The inspection was fast and reasonably priced and revealed four fixes for an equally reasonable price, and that they understood my intent was to keep my 2008 Nissan Rogue going for as long as I could. I was able to get an appointment fairly soon after I agreed to the fixes. They also gave me a discount after I posted a review of the initial experience with the inspection. He noted them and told me I'd receive a call after the inspection was completed. Before bringing my vehicle in, I already knew there was a power steering leak--it was clearly visible. However, when the technician called to go over the inspection results, there was no mention of the leak or any of the concerns I had raised. I had to ask three separate times for them to check those issues. At that point, I had no confidence that my vehicle had been properly inspected. I told the technician there should be a leak coming from the power steering lines and asked how they could have missed something so obvious. His response was that they must have missed it. When I was told my vehicle was ready, I went in to pick it up and spoke with them in person. I was hoping for some kind of discount on the service bill, considering I had to point out an obvious issue myself, but the only response I received was, "I'll talk to my technicians about this." The cherry on top, when I opened my car door, I found a dirty rag and a screwdriver left inside. After spending thousands of dollars here, this experience was extremely disappointing.
