I've been seeing Dr. Amanda on and off for the past 2 years or so. Before coming to this office, I had only seen a chiropractor once. Even though I knew him personally, the thought of getting my neck adjusted freaked me out. I don't think I was ready for it, and he felt me tense up beforehand and didn't go through with it. With Dr. Amanda, somehow I was able to relax enough to get it done and it's been a game changer ever since! I constantly crack my lower back everyday, so having her crack my upper back and neck has provided me so much relief. Then depending on my reason for that particular visit, she either sends me to the roller table or for electronic muscle stimulation (EMS) after the adjustment. I leave the office feeling so much better. I will say that when I make an appointment, the front staff tells me all this availability. It's even happened where I change the time of an appointment the same day and there's all these openings. However, when I come in it always seems to be overbooked and running behind. Minor inconvenience though. All the staff has been very friendly and helpful. I will continue to come here and am excited/looking forward to my first massage here later this week. Also, I've seen Kimberly O'Berry once for acupuncture (my first experience ever) and have been meaning to go back. I went here because my daughter is there client and likes them alot. My appointment was at 10:30 am. At 11:05 am I asked when I'd see a doctor. I was told 10:30 was for filling out paperwork.[that's fine, please just tell someone new that.] Got in room at 11:20 am. Intern asked questions [he was very nice] Heat was on back, still no doctor at 11:45 am. I got up and asked for money back. Doctor came to front desk and said, he was ready. I was leaving and he said any doctor you go to you wait an hour. Is this true? I think not. If your backed up let a patient know. If your appointment is really 10:45am, let a patient know that there is 15 minutes given prior for paperwork. In calling other chiropractor in the area, I found out this office is always behind and 1 hour and 15 minutes is to long anywhere to wait. To bad the doctor waits that long for his doctors as he put it. He also told me know one has ever asked this question of him. Bad business practices if you ask me. read more

I had a massage with Kimberly and acupuncture with Kim on different days. I told Kimberly about the pain I have been in and the unpredictable flair ups, this is when every inch of my body hurts. I have gone to the doctor, specialist, physical therapy and all kind of meds later and still in pain. I was at my ends wits and willing to try any natural remedy. She said don't worry and let me tell you " she worked miracles on me" no meds and feeling good. Something different for me . This is an amazing location and I have a injury from military service that flares up, I was able to get a referral from my VA doctor to be treated at this location. I couldn't be any happier. Jilly is the best massage therapist. Dr. Smith is a great chiropractor. The front desk...is a hit and miss. Sometimes they give you an appointment card and didn't actually schedule you in. Some of them are rude to customers and they have no customer service skills. Always charge on card and ask for a receipt. Sometimes the cash goes missing and they'll charge you again. read more

I am pleased to share this review with you regarding Dr. Clements who is such a breath of hope and a healing experience along with his awesome team of front office workers, chiropractors and massage therapists. My first experience of Dr. Clements is when I first came to his office under a worker's comp injury advice by my worker's comp doctor. One of his associate chiropractors did my assessment including an x-ray of my entire spine. After my x-ray and being escorted back to my room, Dr. Clements walked in with a smile, introduced himself and shared with me that I had 11 ribs out of place. Whoa! That was an awakening to me! After being in severe pain for days and hardly moving, Dr. Clements told me that he was going to put my ribs back in place and that I would feel better after leaving his office. What was so mind blowing was that he did exactly what he said he would do by readjusting my body. After my session that day I felt like doing backflips leaving his office and the last backflips I used to do was 38 years ago. Dr. Clements truly possesses healing hands, I experienced it first hand. So far its been a good experience. I mainly go for the massage with Jilly, for muscle digging...working out the trigger points, years of construction and sports... and it's more like a torture chamber but you feel amazing afterwards. Lol. I am however interested in the acupuncture I have had Chiropractic work done before for herniated disc and poor posture, and it seemed to be effective, Ive no more issues now, but also since I've been studying and practicing yoga and eastern medicine for about 8 years, I've discovered forced bone manipulation is not necessarily favored, Ive been able to do my own Realignments just by practicing Yoga, breathing, meditation and more naturally you can move bone and muscle at the same time and realign the spine, reset the nervous system, balance ph levels all through yoga posture, pranayama and meditation! If you don't practice yoga then maybe see a chiropractor But I suggest practicing yoga! Its of a more deeper aspect and a way of life. ‍ read more

i just visited clements for the first time and i was honestly really impressed. ive been to a bunch of other chiros and it always just seemed like they were just trying to get you in and out of there. 5 minute adjustments costing upwards of $70 or whatever. i worked with dr kim and our appointment lasted probably closer to about 40-45 minutes. i knew that was a good sign because it meant the staff actually cared about improvement. dr kim also gave an estimated four treatments to improve my symptoms which shows that its not just a cash grab. i felt immediate relief after just the first appointment. we worked on my back, neck, and more importantly my pelvis which has had major issues for years. the place was very reasonably priced and accepted my kaiser insurance as well. i highly recommend coming here! read more

I went in to see Dr Amanda. Because this facility is I in network for me and I was tired of Paying out of network for my preferred chiropractor. Dr. Amanda was able to adjust me but her technique was pretty painful. Not in a good way, she just didn't direct her force appropriately. But it was good enough. What is unacceptable is the front desk staff. At my first appointment they asked me to pay in full because they did not have time to check my insurance coverage. Before setting up my second appointment I checked with my insurance and learned that I have a credit because I overpaid - I walked into the second appointment and they told me the same thing, but I had to pay the full amount because they could not verify my insurance. I am very thankful for surviving after being hit by an 18 wheeler on the freeway; however, this accident seriously damaged my back and my neck. I forgot what it was like to live a life without headaches, back pain, shoulder pain and neck stiffness until I met Dr. Clements. When I first met Dr. Clements, he spoke to me in a way that I could understand (no "medical" terms) and gave me hope that I would get better. I'm not an easily trusting person, so I was very nervous to get my body adjusted since it was my first experience. When he touched my neck and back, he could identify acupressure points. I am not sure what the term for this, but I am fan of "Shiatsu." He identified the perfect points, like Shiatsu sensei does, and determined where he needed to work with my body. After just one visit, my headaches were gone and after three visits, I walked out with no pain! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a way to live a pain-free life with better health. Dr. C is the bomb. Such a knowledgeable and sincere man. His bedside manner is easygoing, and he talks with you to distract while his magic hands do the dirty work. Then you're like whoa...what happened?!? So awesome. I've been to other places that don't have his expertise and have been hurt by them. In fact, I thought of chiropractic care as some think about dentists...pain. But not here!!!! When I first came here, I just got back from federal law enforcement academy. I hurt my shoulder and had to suck up the pain for months. Finally, I finished my training from hell and saw Dr. C. He examined me and said something was wrong with my shoulder and he didn't feel comfortable adjusting it. I was like...dang! He can tell!?!? And I didn't even tell him! Have been a patient for over 4 years now. Hands down this place have one of the most professional and knowledgeable specialists in town. Dr Clements is incredibly conversant and can handle any age any problem with gentle and effective touch . Always covers every need and concern very nice and listens attentively . It is very difficult to find such expert. Massage therapists are all very experienced and will add on to the success of the treatment as a whole. Everyone in the office deserve a 5 star for working very diligently with every patient that come in to the office. They do have a lot of patients every day and there is a reason for that - they are the best ! I'd like to give Alan 5 stars and make it clear that this review is on their front desk service and nothing else. I recently made an appointment over the phone, arrived and was told that they made a mistake and that my insurance did not cover me on my previous visit and that I had to pay for last visit (which was three weeks ago) and that days visit. What upset me, was that I was told that it was covered, so I left...I made another appointment over the phone , and instead of being told over the phone about their mistake, they waited until I arrived to hit me with that news. I paid without a problem, but I felt that they should have notified me about it when they realized my insurance didn't cover the cost, rather than wait until I made another appointment to charge me for both. I thought this to be really unprofessional. They just need to do a better job at communicating with their patients via phone/email? When something like that happens, Idk something. read more

We've been coming to this office for a couple years now and the experience has been consistent. 1. You commonly have to wait at least 30 minutes past your appointment time. Sometimes close to an hour. 2. The adjustments from the chiropractor are the exact same, no matter what is wrong with you or what you have previously discussed. 3. It is clear they run it like an assembly line. Chiro is In and out in 5 minutes with the same adjustments. Getting in as many patients as possible over the day with little focus on specific needs or getting to know the patient. 4. If you need to see someone due to an accident or a sudden pain problem, good luck. You'll need to schedule a week out and if you show up you'll wait all day. The reason I'm just now writing this review is because of an interaction I heard from a woman behind the counter with a customer. The customer went up and said her appointment was scheduled for an hour and 5 minutes earlier, that she had been waiting and needed to pick up her kid from daycare. The woman behind the counter laughed a bit and said I'm new here and I don't know what's going on, so I'll call you when it's your turn. The customer asked if she could check with the other staff and the woman told her they would tell her the same thing. She had an attitude and it was rediculous to listen to in a packed waiting room with a legitimate request many of us were also thinking. This is not quality service or professional. It's not worth making appointments if they never keep them and the service is sub par. If you're interested in quality service and a chiropractor who will get to know your needs and help you long term without you losing hours of your time waiting - find another place to go. I'll never be back and neither will anyone I know once I tell them about this. read more

I felt like my adjustments went well and were effective, but the time it takes to actually get into the office with the Doctor is not even remotely worth it. Even with an appointment, I almost always waited AN HOUR, sometimes longer. They obviously way overbook, and as a result they are running around stressed out while all the patients in the waiting area are left to watch the chaos for far too long. The front staff unfortunately are not very friendly either so you're dealing with bad attitudes while you wait. They could be a great office if they opened a second location or just booked about half as many patients. I'm honestly not sure how they are still in business with service like this. read more

Made an appointment a week in advance. Showed up on time, and proceeded to wait to get called in for about 45 minutes in an office that clearly seemed to be overbooked by the tens. Finally get called into the room and wait some more. The doctor comes in and literally spends 2.5 minutes with me, asking basic questions that he seemed uninterested in the answers to. Made a few rushed adjustments and left. No one else attended to me, so I eventually just left. Never plan on going back. My insurance covered the visit. This place feels like a churn and burn; get as many people in as they can and they don't work through your unique-to-you back issues. My boyfriend and I both have back problems, but very different issues, we came here for a month and each of us received the exact same adjustments. 1 person adjusts your neck but often hesitates when doing so, causing extra pain. Another person then adjusts your lower back and legs. Again, my boyfriend and I received the same exact adjustment with no regard for his degenerative discs. They also never suggested X-rays to help understand your spine, which seems odd. After each appointment we left feeling in more pain than when we started. There were no recommendations for what we could be doing at home (stretching, icing, heat, etc) except for the last appointment when I mentioned I had been stretching at home and was told I was doing the wrong ones. Would have been helpful to have that guidance ahead of time? This last adjustment caused ice pick headaches for my boyfriend and we sought an appointment with a back specialist - he went for an adjustment today (we went to Clements on Friday, 3 days earlier) and the new dr said that his first vertebrae was tweaked so badly, out of alignment and pushed in causing the headaches. For the first time since Friday his face and head doesn't feel like a sledge hammer hit it. No 2 backs are the same so I'm not sure how doing the same exact adjustments on everyone is helpful. I suggest finding a place that wants to work with you to improve your spine health. read more

I've been coming here for a bit now and the girls in the front seriously need some help. Today was not the first time my appointments have been messed with. Showed up today at 1250 to check in for my 1pm appointment for a massage and the girl tells me my appointment is scheduled at 3pm why in the world would I show up at 1250 if I asked for a 3pm appointment!! If your calls are recorded or you have cameras I highly suggest the owner listen to the front desk on 9/12 at around 5pm for my call because never was 3pm ever mentioned so Rosy scheduling me at a completely different time is ridiculous!! Not to mention there was not a single reminder text nor phone call about my appointment today had they did that I would have known sooner the girl screwed up my appointment!!
