I purchased a package and am happy to say that I am very satisfied with my choice. The location is near St. Rose San Martin and near the rear of an office building off of Cimmaron. Super Quick in and out. I never had made an appointment and never have waited over 5 minutes to get my injection. I sign in, give them my shot card and then am seen within that 5 minute time frame. The facility itself is upstairs and very clean. They have a TV in the front that plays the news or home shows that is nice to watch while waiting. The front office person has always been very pleasant and everyone that has given me my injections is perky and friendly, even super early in the morning. I have had Alex on a few occasions and she is great. I enjoy talking to her even if it is just for a couple of minutes to get a shot in my hip! The B12 is $120 for 12 or $18 a piece. You can only purchase a Groupon ONE time. It says it right on the Groupon when purchased. Apparently, they have people trying to purchase multiple Groupons all of the time. It is a great deal without the Groupon anyway, so suck it up and purchase it at regular price and quit giving them a hard time :) I seriously love B12 shots and don't think I can ever live without them again. They are just part of my weekly feel good routine and I highly recommend them and this facility.

The very next day I went to the UMC clinic at Shadow Lane and they would not give me the PEP because I didn't have insurance. Then I remembered AHF and went there. They tested me, gave me access to their doctor, and the doctor prescribed me the PEP right away. Save your time and come to this place right from the beginning, I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely false. The office repeatedly dropped the ball during the application process failing to communicate, providing incorrect information, or not submitting the correct paperwork. This caused unnecessary delays and stress. It wasn't until I reached Erica, the office manager, that I finally got help completing the application. However, my frustrations didn't end there. I later found out they were gatekeeping my injection until after labs were completed yet my appointment was at 5 PM and the lab closes at 4:30 PM. When I called on my way to explain the timing conflict, Erica's response was a dismissive, "I know how it goes." That kind of attitude toward a patient's urgent medical care is beyond unprofessional it's disrespectful. This has been a nightmare. The lack of communication, compassion, and basic organization here is shocking. My health is not a game, yet it feels like the only thing this office truly cares about is collecting payment and putting up barriers to treatment. Patients deserve better than this.

I had a clinician in my home within 4 hours of calling, and she was also thorough, kind, and candid in her assessment. I loved that a technician traveled with her so she didn't have to chart, and she could focus on putting my strange symptoms together, make an accurate diagnosis, and arrange a series of medications to be called in directly to my pharmacy. The best part? The visit was more affordable than urgent care under my insurance plan, and I got to be treated in my home. I considered not posting this review, because I don't want too many people to know about Doctoroo, but my experience was too great to stay quiet. I will definitely be reaching out again in the future (but, hopefully, I won't have to too soon.)

Provider explained everything in great detail and why I needed fluids. To be able to lay down, on the couch in my own home was amazing. This scardy cat of needles is now converted. If I would have gone to the ER, I would have waited forever, and risked catching something else . Insurance ? Yes they take! $10 co-pay. I have color back, feeling a little better and definitely grateful for Doctoroo and their services. If you are looking for fast, QUALITY, medical care, look no further ! Cannot recommend enough.
