I've been meaning to stop by and tried it for the first time today! I ordered the egg and cheese and bacon bagel (Spinach Parmesan) and my husband ordered the egg and cheese on bagel (Garlic). Both were delicious and well made. The egg was especially fluffy and they didn't overdo the cheese. Mine had little bits of bacon inside the egg so nothing fell apart. The spinach Parmesan bagel was fluffy and toasted but couldn't taste much of either. The garlic bagel on the other hand was crusted with garlic and full of flavor. The cashier was very nice and we got our food surprisingly quickly. I like how they have the available bagels up at the register. They have a huge menu and if it wasn't breakfast I would definitely try some of their bagel sandwiches. The bagel shop itself is almost like a stand and the seating is outside but it was clean and it was nice to sit out in the open air. You order towards the seating area and pick up at the window on the walkway. Overall pretty good for the price (~$17) but could use a little salt and pepper seasoning or wish they had hot sauce. read more

The bagels here are so good but it seems a lot smaller now and more expensive. I ordered the garden bagel on a jalapeño bagel and although the bagel itself was good, I feel like the toppings itself doesn't warrant the $10 price tag. That was the best breakfast bagel sandwich I have ever eaten! Their bagels are the best I have ever tasted! They are soft, fresh and filled with delicious flavor! I ate the egg and sausage breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel and I never want to go to any other bagel place again! I also ate jalapeño cheese bagel while I was waiting for my breakfast sandwich and it was so delicious! Their scrambled egg was so fluffy, thick, fully cooked but also fully flavorful and even perfectly fit in the bagel. A fantastic, small, family owned business :) They owner is super sweet and manages to keep cool when the place is packed with orders. It makes my heart so happy to see that this place is extremely popular with the locals! If you're in the mood for a bagel sandwich or open faced bagel, this is the place to go! I definitely recommend going earlier in the morning (especially on the weekends) if you wanna get the bagel flavor you want! I went around 12pm after my microbio final and they only had 3 flavors left. I opted for the california club on a jalapeño cheese bagel and it was DELICIOUS! Super saucy and tasty. Love supporting a local business! Was craving bagel sandwiches for breakfast one morning. I decided to get the bacon egg and cheese on a garlic bagel. It was nice and hot and eggs were fluffy! The garlic bagel is VERY garlicky as fresh garlic is pressed into the bagel--so if you are not a garlic fan or don't want too much I suggest getting a different bagel. The bagel itself was a little on the smaller side, however the sandwich is pretty filling! I did eat this at home, so I had hot sauce on hand which helps with the flavor. The cashier was really nice and the service was quick for them making the sandwiches as you order. We came on a rainy Monday and after we ordered a mini rush came by. Overall definitely recommend! I also like their everything bagel with lox cream cheese! Last thing, this is more of a grab and go situation. Came for brunch on a Saturday and had a great experience. I feel like there aren't as many bagel options in the SGV and this one hit the spot. I got their lox on an everything bagel and wow!! The everything bagel was divine. It really had everything, it had a bit of a crunch from the topping and a little chew from the bagel. The lox had capers, onions, and cucumber on top along with some sprouts. It paired very well with the everything bagel :) Service was very nice and you can tell it's a nice and cozy small business! We sat down to eat and then gave us a little sample cup of a blended coffee drink that was delicious. We ordered the following: -classic breakfast bagel sandwich ($5.95): egg, cheese + sausage -classic lox bagel ($9.95): nova salmon, cream cheese, tomatoes, capers, cucumber + sprouts -everything bagel ($1.60) with cream cheese The open faced lox bagel was very good. It was generously lathered with cream cheese. Best of all, you didn't have to fight for each bite which sometimes happens where you find yourself wrangling the lox vs. bagel ratio. The bagel texture was excellent - not too chewy or doughy. It aired on the side of doughy which I prefer. I didn't eat my everything bagel right away and several days later, it was still very good when toasted. It didn't harden like other bagels and still had a nice pull to the dough. The cream cheeses which I believe are made in house, are also excellent in flavor and texture. You'll find this small unassuming bagel shop nestled in a shopping center, with a fee outdoor tables to enjoy your bagel here or to go. The food however is remarkable and the antithesis of unassuming. If you told me this bagel hailed from a high end eatery or even a boutique cafe in a high end resort, I wouldn't bat an eye. This stuff is just superior. Staff was helpful in making recommendations and it was prepared impressively fast. The Cucumber Avocado open face bagel is ELITE!!! Wow! Blown away by how fresh and delicious these bagels are! I ordered some loose bagels (4 plain and 1 honey) with a medium tub of cream cheese and a lox bagel on the side. The cream cheese is too good - the texture is fluffy and spreadable. Very easy to over indulge on this. Service was great and fast because I pre-ordered the loose bagels and paid before pick up. TIP: loose bagels require a pre-order. Either call in or DM them on instagram to pre-order. I put in my order the night before at around 10:30PM and they got back to me very quickly. They take payment via venmo or zelle and you're good to go for pick up. I picked up the next morning at around 8AM and it was very easy. The store is located in a bigger plaza and location is really nice with lots of outdoor seating. I do recommend coming early because a line does form in the morning. Parking is easy and there is plenty of free parking spots in this plaza. Easily one of the best bagel spots in town! Date of visit: 8/19/2021 Came here for breakfast today and tried 2 from the breakfast menu: - super breakfast with garlic bagel: ORDER IT! The garlic bagel was super yum with a lot of crispy garlic on the bagel itself. They used bacon crumbs to be mixed in the egg batter and 2 thin slices of ham. I wish it's little less veggies and a little more protein. The bacon egg was also too thick (too fluffy) and it made eating the bagel not easy. - breakfast with a kick with banana nut bagel: I can barely taste the sausage in my bagel and the egg was so thick that it came out of the stack and made a whole mess. I liked the freshness of the lettuce and the tomatoes and especially the avocado, however. Both bagels that I tried (garlic and banana nuts) were SUPER YUMMY! But I noticed that the eggs in both bagels that we ordered were microwaved fluffy egg and I personally do not enjoy this kind of egg. Before I left I asked if next time I could have my bagel with over-hard egg and was told that all of the eggs are cooked in the microwave and that's why it's all fluffy egg. I first came here for a Yelp event several weeks ago, and my family and I loved it so much we had to come back! We ordered an Everything bagel with cream cheese, a pizza bagel on everything bagel, and a cranberry sandwich (open faced serves with turkey) on a jalapeño cheese bagel. Everything was sooo good!
