Very good customer service. I was super impressed with how sweet the cashier was. She just made it feel warm and welcoming. My kids and I checked out this place for the first time today. They had a lot of costumers which is always a promising sign! We tried a turkey and cheese panini, a hazelnut crepe, a chocolate chip cookie and an iced caramel latte. I'm a baker myself so I find myself being pretty picky about other places baked goods, but this place has perfected everything. I'm typically not a huge crepe fan, but I took a bite of my daughters and I couldn't believe how delicious it was! We will definitely be back. Great costumer service too! :) read more

This is our new go to! We have tried so many things and love them all. Our family favorites are the crepes, Iced Chai and Lavender Matcha! We also love the special pastries and always try them when they are offered, such a great chance for my kids to try food from a different culture. We love that everything is made from quality ingredients, and that they want to make sure you love your drink before you leave the shop. We only wish they were open every day! It was amazing to see the support the owners gave our first responders during the Valley fire, in donations and care by opening early just for them and providing complimentary menu items. New coffee shop in Alpine, so decided to try it out. Their customer service was top quality. It's a family owned business, where the mom bakes all the goodies. I tried a basic iced vanilla latte and splurged on a chocolate chip cookie (these things are HUGE). The cookie was very delicious- my family gives it two thumbs us. We ate the cookie a couple of days after I bought it and it tasted delicious. The coffee was good, but I'll probably try something different the next time I go to check out the whole menu. Everything is yummy and their drinks are even better than Starbucks (they're the same price but Cleveland offers higher quality coffee compared to Starbucks) and the service is always great everyone who works there are so sweet and it always makes my day seeing them all there ! I went in to get breakfast and they had a good selection. But what really turned me away was the fact that none of the workers were wearing a mask. It's a family run business, but the two women who spend every day putting their blood, sweat and tears into the ambiance, food and drinks are the reason why this place is so special and successful.
