She took…read moreme back to the blood draw area where a casually-dressed woman (long hair not tied back, jeans, open shoes) identified herself as an owner. She said the employee that was helping me was in fact a phlebotomy student and asked if I consented to the student doing the draw. I said yes but asked for them to put on masks for this. Apparently this was an absolutely alien request to the owner of a business that also does in-home blood draws. I got a stuttering "we don't have any... we don't keep them..." and then she dared to ask "what is it you're afraid of?" I shouldn't have to identify the risk conditions of myself or my household, but I did, at which point she started asking invasive questions about my blood cancer and assuring me she "understood" because of her sister's cancer -- which she then discussed in detail, tumor locations and all. If you understood, you would have masked from the outset. She even gave me the "stay strong" platitudes even after I explained that mine is chronic, not anything to be "beat," but she was insistent about making the conversation about cancer in general and not her failure to protect me from airborne disease. They did eventually find masks in a supply room and wore them for the draw. I got out of there as fast as possible afterwards. Very unsettling experience overall.

Especially with federal programs in place to cover the cost of testing there's no reason to give them even $1 of your money.

I asked where to do that, and apparently the registration was on an upright iPad near the front. Silly me for missing it. A lot of the people in the waiting room noticed how rude the interaction felt, and several people even commented to me about it afterward. I honestly tried to give grace because she may have been stressed or overwhelmed, and I know healthcare can be difficult. But the reason I'm writing this review is because of Dana, the blonde phlebotomist in the back. She was absolutely wonderful. I hadn't had much water that morning because of an earlier appointment, so finding a vein was a little difficult, but Dana stayed patient, calm, kind, and professional the entire time. She talked with me, joked around a little to help me relax, asked how my day was going, and truly made the whole experience better. Dana has such a beautiful soul and gave me one of the best experiences I've ever had getting blood drawn. Employees like her deserve recognition because they genuinely make a difference in people's days. So while the front experience may not have been ideal, Dana completely turned it around for me. God bless you, Dana -- thank you for your kindness and for making my day better.

She TOLD me, that she would PULL MY PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION FROM MY CHART without ANY prior consent, in order to set up a consultation with her. Absolutely disgusted, because who KNOWS how many unsuspecting patients she's done this to already. Grateful she chose to give her sales pitch to the wrong one on the morning of 08/06/26. The LABCORP manager was informed and has NOT followed up with me, or offered any resolution or apology. From my understanding, the tech is still actively employed. The worst was when a technician stuck the needle so badly that I ended up with the biggest bruise I've ever had from a blood draw. It was painful and took a while to heal. I still come here because it's close to my house and convenient, but I honestly wish the experience was better. Hopefully they'll improve their customer service and consistency because getting routine lab work shouldn't feel like such a chore.

Other locations or rooms could be quite small that there isn't much room for a third person.

The text instructed me to have a seat inside and wait for my turn. Inside there were seats lining the walls. This is a busy location. Pre-covid, it used to be filled. Since I had already scheduled a doctor's appointment, it was a win-win, so I had two appointments in one morning. I saw my name on the tv so I knew it was soon. It was 7:30, my appointment. Everything was verified. I also had my doctor's work order- this helps out a lot. The lady who drew my blood was nice. She checked to see if I was doing alright. I was done at 8 am. It's Monday August 24, 2026 at about 10:45am. I arrived 55 minutes early for my appointment. I had…read morereceived a text telling me to arrive 15 minutes early and that any payment was due at time of service. When i checked in i was told my co-pay was $200 something and change. I reached to the money and was told that i need to have the exact amount as they have no change. Cash to the penny. Not having the exact amount and not being told prior, i pulled out my charge card. The clerk then told me that to use a charge card would require me to pay an additional 3% fee ($6.40). I feel that they should have change or if not they should not punish me to use my card. They could have told me prior to my appointment i which case i would have brought the correct amount. Yes, it's only $6.00, but i got nothing for the money. The place was nice and the techs were nice. My appointment time was 11:35am. I was taken in at 11:27am and out by 11:45am.

Absolute incompetence from this imaging service. If I cannot get my mammogram done somewhere else with insurance, I'll cash pay at this point to avoid this facility.
