I absolutely love them. Their prices are reasonable. They are so sweet there. I have taken my dog here a few times and it's the only place I will take my dog to get groomed. She does such an amazing job on him and she knows how to deal with him too she is the sweetest lady and she does such an amazing job. I recommend this place to all my friends. 1000000/10 I have a very large dog. He is a St. Bernard and mastiff and she handles him so well and her prize for him is amazing. I have been taking my two poodles and one Chinese Crested to them for years, when I lived in Upland and now I make the drive from Lake Arrowhead, they are so worth the drive. This was my puppies first time coming to this place but second time getting groomed. I have no idea what happened to her for her first time but it was at her vet place & they just traumatized her (reminder this was at ANOTHER place NOT this place) I was really stress out to take her anywhere else again because she gets really crazy & starts to pee everywhere & I started to think "what if she bites one of the groomers because of how crazy she gets", I was just worried to traumatize her even more But my boyfriend told me about Clipz & said many good things about them & he even takes his dogs here too & so i decided to give it a shot! I called ahead of time & they were able to take my dog in same day! I went in & the women there were super friendly & very caring to my dog! I did give them a heads up on what had happen to her in the past with other groomers & they reassured me that they will do what they can & if it gets too crazy they will stop. She was ready 2 hours later (which they told me ahead of time, i didn't mind that all) When i came to see her she was ALL DONE UP!! I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY that they were able to get a lot done off her! SHE LOOKED TOO CUTE!!! especially with the little bandanna collar !! They did tell me that she did put up a little of a fight but it wasn't too bad. If I could Rate Clipz pet salon higher I would. I wrote a review years ago and years later I'm still going back. Sadly my baby of 17 years passed some time ago and he's who I wrote my original review about. I have two fur babies though who I still take to Clipz and it's was my Huskies first time getting groomed. They did an amazing job to work with her psycho personality cuz she hates baths. Hence why I've been hesitant to take her for fear she'd just be too much. But they both look fabulous. I have a 7 year old dachshund rescue who is EXTREMELY anxious and HATES having his anal glands expressed. And I've taken him to a few other spots and they've always said he was a fussy dog and they never had anything positive to say. I didn't feel welcomed back. What I usually ask for is a bath, expression, nail file, and teeth brushed. And I knew I found the right place when I told them about how he doesn't like it and they said, "I understand, it's not a comfortable position for anyone to be in." And I can't say he loves going there and he is happy coming through the door but when I get him back he is fluffed, happy, and soooo handsome. And they tell me he did good, no problems! I contacted Clipz on July 1st in regards to making an appointment, my Yorkie was in need of a haircut & they were able to get him in the next day (July 2nd). This was his first visit with them and he was a little nervous but did great. I let the lady know more or less how I wanted his haircut and she did a great job! She understood my needs. He was also ready when promised. When I went back to pick up my dog he seen me right away and was super excited. I have brought 2 previous dogs of mine here in the past and Clipz always does a great job! I would definitely come back and would also recommend them to everyone! So this review is very long overdue. I have a 20 year old cockapoo that doesn't exactly like haircut day. Needless to say, I have been through a lot of groomers. Thank goodness stumbled upon Jamie and her pet salon! I normally say "just do it" because I know the limitations of my dog. I am not asking for the perfect cockapoo haircut Just because I know how he is. But I have to tell you, he looks fantastic when he leaves the salon. Jamie and her staff always do a great job, he is not stressed like he was at Petsmart, and he is in and out. When I was going over the final information about the pup, they gave me a few business cards to some groomers who come and groom the pet prior to them getting spayed. When we dropped off our boys, an intake was taken of our boys regarding allergies, health issues and any other concerns the salon might need to know about them. Rex is 14 yrs old & has only had one groomer, she decided to retire so I hit up Yelp & found Clipz. When I spoke to Rachel on the phone & told her he was a senior she immediately said they would need to go slower with him, she understood that seniors dogs can be more nervous. This put my mind at ease. When I dropped him off she asked questions about him to understand his temperament. When I went to pick him up he was lying on a blanket on the floor relaxed as could be.
