Hired this company after I quoted with a reasonable price for full service! Everything went well for about 5 months and then when winter hit and we had a little storm my pool was filled with leaves. Now I understand everyone with a pool had the same issue. So I was patient with our pool person when they informed me that the owner/manager would be coming out to do the cleaning of the leaves. I waited 3 weeks for someone else to come and clean the leaves, no one showed up. My pool had leaves for close to a month, I had had enough. Next pool cleaner had to invest over 150 in chemicals and scrub the pool head to toe to get it back on track. 300$ cost to me and never responded to texts about making it right. We hired Clear Shine pool service for a weekly service. After several attempts at getting a regular schedule started (several months actually) we gave up. The Owner (I assume he is) is very rude when speaking to us (his customer) and made several excuses why we received no services we paid but no service. We never received an apology just excuses as to why no service. I wouldnt hire them ever again to service my pool even if they paid us to do it. Here is a response from him finally. I cancelled your service as of today I don't tolerate rude customers!!! The owner of the company charged me 150.00 for useless chemicals and treatment of a green algae pool. BRYAN came out Lied saying he cleaned filters and told my husband it didn't need to be cleaned. Wow, what a great experience! I retained the services of this company because I needed long-term pool care and an initial deep cleaning. The response was super prompt and, even though my pool was really dirty at first, they simply went to work as if it were of no concern. In a short time my pool was perfect! Just so you know, I'm the type of cynic that scrutinizes work obsessively. I want what I paid for to the dime. After inspecting the tiles, skimmer, and smelling the shock, everything was just so well done I had nothing to be concerned about. Now I have the guys come out on a two week basis to contend with the results of hard-playing kids. They always arrive with smiles on their faces and get right to work. I have yet to EVER see any flaw in their results and no matter what the kids have done, it's taken care of every time. I love that they even log their activities in order to track what was done and what will be needed in the future. They really do maintain my pool down to the minutest detail. Was given a quote over the phone when the guy came over he was trying to charge per day and wanted to do hella extra unneeded things to the pool, made appointment to return and he didn't, contacted main office and seems like they had no clue what there pool guy was doing. Clear Shine Pools owner Ali came out did a quick 30 minute startup which I found out he should have been here inspecting the whole pump and pool equipment for at least an hour to understand my pool. He never opened the filter to check the cartridges at all, only said he would come back but no showed me twice (Saturday and Tuesday). I called him to touch base he said he was bury and I suggested that he should have called to check in with me as I was waiting for him and could have went to work. I understand he is busy but its the communication and a Company's word. I paid him for his 1st & 2nd visit to start his services a total of $130. I had to fire him and his services and called a new company to come out and start up new services. My pool hasn't been cleaned due to the fact I hired him to take care of it and its getting greener day by day and his services failed. Filters were super dirty, it had a broken piece in it which I don't even know what is it for. Thats his job to fully inspect everything. Im very unhappy with Clear Shine Pools and Leslie's Pool Supply recommended them. 2 thumbs down in my book and I hope I could get a refund but you know how that is. Just wanted to say wow; Outfriskinstanding Bryan and Ali I had no idea they would get the pool drained and cleaned that fast; from the knock on the door by Bryan to just over an hour and a half later they had drained and cleaned a 12,000 gallon pool. It's filling back up now and Ali said to call when it's full and they will come back out and get the chemicals in balance. Let me tell you they are Extremely unprofessional spoke to a guy named Ryan He set up a service for drain my pool because it was green. He said they will brush the pool make sure everything is clean filters and balance the chemicals and the water to swim and he will check the equipment if anything needs fixing as well. WRONG! A dude and a lady came an hour and half late said he was going to charge $50 extra to clean the filter! And drained the pool and wants the check! We are like wait but u need to brush all the algae and all he said no we just hosed them down no need to brush! I asked him about about the chemicals r u coming tomorrow he said I don't know about than call Ryan he is the "boss". I called the "boss" and guess what he is like i never said anything about balancing no water or chemicals! I am like I am paying you 450$ for flushing the pool! He is like yeah no balancing the water or anything. He is like u give the check today and then we will see. I said no You need to send someone tomorrow to add chemicals and balance the water and I am giving him half of the money today so he would come tomorrow. The guy came the next day put 2 gallon of chlorine and said I need my money!!!! APPALLED at the lack of respect given to me by the owner Ryan Ali. They have cleaned my pool for 3 weeks. The 1st week they did a great job. The 2nd week it wasn't as good but I didn't complain. The 3rd & final week on cleaning day I came home to find 2 huge spots of dirt settled in the bottom of my pool & a sluggish film on top. I called Ryan to inform him because they advertise a "guarantee if you call with 24hrs". After I explained to him in a very respectful & courteous way he straight out told me he didn't believe me. I was appalled. I offered to send him pictures & again he told me he didn't believe what I said regarding the lack of cleanliness of my pool. The service guy even brought his kid with him & when I told Ryan he said he didn't believe me about that either; how rude!
