleany's services enough; they rescued me from what could've been a disastrous situation while providing stellar, communicative service that went above and beyond my expectations. In preparation for moving out of my apartment, I scheduled a deep cleaning service with another company (won't even bother naming them) *one whole week* in advance of my move-out date. On the day of the appointment, this company proceeded to bail on me -- and that was AFTER having collected a large deposit fee to schedule the appointment in the first place. While freaking out, I found a listing for Cleany online, and contacted them on a whim to see if they could provide me with a same-day deep cleaning service -- yall, not only did they schedule me *right away*, they provided me with an accurate time window that my cleaner would arrive. My cleaner was absolutely fantastic -- he let me and my partner know when he was on his way to our place, showed up with all the tools needed to clean our place (as we had all our furniture and belongings moved out already), and cleaned our place from TOP to BOTTOM, including inside cabinets, drawers, and appliances. I was a little skeptical that 1 person can deep clean a large apartment efficiently (we usually had 2-3 people in the past for larger homes), but Tatiana did an amazing job. I have a shedding dog and prior to my recent clean, the apartment was absolutely covered in dog hair. When Cecilia left, there was not a single hair or dust to be found on any surface. Cecilia has an eye for detail and always rearranges pillows, blankets, and loose items in a beautiful way that I would never think of. She angled decor on my coffee table and bar cart in such an appealing way, even relocated our cleaning supplies to a more aesthetically pleasing spot that allows the apartment to have more space. I genuinely don't know how she does it, especially in such a short amount of time. On the most recent clean, Cecilia folded a large pile of clothes on the floor that I told her she could ignore - we were so grateful. I usually don't post reviews, but this time I had to take time to acknowledge my cleaner! She arrived on time, brought her own equipment and cleaning supplies! And went to work. I just had a full gut renovation of my bathroom and some plaster and painting work in my foyer, so there was an extreme amount of dust that I could not get control of! Even though I had dust barriers, there was still dust inside cabinets and appliances. Once my cleaner saw that I had a ladder still sitting out, she asked if she could borrow it, and she went to work! I must admit, it felt strange sitting there, while someone else was cleaning my house... But it is something I think I can get used to very quickly... Lol! I don't like to leave negative reviews( who does), but I felt called to as I booked this service based on their perfect reviews. I leave pretty far out in Brooklyn and they sent someone to me for a deep cleaning. The woman was complaining the entire time about how tired she is and how her boss sent her there. I felt really awkward. Some parts of the apartment were clean but overall, I was very unsatisfied for $270 so they did only charge me for a regular cleaning, which was fine, but I rather of went with someone else. My advise is to look for a single person not a company so you know who you're getting. read more

I was able to provide clear information about the tasks to be performed and it generated an extra: I have bbooked a deep clean service with extra time slots for handwashing dishes (I just moved in and had all brand new) and I have also asked for dedicated time to deep clean windows. Unfortunately after the first visit of the cleaning professional the results were not satisfactory but quickly after contacting the company they have offered me a 2nd visit complimentary as a guarantee.
