I'm in my 50s and she's by far the best "Nail Girl" I've ever had! She and her sister Ellie, the salon manager, have turned into friends over the years as well and I have now followed them to 2 places. I could drive five minutes around the corner from where I live but I travel 25 minutes to get to these folks. You won't be disappointed coming here. As for Summer, she gives an amazing pedicure and massage, and I won't go anywhere else. Love these people and love the services they provide.

They've been open 7 months so pretty much brand new. I understand Vietnamese so it was fun just hearing what they had to say about us. To clarify.. my friend wasn't being "difficult" she just wanted time to think if she wanted to get her eyelashes done for the first time. She's never done it before and just didn't want to pay.. if I recall $90 for it? But she felt like it was being pushed on her. I did too. And me.. I don't have a lot of money just because I chose a Royal Spa pedicure or for you to up charge me.. I was spending time away from being a mom and just wanted to be pampered! Any-who, based on the work.. it was okay. The pedicure was decent. The manicure I came in with a pic and well it wasn't executed correctly. One lady knew the idea and the other didn't. The one that knew didn't paint the base first, it was the other one. And then when the main lady came to do it, she put foil on (very quickly and just not trying to replicate the essence of the pic) and I showed her the pic again for the marbling that was supposed to be a part of it. She tried doing it with another paint and it looked horrible so she took it off. I think overall there needs to be more communication. The lady that painted the gel on my nails.. I was so close to showing her the pic but she didn't want to see. The main person had pushed us that they'll do exactly like this, encouraging us to get more things done, etc from the beginning, but overall it just wasn't a relaxing experience. I give it the stars because the nails turned out alright and for the time we shared at the end when I responded in Vietnamese to them as they were talking some crap. After that, we were able to have a genuine convo. But just a heads up that even if people don't come in nog speaking Viet doesn't mean they don't know it! Any person of different race/ethnicity can still understand.

Family owned and operated, this nail salon & spa offers the most affordable pricing on all their services, and I never leave disappointed. Every technician takes their time and they always make sure to confirm you love the color/design and the shape before doing a full set (which I really appreciate). I even went here for my wedding nails in Fall 2021 because I knew they would do an A+ job. Luminous does accept walk-ins, but I usually try to make an appointment ahead of time to make their day easier. I've recently taken a break from manicures, but I was consistently getting SNS manicures here month to month and loved the way they did my almond shape - they always looked perfect. I have a citrus allergy so they are great about substituting the scrubs or creams that have citrus for me. This is a very family oriented business run by husband and wife team. The owner's mother is also a tech and does great pedicures. She's super sweet and helpful even though she doesn't speak much english. My first time there she even gave me a shoulder massage even though it wasn't part of the pedicure I ordered. The costs are a bit higher than other shops in the area, but they do have a lot of options. It's also a great salon for kids as they have kid sized stations too!

Well, I recently was out and about and decided to just stop in here because it's right around the corner from my house and I don't know why I haven't been going here all along! The salon is really bright, clean, and spacious, and I loved that they sat all the customers nice and spread out so you didn't feel like you were right on top of someone else and trying to find a place for your belongings next to the massage chairs.
