I really liked it here. The woman who did my pedicure was thorough, patient, and friendly. I'm actually not from Atlanta, so I can't say how this compares to other salons in the area, however, at $18/pedicure and the level of detail they put into it, I sure got my money's worth! Credit card is accepted -- you can put the tip on it. AND, they welcome walk-in's (at least on a Sunday afternoon). Overpriced, unwilling and slow service (I was here for three hours getting serviced. Never again) I had to talk the nail tech into doing my nail designs. He replied "but that is gonna cost so much more money!" Come again? Since when do you have to talk a business into taking your money for services they offer? Ugh! The inside looks fairly decorated and spacious but I don't like this place. I think this salon has clientele as a matter of location because it's near the airport in a mega shopping center. When you walk in be prepared for ROYAL treatment!! I got the deluxe pedi & it was unbelievable. They used something that looked liked a cheese grater on my feet lol but it made my feet feel so smooth! They also used a clay and sea salt product on my legs and made them soooo silky smooth. I'm in the aviation industry, so I know this isn't practical for everyone, but to put things into perspective of how much I love Cleopatras- I fly to Atlanta, just to get my nails done here. They are so kind, very efficient, and do such a good job! They also have a threading specialist if you want to get your eyebrows threaded. I shopped around for different nail salons and came across Cleopatra nails it was a rainy night and they took me in with open arms I took great care of me I was only going to get the one nail repaired and I've noticed what good work they were doing, so I had her fix all ten nails I re polish them with the chrome. My fiancee and I went to get pedicures today (Aug 14th) around 5:15 pm. Things were "ok". The place was nearly empty since it was close to closing time. The woman who serviced me spoke too low and I didn't understand what she was saying. To make it worse, both my fiancee's pedicure and mine were rushed and before she could finish my pedicure, another woman came over and told my fiancee to get up because she needed the chair. Mind you, his feet were barely wipe off and there were over 13 vacant chairs in the entire place to choose from. My fiancee gets up and goes to sit upfront in the waiting area and I'm still sitting there visibly upset. When I asked the woman attending to me why they made him leave she said it was another lady's station and she had a customer. So I asked her to get the manager. The man who is usually at the front comes over and starts speaking their language. So I tell them to speak English. He tells me something in which I do not understand then all they say is "Sorry". "Sorry" is all they offered me for ruining our afternoon date experience. Not only that neither of our services felt complete. They were steadily trying to upsell us on things from brow services to manicures, even after we kept telling them that a pedicure was all we want. This was my third visit. I only came this particular afternoon because the nail tech "Brian" recommended me to come back today with my fiancee. For the record, the two ladies I am referring to are located directly beside Brian's nail station on his right. I came expecting decent service and being a repeat customer whom Brian recognized I expected far better than what we received. I will never return to this place due to their sheer lack of professionalism and care of the customer. read more

I went in on a Friday around 11-12pm. Keep in mind that this is a pretty popular salon so they're always packed! I came in for a gel manicure(my natural nails no acrylic or anything) and a regular pedicure. I didn't have an appointment. I basically just walked in told them what I wanted and I was seated about 5-10 minutes after that. Tina did my pedicure. She did pretty good but she missed a spot on one of my toes and I didn't notice until after I was away from the pedicure area and already at the table getting my nails done by a different lady. I didn't catch the name of the lady that did my gel manicure but did a wonderful job. My total came up $51 for both services which I think is kinda pricey but no big deal. I will definitely be returning. Also on a different visit I got my eyebrows arched by Tee. She is the makeup artist in the back left corner and she is AMAZING! Such a sweet personality. I've been going to sue for over 6 months now and I LOVE her !!! She's amazing and her nail art expertise is amazing. I bring her pictures from Pinterest and I add my own twist to them and she perfects anything I bring in! If you want nice detailed, long lasting, non chilling nails, ask for sue. My only issue with the actual salon is that they don't have a larger variety of gel colors as many other salons do. I decided to try this place out even after reading some of the negative reviews, but unfortunately I was not pleased at all. The prices were somewhat fair - $18 for a fill and $22-$27 for a pedicure - but the service was terrible. While being pressured to upgrade my pedicure to the "Salt Scrub" the nail tech who talked it up literally wiped the scrub on and washed it off. I got to pay an extra $5 and it made no difference. The scrub was on my legs about 30 seconds, which is frustrating since she talked it up so much. Then I went to another guy for the fill and felt like he was rushing through to get me out of there. He didn't ask about my shape and when I told him what I wanted, he looked at me like I was such an inconvenience. Not only did the fill suck (the nail acrylic was reaching passed my nail bed on my skin that I had to point out), he didn't have me wash my hands, or clean up the nail growth under the acrylic. I literally felt dirty when I left. And I wanted to go home to shape my nails the way they are supposed to look. I won't go back here. In addition, I got to witness about 3 other women have to defend their unfair upcharges. If you do risk the chance, bring cash. read more

I went in and got my eyebrows arched . First and foremost the decor is beautiful. My eyebrows look amazing and everyone sorta keeps looking at them ..they look really great. The one great thing about this place is Emmy. She's only been there a week and from my point of view she's awesome. Every part of my feet were massaged during my pedicure and I loved it. My pinky toe has been waiting for a rub down for awhile now. Thanks Emmy. Despite my false sense of security when it comes to waxing ANYTHING. I've only had three services in all the years I've been a customer - mani, pedi and eyebrow waxing. Don't expect a hot oil manicure, etc. This is a great value service. I usually love the way Cleopatra does my nails, but this time I regret it. I wanted to have ombre nails for my birthday.The nail tech was very rough with my nails. Once the nail tech finished, they were very fat and as they grew from my cuticles, they began to look like press-ons. My cuticles were very dry and harmed. After a while, my nails also began to lift, ready to pop off! I am just confused because, these nails were about $56 dollars, but look like this. They are supposed to be acrylics ! When I come here I get gel polish over my acrylic nails, and a gel pedicure on my toes. I've never had gel polish peel off my acrylic nails, but it happens at this place. It also lifts off my toes. I think the women shape nails decently, and there's tons of gel polish to choose from. I continue to go to this location because it's conveniently located. Customer service at this place is inconsistent. I started going to this nail shop because my aunt regularly gets her nails done here. I can't remember her nail techs name, but she alone gave me a good experience. However when I went to tip her at the end of her service she was rushing me lol. That day, I had a great pedi experience, with a different woman. My second experience I didn't book with my aunts nail tech I just walked in. The woman that did my nails that day was kind of snappy when I requested she fixed something that she did on my nails. I eventually stopped trying to explain because I felt it was turning into an argument lol. The woman that did my pedicure that day was very sweet. I ended up tipping her generously. My third experience was really good with the nail tech. Of course it was great with the woman doing my pedicure. For some reason the ladies that do the pedicures seem a lot nicer lol. Also wonder whether they sanitize the metal equipment (such a cuticle clippers, etc.) between customers!?! While they do a very nice looking pedicure, and pedicure sinks have new plastic covers for each customer, the equipment, such as the pumice stone and "cheese" grater used for foot exfoliation) appears to be used over and over again for all customers! My nails had streaks and were not painted properly I called her over to show her the unfinished job and she put oil on my feet I had to tell her like look at the nails they are horrible looking she proceeded to paint one of my feet and left again I had to call her over yet again and tell her that the other feet needed to be done I asked her to redo my feet she said it just needed to be painted she added another coat on top on crappy work, she was just in a rush to leave. Well I have been coming to Cleopatra Nails for six months. Due to Cov-19 I just came back.Ok Let me get to the point so ,I arrived at 12:48pm. They were very quick to take me. I was getting a full set and pedicure.So my nails experience was very pleasant.My pedicure experience was terrible. She rush through my pedicure, pretty much for 39.00 dollars I could have soak my feet myself. Plus when I expressed that I wanted a design of a diamond on my toe they had the nerve to change the price. Mind you I had my toes previous done from them which the same design cost me 5 for one big toe and now the woman wanted to charge me 15 for one big toe! Which is high way robbery. I asked to see the manager and explained to him the situation with the price. He stated that the woman made a mistake and mind you they don't have a true price he had the young lady that was doing my toes to coach him into saying 15.00. I truly would appreciate if they had accurate price. Not make up prices as you go. It is truly sad that when you go to the nail salon it is all about the almighty dollar with them. They charge you for every single thing. Mind you they were even having people purchase mask at different prices. The groceries and other places at least give you a mask for free!
