Came by on a week night to check this place out. Ordered Signature Mixed Noodle and Spicy Noodle Salad to go. The Signature Mixed Noodle has a scallion and soy sauce taste, and it comes with plenty of thick and chewy round noodles. The Spicy Noodle Salad comes with a similar type of thick/round chewy noodles as the signature mixed noodle, but instead of soy sauce flavoring, it comes with a spicy (just slightly) chili and sesame oil sauce. This noodle also includes corn kernels and slices of iceberg lettuce as toppings. Again, plenty of noodles included in each serving as well. This is a very refreshing noodle to be eaten on a hot summer day! Great value considering the portion and taste. Parking wise, there are plenty of spaces as It is located within the Super Hmart plaza. Check it out when in the area. This is a casual dining experience with good parking, close proximity to many other decent restaurants, and decent service. I went with my girlfriend on a regular Tuesday, there was no line and the wait for the food was about 15 minutes. The seats are kind of sketchy, they feel like they bend when you sit on them, but the place is otherwise clean. I was excited about this place but the food is really mediocre. It is nutritionally adequate (has some veggies and protein), but its flavor is seriously lacking. We both had the meat lovers crepe and I was waiting for the flavor to come together but none of the ingredients really worked well with one another. Really salty bits of bacon and spam with surprisingly bitter lettuce and a sauce that lacked any power to cut through the fat. I personally think this place is really missing a pork belly or beef slice protein option for savory flavor with less salt. The savory sauce is also lacking, something sweet like hoisin sauce might help a lot. The signature noodles are also a total ripoff, I expected at least some toppings for a whopping $8, but it was just some noodles with a couple green onions tossed on top. The sauce wasn't even that impressive, it tasted like sesame oil and soy sauce, and not even the good seasoning soy sauce. Very disappointed with the noodles for $8. At the end of the day, the only reason I would go here is because of the nostalgia of a Chinese crepe meal, but it fell below expectations. The crepe was very crispy and warm, which I enjoyed, but the flavor fell a bit short. It wasn't spicy enough and tasted quite bland, almost as if only half (or less) of the Buldak sauce packet was used. For the fries, I really liked the seasoning, but I wish they offered ketchup or ranch. When I asked, I was told they don't carry either in-house, which was disappointing. I'm glad there's a Chinese Crepe AKA Jianbing spot opened up in the area. I've always craved for it from time to time but not knowing where to get it. I ordered the Big Crunch Wrap / jianbing. It comes with lots of toppings, cripsy wontons and a crispy chicken patty, lettuce and hash brown. Very delicious and savory, especially with crunch from the wonton crisps. Another item I recommend us rge Rice Roll aka Fantuan. It's a popular taiwanese breakfast food with sticky rice wrapped with Taiwanese sausage, radish, egg and lettuce. They have it in purple rice which is also my favorite! The Scallion noodles is a go to well, the noodles perfected cooked and chewy. The scallion oil has such a great flavor, even though there are no toppings. I ate the entire bowl myself LOL. The service is quick, you're able to order your food at the kiosk and get your order quickly. You also able to see the chef making the crepe. The veggie salad jianbing was flavorful and had a little kick of szechuan-like taste. The outside texture was fluffy but there were crispy wonton crackers on the inside that made each bite delicious. Portion size was bigger than expected. The signature noodle is lightly flavored, which went well with the jianbing. Only thing is it was a bit oily for me. The lettuce and tomato was an interesting addition that did not add to the flavor, I felt like it did not belong in this crepe.
