I went here and they said it was going to be $9000 to repair my teeth. I have good insurance so I suspected something irregular was going on. I got a second opinion at vineyard dental off of rancho cal and they did all the work for $1200. It seems to me that this dentist is fresh out of college and trying to pay off student debt very quickly besides that they are running a huge scam I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Their estimate include multiple $268 charges that were unlabeled make sure you take a look at what they are trying to hit your insurance for. They are crooked and not looking out for the community he's an outsider that moved here and is trying to take advantage of us hard working folk. Came for a cleaning today after coming here for the first time a couple weeks ago. This place is incredibly friendly, clean and very professional. My initial exam with Dr. Tran was smooth and easy, and the front desk was super friendly and fun. Nobody loves coming to the dentist, but they make the experience a great one. Very happy with the service I received. I went in for a general check up and the dentist explained the risks of my tooth breaking. After he clearly explained the risks & rewards, I decided to get the tooth capped and to do another tooth that the dentist said could wait a few years. I feel better doing it sooner than later. I went in & they did all the work, also explaining to me the process and answering my extensive questions. They all showed compassion and never made me feel rushed. Office staff is friendly as well as Dr. Tran. First impression was very impressive. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and brought back by Dr Tran to meet him before anything was done which was highly professional and made me feel at ease since this was my first dentist visit since moving to the area. The hygienist was gentle and very informative with many tips for future care of my teeth, gums and mouth. My insurance benefits were explained thoroughly and they really cared about not putting a dent in my pocket. My next visitor was Nicole Ball (Office Manager) After having some x-rays and some detailed looking over of my films with my Dentist; and, where I stood in regards to what work I should expect to have done, if I decided to... Funny, they gave me the option to choose what I wanted (sarcasm to other reviews) we went over the multiple options both high and low so I was given a complete honest array of service to assist me at respectable prices. In the end... They must have been saving the best for last (Nothing is ever the best at the dentist; but, in my case perhaps I am the anomaly) I met with Katrina Spitz. Katrina, my RDH Hygienist was quite simply an effervescent of kindness and put me at ease. Every step of the way, she would ask if I needed anything, was I comfortable, did she need to stop, was I feeling any pain etc. I was having a deep cleaning that involved all the fun filled tools my teeth would ever need; and, while most would think this was painful, Katrina skillfully went about this cleaning in a fashion that was not only painless so to speak; but, fast and efficient. I then contacted both of my insurance providers and confirmed that this dental office was giving me misleading information to get money out of me. I have both Cigna hmo and Delta hmo plans, I contacted both they told me that I qualified for new dentures. So Happy I found this office. I had a tooth that moved out of place and My dentist said to see a periodontist to check on it. This office was positive for the whole experience. Fast scheduling, very clean, and also nice girls at the front desk. X-rays take by Lesette and then the Dentist Dr Choi came in and we talked and talked and it sounded bad for me. But she did calm me down and we talked and talked some more. Dr. Choi and Juan worked on my mouth for 4 hours, none stop....I really had no pain and felt like I was getting all the work done ....so nice to have confidence at this moment and they even walked me out to the car. Completely Unethical!! Its bad enough we have to deal shady mechanics, car dealers, etc. but apparently dentists are now added to that list. This is not my car, this my body and my health, and for a dentist to run their business like a used car lot is a disgrace to healthcare. I have waited patiently to get a second opinion before I posted this review. I was new in the area and left my dentist of 10 years and come here. My last dental visit I had no cavities. When I came in for my exam the dentist came in and said I have Periodontitis and will forever need routine $350 deep cleanings. That along with 2 root canals. The finance woman came in and the dentist told her to explain my "disease" and "condition" (in order to scare me) and of course the cost. It was so scripted and acted out, I started laughing. The bill was outrageous and I walked out saying I would get a second opinion. I went back to my old dentist this morning and sure enough no cavities, no root canals and no "diseases" read more

I am very disappointed with Dr. Do and her staff, they do not have the skills needed to make good bridgework. Nor, do they make what you request. I am waiting on the third attempt to make a lower bridge for me. The first bridge was not made of the material I request, but was told it was an upgrade. The fit was terrible. The second session to put is 2 bridges this time was also a bust. The assistant took hours to make the impressions, but they were not made properly and the second bridge did not fit and again, did not appear to be the material I required. I am waiting now for the third attempt at the bridgework. Today, I received a call requesting an additional payment. The first person I spoke with was very understanding of the situation. The payment arranger in the office was threatening and lacked understanding of my particular situation. You see, I have had to make 5-6 visits back to the office because temporary bridges kept coming off ( the form made for the temp was incorrect). Finally, last Friday, a new temp was made using a new form and has stayed on for 4 days. Yippee. I can not recommend this dental office. read more

This office has changed so much since we first started coming here about 10 years ago. Everything is an upsell, you can hear them insisting the patients on either side of you need the same exact treatments you do, from laser cleaning to night guards. Whatever it is, it seems the whole office needs it. There is a revolving door on staff, and whoever stays longer than three months is unfriendly and rough in their treatment of patients. Dr. Do is only there once a week. We had such lovely relationships with the staff in the past and actually looked forward to going to the dentist,but now it feels like we're walking into a money trap and we aren't valued as patients at all. My husband continues to go for his hygienist visits and my children go for their check ups, but I've completely stopped going for maintenance care and will only return when I have a serious problem. It ends up being more financially sound to take care of myself at home and only visit in an emergency, even with insurance. I've stopped recommending this office to people who ask for a local dentist. It makes very sad to have to change my previous glowing reviews of this place but I can't stand behind them when they no longer represent our recent experiences. read more

I really did value the fact the each of the dentistry staff (Dentist, Dental Assistant and the Hygienist) consistently checked on my well being and made sure I was comfortable. Katrina rocks!! I had a deep cleaning and was not too excited about it. Not only does your entire mouth get numb (from eye sockets down) but you bleed A LOT! No worries though. My experience with this dental group is less then stellar. I tried to work with the office on fixing the issues caused by the crowns only to be told I have to pay $1950 for root canals that I shouldn't have needed. I already paid $7500 Both crowns I received from this office had open margins which caused micro bacteria to infect the roots. When I brought this up to the dentist she said it was cement that fell out. According to 3 different dentists including one in her own dental group these root canals were preventable. I also had silver filings under the crown. I don't think the dentists intention was to mess up my mouth but if your not sure you can handle the case just say no and refer me to someone who can. This is not normal. Instead of taking responsibility it was just excuse after excuse. Yelp is for honest reviews please don't call me to remove or alter this review. Thank god I can transfer to another dentist. If Clinton Keith dental really cared they would refund my money for my crowns and root canals. I'm sure it's also against the law to have people fill out financial paperwork when intoxicated with halcyon. I didn't even realize I opened a credit card in my husbands name he wasn't there to sign and when the bill came in he was very upset. Got Delta Dental Insurance, thought I'd try this place. Dr. So claimed I had 5 or 6 teeth with such bad cavities that they couldn't be saved and definitely needed crowns, including my two front teeth. She showed me where one of my older teeth had a "cavity " on the side of it and that cavity also went under the tooth. It was my worst tooth that needed a crown. I had my teeth cleaned and they talked me into a $100 upswell. They want me to come back for a cleaning in 3 months, but weren't able to tell me if my insurance would cover that or not. They never mentioned when they were going to start working on my crowns. I had suspicions about needing so many crowns from just fillings, so I went to a dentist on here who is rated 5 stars. Well, it turns out I don't need ANY crowns, and I only have two very small fillings! The old tooth where they told me the cavity had spread under the tooth, was only discoloration! Not a cavity! This certainly borders on illegal business practices, if you ask me!I would say Do NOT go there! do not trust them! read more

All I can say is this Dental Group is amazing! I have put off going to the dentist for years because of the fear I have. However I finally made an apt, and they were able to get 80% of the work done on my 1st visit. They were very calming and reassuring. They made me comfortable and the process was pain free. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed on 11/11/2014 and the experience was great! I was prepared for the worst as I think most are when facing this surgery. So am update on this place... I guess trying to find a dentist nowadays is harder than you think. I was supposed to have my appointment for follow up cleanup since May, it is now end of July. The first time they rescheduled me because the receptionist didn't realize she had scheduled me on a holiday! The second time the hygienist was sick, (third time was my conflicting schedule) and now today the hygienist is sick again! So now they can schedule me on a day that's convenient to me in about a mo Th from now, otherwise I have to take time off... and who knows if they'll cancel again. The receptionist calls me at 7:45 on my day off to tell me! Oh but she just wanted to tell me as earliest as possible so didn't really consider that you're not supposed to call your customers until after 8:00am. It really sucks to now have to try and find another dentist... I think I need like a small dentist and not these branch dentists that apparently all they care about is how much money they'll get from your insurance company. Oh and my first review of this place was my first day I went in... because they also told me if I have them 5 stars I would get free bleaching cream for my teeth lol read more
